Wizard: My Skills Can Infinitely Break Through

Chapter 368 - 303: Phase Witchcraft Tools: Bridge of Two Worlds

[Two-Realm information channel stabilized]

[Continuous image stream receivable. Rule Perception transmission efficiency increased by 800%.]

[Altar coordinate positioning accuracy: ±0.03 spatio-temporal units]

The string of data made Ian’s breath catch.

His plan had succeeded.

The successful refining of the Phase Witchcraft Tool had caused a qualitative change in the Link between the two realms.

’Next... I just need to build a more stable Abyssal Altar and establish a true Two Realms Passage.’

Then, the Rule Perception from the projection’s breakthrough would be continuously fed back to his main body.

’The experience and knowledge of a Level Three Wizard... it’s right within my grasp.’

Ian exited the Link and slowly opened his eyes.

Inside the Barrier, the silvery-white light curtain still flowed.

The materials on the stone platform were all used up, leaving only the empty velvet cloth.

Gaga had caught its breath and was now preening its ruffled feathers with its beak.

The little creature raised its head, its silver-gray eyes looking over.

"Ian... just now..."

"The Link between the two realms has been strengthened. I have you to thank for that."

Ian nodded. His voice was laced with exhaustion, but he couldn’t hide his excitement.

"We can now ’see’ the other side clearly."

Gaga’s eyes lit up, and its small claws clutched his sleeve.

"That Li Xing... is he also you? When will he break through?"

"I am him, but he is not me. As for when exactly he’ll break through, I don’t know either."

Ian looked outside the Barrier. The sliver of daylight being let in was gradually brightening.

A whole night had passed, and dawn was breaking.

He deactivated the Isolation Array, and the silvery-white Barrier slowly dissipated.

Fresh air rushed in, carrying the unique chill of the underground level.

Ian stretched his stiff neck, and his joints made a soft KRAK.

The refining process had been too demanding; his Spiritual Power was nearly depleted.

He desperately wanted to rest, but before that...

He held out his palm. With a flicker of his will, the Two-Realm Phase Analyzer emerged from between his brows and floated down silently.

A Dark Silver shell, Starlight Runes, and a Void core.

’With this, the success rate for building the next Altar... will be significantly higher.’

More importantly, it would allow for more Precise Positioning of the coordinates.

He would no longer have to rely on the vague Link from the Abyss’s Will and try his luck at random like before.

’This Two-Realm Phase Analyzer is at least Tier Two Peak... or even a Tier Three Witchcraft Tool.’

The reason was simple: the materials invested and the aura of the Rules introduced during refining were of such high quality that they triggered a qualitative leap in its Tier.

The Seed of the Stars was a Morning Star Level Seed of Rules, and the fact that the Eternal Shadow Remains had been part of Justice’s collection for so long spoke to its extraordinary nature.

Ian put away the Phase Analyzer and turned toward the exit.

Gaga flapped its wings, flew back to his shoulder, and yawned.

"Ian, I’m so sleepy. You promised you’d have the Blood Essence ready for me, Gaga..."

"Don’t worry. You’ll get every last drop of Blood Essence I promised."

Ian pushed open the door to the third basement level and headed up the stone steps.

「No. 7 Wisteria Lane, Ground Floor.」

Delia had already delivered breakfast and set it on the long table in the living room.

There was steaming meat broth, freshly baked white bread, and a plate of sliced fruit.

Ian sat down, picked up the soup bowl, and took a sip. The warmth slid down his throat, dispelling some of his fatigue.

Outside the window, the morning light had completely torn through the night’s curtain, spilling into the courtyard. A new day had begun.

After breakfast, Ian returned to his bedroom on the second floor.

He collapsed onto the bed and fell asleep almost instantly.

The exhaustion from overdrawing his Spiritual Power washed over his consciousness like a tide.

He slept for a full twelve hours.

When he woke again, it was already dusk.

Ian opened his eyes. His Sea of Spirit had mostly recovered.

He sat up and rubbed the spot between his eyebrows.

The Two-Realm Phase Analyzer hovered quietly in his Sea of Spirit, resonating with the Seed of the Stars.

The Link, secured by Phase Anchoring, remained stable.

It was like an invisible thread stretching through the endless Void, connecting him to another world.

Ian closed his eyes and submerged himself in the Link once more.

This time, he could "see" even more clearly.

Li Xing was still in Cultivation at the top of the Star Tower.

But the nine miniature stars orbiting him were spinning slightly faster.

His aura... was getting closer.

That feeling of being on the brink was practically overflowing from the image.

’It’ll be in the next few days...’

Ian exited the Link, a thoughtful look in his eyes.

The projection’s breakthrough was imminent, which meant he had to speed things up on his end.

Building the Altar would require more materials.

Especially... the "Anchor" to stabilize the passage.

The twenty-eight Void Anchor Stones he had obtained from the Sleeping Underground Palace would be enough.

Activating the Altar would require a vast amount of Energy, but he had plenty of Magic Crystals himself, so there was no need to prepare any.

’I should prepare more of the auxiliary materials. I’ll have Aidele help find them.’

Ian got up, walked to his desk, unrolled a sheet of Parchment, and picked up a Feather Pen.

He dipped the nib in ink and began writing a new list of materials.

[Ten Abyssal Rune Stones]

[Stabilizer: Five pounds of Uncertain Iron]

[Isolation Materials: Three pounds of Shadow Moon Sand]

...

After finishing, Ian put down the pen and tapped his fingers on the list.

These materials weren’t exceptionally rare. With Aidele’s current authority, she should be able to acquire them.

If he weren’t pressed for Time, he wouldn’t trouble Aidele to gather them.

’The projection’s breakthrough could happen any day now.’

He had to build the new Altar before the breakthrough.

Otherwise, most of the Rule Perception from the breakthrough would be wasted.

After contacting Aidele through her Secret Magic Mark, Ian turned and walked back to the basement.

He needed to prepare the Altar’s basic framework in advance. Although the materials hadn’t arrived, some of the work could be done now.

For example... drawing the core Rune Array.

On the third basement level, the stone platform had been cleared.

Ian took out a specially made Rune Ink, bent over, and began to inscribe the surface of the platform.

He focused his Spiritual Power into his fingertips, guiding the flow of ink. Every single stroke carried the rhythm of the Space Rule.

He incorporated a "Phase Stabilization Array" recorded in the manuscripts of the Abyssal Ancient Race.

It could significantly reduce the fluctuations in the Two Realms Passage and improve the Link’s stability.

The inscription process was slow. Every Rune was infused with the Power of Order Stars.

This Altar construction was far more stable and elaborate than the first.

Time flowed by under the tip of his pen. Ian was completely focused, and a fine sweat beaded on his temples once more.

When the final stroke was complete, the surface of the stone platform was covered in complex, silvery-white patterns.

The patterns glowed faintly in the light, as if they had come alive.

"The basic array is complete." Ian straightened up and let out a long breath.

’Now, all that’s left is to wait for the materials.’

He left the basement and returned to the living room. Gaga was still sleeping.

Ian sat down in a chair, closed his eyes, and began to enter a state of Meditation.

The Starry Sky Festival technique activated, and the Crystal Core in his Sea of Spirit began to rotate slowly.

His overdrawn Spiritual Power recovered bit by bit during his Meditation.

After an unknown amount of time, there was a stir from the Secret Magic Mark.

[Materials will be ready within three days. They will be delivered to Wisteria Lane.]

[Also: Father’s fingers moved again this morning. Clear signs of consciousness returning.]

’Three days... that should be enough time.’

Ian muttered to himself. He would prepare the materials and build the Altar within three days.

And then... he would welcome his projection’s breakthrough and receive the Rule Perception of a Level Three Wizard.
