Deena nodded once she looked back at Ethereum. Then, turning back to the man with the luxurious armor knight, Deena pulls Andain out of her sheath. The man also took out the sword and laid it against Deena.
The guard seems to be in a neutral position and moves to the center to serve as a referee.
"I hear this is a practice match to gauge the strength of Lord Antogal's entourage. So naturally, killing each other is forbidden. Be prepared to be imprisoned without question, assuming one of you wants the other person dead."
Deena and the knight man nod with a serious look.
"There are no restrictions on equipment, etc., please use what each has prepared. And since no one here can use high healing magic, use their own healing items for major injuries, etc. Winning or losing will be settled at my discretion or if either of you admits to losing, and if you pass out, etc. Any questions?
That being said, the referee confirmed the two faces in turn.
"If there's nothing in particular, it's time to start. Are you both ready?
The two who stood up nodded silently without distracting themselves from the other person.
"So... here we go!!
With the hanging of the referee, Deena goes through her magic to Andain. Summon more water spirits. The knight man saw how it was and couldn't hide his surprise.
"On the devil swordsman, he said it was a spirit summons!?
The knight's man raised his voice unexpectedly, and Antogal and the knights around him were amazed with their mouths open.
"I'll go."
The Spirit and Deena are floating one water bullet after another around, and with that bullet they head towards the knight's man. The knight man sees Deena with Andain in his hand, and his response to magic is delayed because he expected it to be a battle in swordsmanship. The water bullets landed one after the other on the knight's man, a magically resistant armor, but one after the other is pushed backwards by water pressure from the striking water bullets.
"Shh!
Where the man fell on his knees, Deena waved down Andine.
"Grr."
The man manages to stop Andain's blow with a big sword, but he is disfigured and pushed in. At a moment when he has the power to push back, Deena's pushing power goes to zero, and the knight's man wields the great sword wide open.
Deena was swiftly turning to the side and poking Andain around her neck. The man nevertheless managed to thank him, but Deena said a word that could be called a death sentence.
"You may resist, but if it moves, the magic of the Spirit behind you will fly."
The knight man takes his hands off the great sword he tried to shake up and raises his hands.
"Shit, I didn't know it was a hand or a leg. I recognize you as a companion of Lord Antogal."
"So... erm, excuse me. You didn't ask for your name."
The referee tried to give him a winning name and realized he didn't know his name.
"It's called Dinarius."
Deena replied as she met the referee.
"Thank you. So long, Mr. Winner Dinarius!
When the winning name was raised, only Ethereum's applause echoed the square. Deena smiles when she sees Ethereum and goes back under the two of them. The other faces did not hide their surprises uniformly, so much so that some still kept their mouths open.
"We'll do it. Involving the Spirit has broadened the scope of the strategy, and it's connected to raising Andine's abilities."
When Aotea said so, she reached for Deena's head, who had come so close. It seems that Deena feels good to be able to do it, and she was left with her eyes narrowed.

Apparently Antogal has recovered from surprise and speaks to Deena.

The knight man laughed lavishly. There was no lost remorse floating in its face, but rather joy that its sight and hearing had spread.
"Speaking of which, he said there was going to be an ordinary knight or a general, but who are you?
"Oh, if you say so, I wouldn't have named you either. I'm a general in this country, named Bryas, but should I retire?
In response to Aotearoa's question, Brias gave a return that he did not know if he was joking or serious.

Deena hastily tries to stop it because she pulled out her retirement remarks because of herself.
"Ha ha, you're not an honest lady. I'm kidding. I haven't had a successor yet, so retirement's a while away."
Deena relieves herself of the answer.
"General Bryas, may I grant them permission to enter the mountain?
A guard who tries to be a referee confirms to the general.
"Oh, I don't mind. You can't just admit that they did it unilaterally. Let's talk to the king from me. Isn't it time for your lord to return to the castle?
When Brias gave permission, he now turned to the side questioning the guard.

The guard laughed bitterly at Bryas' words.

Though permission was granted, the three Ethereals waited for the end because the story of Brias and the guards had begun.

Aotearoa's lead takes the three of them to the mine. Deena and Antogal followed Ethereum through the meeting with the generals.
