The exterior of the circular building resembles a flattened crystal sphere, constructed entirely from translucent crystal, with a silver-blue mist flowing along its surface, identical to that of the Six-Ring Tower itself.

The base of the building merges seamlessly with the seabed rock layers, while the top is a single piece of curved dome. Inside the dome, one can vaguely see a layer of liquid, resembling mercury, flowing slowly. The seabed surrounding the building is engraved with concentric circles of rune arrays, with diameters estimated to be hundreds of meters. Each circle of runes rotates counterclockwise at different speeds, causing the surrounding seawater to form a slow yet stable vortex.

The vortex is not intense, but its coverage is exceedingly wide, encapsulating the entire circular building within a natural barrier composed of flowing seawater.

The elevator came to a gradual stop right in front of the circular building.

As the crystal door slid open, Duke didn’t see the seawater. Instead, the entrance of the building was covered by an extremely thin translucent membrane. The surface of the membrane shimmered with a glow synchronized with the rune array, completely isolating the seawater outside, leaving only a passage wide enough for one person to walk through.

He stepped out of the elevator, passed through the membrane, set foot on the solid crystal floor with his shoes, and entered a circular room.

The room was small, about a dozen steps in diameter. The floor consisted of smooth, silver-gray stone bricks, the same texture as the black stone bricks in the elevator but of a lighter color.

The four walls and the dome were entirely made of that type of translucent silver-blue crystal. The light mist flowing within the crystal was even more active than what was seen outside, as if a kind of living energy was breathing slowly within the walls.

In the center of the room was a slightly raised circular stone platform. The surface of the platform was engraved with densely packed rune lines, each exuding a very faint silver-white light.

When he reached the stone platform in the center of the room and stood firm, the crystals in all the walls and the dome suddenly transformed.

The translucent silver-blue mist receded from within the crystal, replaced by a pure and almost unreal azure blue.

It was the sky, not a projected sky, but a real one where even the air was filled with the scents of grass and earth.

Duke looked up, and the dome above had already transformed into a complete clear summer sky. A few faint white clouds moved slowly at a great height. Sunlight poured down from the edge of the clouds, casting dappled shadows on the ground.

Looking down, he saw that the silver-gray stone bricks beneath his feet had somehow already transformed into lush green grassland. The grass leaves were tender and soft, each blade tip draped with exceedingly fine dew, glittering with delicate light under the sunlight.

On the distant horizon were undulating low hills, with a few sporadically growing lush big trees. The tree crowns swayed gently in the breeze, and occasionally, one or two birds whose names he couldn’t recall would fly out from the tree crowns, trace an arc in the sky, and vanish into another forest.

The air was filled with the fresh fragrance of grass after being sunlit, mixed with a faint floral scent and the moist aroma of soil.

He even heard the sound of a very distant bird song.

Between the grassland and the sky, between the sunlight and the breeze, Duke could faintly sense something deeper.

A boundary of a Witch Array flickered slightly at the edge of space, a set of extremely precise multi-layered complex Witch Arrays nested within the four walls of this circular room, completely isolating the space he was in from the outside world.

The structure of the Witch Array was exceedingly complex, with each layer serving a different function, and the concentration of free energy particles in this space was significantly higher than outside.

Standing now between this artificial blue sky and verdant grass, he unexpectedly felt a long-lost, almost extravagant tranquility.

There was no sign of danger to be wary of here, only the breeze, sunshine, the scent of grass, and the distant bird song.

This place was created so that wizards could complete their advancement undistracted.

Recently, while reading in the library, Duke had also learned one piece of news.

That the reason the Six-Ring Tower chose the Central Islands as its location was due to a special reason.

In the Endless Plane, every plane has its own World’s Navel.

It’s not a geographical concept, nor a position that can be marked with latitude and longitude.

The World’s Navel is where the first wisp of rules condensed into form from chaos when the plane was born.

If the entire plane could be compared to a living organism, then the World’s Navel would be the first place where this organism’s heartbeat originated.

The plane’s earth vein energy extends outwards in all directions from this hub, the cycle of free energy particles establishes its balance with this as its foundation point, and even the will of the plane itself leaves its clearest echo at this node.

The World’s Navel is not a point, nor a face, but an energy nexus that exists simultaneously in the physical space and the spiritual dimension.

It doesn’t move, doesn’t diminish, doesn’t change position due to geological shifts or climate evolutions, because it is the premise for the plane’s existence, not the result of the plane’s evolution.

The Six-Ring Tower’s choice of the Central Islands as its headquarters was because the Central Islands are situated directly above the World’s Navel of the Wizard Plane.

The existence of this tower itself is the Wizard Council’s declaration regarding the World’s Navel.

The entire Wizard Plane’s most core energy nexus was tightly controlled by the most powerful Wizard Organizations, both utilizing and guarding it.

Building facilities specifically for advancement atop the World’s Navel carries a significance far beyond that of ordinary cultivation environments.
