Yomigaeri no Maou

Episode 55: Finish Preliminary Game Two.

"In honor of victory and struggle! Cheers!!"

of the family (Klan) "Explorer of the Age (Elam Kupidr)." Here, a toast is raised that I don't know how many times it is.

The impact of the tournament on Wangdu's economy is enormous, as the tavern is much more exciting than usual and this crowd will last long until the end of the martial arts tournament.

Especially today, the three families (clans) have an extra number of people because of the joint launch here.

The usual number of tables is not enough, and releasing all the spare tables and chairs is not enough, so much so that few people are sitting on the ground and putting a proper liquor box or something to make it an impromptu table.

Even so, does everyone seem to feel good because of the power of alcohol in their bellies, or because of the struggle and victory of adventurers belonging to their own family (clan)?

"Well, Gran will feel happy to win"

Gran, who has raised his drink many times in a seat near the bar counter, has certainly honored the victory of Lulu and Illis, and has also gone around bragging that the two belong to their own family (clan).

I guess the strength of the two is the decision to say that they no longer have to hide on that point either, since it has already become apparent through the battle against the advanced, premium adventurers in today's Qualifying Round II.

I was explaining to the Gayas, but I remember those three newbie adventurers staring at the Lulu's enough to make a hole in them.

That said, it's a pain in the ass to get grumbled out of respect, so I told you not to worry about that, too, so I'm making it normal now.

Still, Gaya,

"You had the same family (clan)...... I wish you'd told me!

and still showing a little outrage, says Lulu.

"Gran said he wanted to surprise you guys."

Then Gaya sighed,

"That guy..."

And he looked like a pussy, but he said he had no choice and gave up.

That's what Gran says, he knows Gaya, too.

However, he wanted to complain, and then Gaya walked over to the place and to Gran to talk to him.

And when I got back from a little conversation with Gran, for some reason, his eyes were open again, staring at Lulu.

Lulu, alongside Illis, enjoyed the flavor by tilting an excellent beverage made by mixing fruit juice with a special chiffon formula ratio, but was concerned about Gaya's gaze.

"... what's wrong?

I heard.

Then Gaya,

"I heard a hell of a lot... Lulu, you, say you belong to" Explorer of the Times (Elam Kupidr) "... the family (Klan) made for Lulu is“ Explorer of the Times (Elam Kupidr) "because Mr. Gran said so!? Is that true!?

What Lulu thought when he heard the word was nothing more than that you just heard it.

I didn't expect them to ask me that again because I thought it was something that I was walking around the tavern playing along with exactly what Lulu belonged to.

Lulu says, especially since it's not about hiding either.

"Sounds like it. Once upon a time... seven years ago. Gran and Yumis used to come to the village where I lived, the village of Cadiz. There was a lot going on then. Gran and I are starting to say that when we're old enough to be adventurers, we'll be in our own family (clan)..."

To the words, Gaya says with her neck tilted.

"Seven years ago, we still don't have this family. So how..."

"Yeah, that's exactly what I'm gonna say, and I'm gonna make a family (clan) by the time you guys become adventurers, so I'm gonna put you in there. And so it was made by the family, the Explorer of the Age.

To Lulu's explanation, he opens his mouth gently and doesn't even speak, Gaya.

But gradually I came back to the real world and continued the conversation.

"What the heck... Mr. Gran and Mr. Yumis, whoever invited you to this family (clan) didn't belong to the family (clan) and you came independent. I can't believe I bothered to start a clan (clan) for Lulu and Illis...... what the hell did you guys do in Kadis village?

When I try to answer that question, I hear voices from behind.

"I want to know that, too."

Looking back, a familiar man stood there.

Though it does not appear to be the presence of a fingerfold among adventurers who wear glasses, scholarly details, very, but specialize in rough things, it can still be seen that the amount of magic that they possess jumps through one or two with the other magicians around them.

There is intelligence in the grey eyes, and there is something in the blonde hair that I want to be stroked, but there are sharp signs in my gaze toward Lulu that are not found in scholars, and I still feel a dangerous atmosphere somewhere peculiar to humans who make the battle their place.

Shui-Relieve, the chief of the family (Klan) "Clown's Library (Fossol Biblioteca)", was there.

As for Lulu, he has a sense of feeling so bumpy that he could fold his pride that he didn't feel somewhat awkward about face-to-face, but he doesn't have such feelings for Shui himself, but rather speaks casually, so Lulu decides to stop worrying and talk normally.

"If they want to know, there's not that much we can talk about."

"Oh no, that's an unconvincing reply... aren't you and I close? I think you could give me a little bit of a secret."

Gaya solidified and looked at Shui as she wandered her gaze wondering what the hell she was up to.

Regardless of whether Gran or Yumis is only the head of his own family (clan), he's still nervous to say he can talk to a special adventurer named Shui-Relieve.

Illis, who was sitting next to Lulu and eating quietly, laughs all the time, but without touching Gaya in particular, mouths the drink again.

Apparently, Gaya left it alone.

Lulu also went along with that policy and decided to set the person for the next conversation at Shui.

"I just wanted to ask you what kind of buddy you are... before you do, are you hurt or something?

Shui opened his eyes in amazement at the dialogue Lulu said to the outing.

Then I say with a subtle grin.

"This surprised me...... when has it been the first time people have worried about injuries etc. No, no, I'm not making fun of you. No injuries at all... you stopped attacking me last minute."

"Well... that's fine. That magic was the real deal, to be honest. I thought there might have been some things I couldn't control."

In fact, that dialogue was nothing to Lulu. It was just a fact.

However, Shui reacts tremendously to what was said.

"Bumping production!? Are you saying you created that magic on the spot!?

To Shui's words, Lulu says with his neck tilted.

"I didn't create it, Shui, it's you, isn't it? I just put it away."

"... didn't you...? But is that what you can do? In that moment?

"It wouldn't have been enough to say for a moment. I've been watching the composition for a while, and I just could because I heard the spell well by ear. And I've seen the same kind of magic. It should be called the business of inexperience…"

"... experience? Same sorcery?"

Shui seems to have understood that in Lulu's said dialogue, he repeats the caught part and asks Lulu for an explanation, but is unwilling to answer when Lulu shakes his head.

The adventurer has many translations.

Apparently, what he was forced to ask was a violation of manners, and Shui decided to change the story without going into it any further.

Even so, I just got back to the original topic.

"Yeah, well, that's not what I wanted to hear. That's why Gran and Yumis created the clan."

"Oh... speaking of which, you said that. But why would you want to know?

"It's a simple story. I've invited them to my family's" Clown's Library ". Well, they couldn't possibly have said no."

"I see, but there's nothing particularly interesting about it. Two people came to my hometown village asking, and two people who had all sorts of things and expected my strength invited me to my family (clan). But at that time, they didn't have any family members, so I'll make them. That's all."

"... I feel kinda fractured, but let's not ask according to the manners of the adventurer there. Hmm. But then I feel like you could join my family (clan). I wouldn't have been stingy to let Gran and Yumis in... especially if they were powerful people like you and Illis."

I do feel like I didn't have to bother to make it or join an existing clan (clan), but I guess I felt a lot of trouble doing so.

My main purpose as an adventurer is to investigate the Ancient Demons.

However, an ancient demon tribe, etc., is a story that I don't normally believe and think is just a fantasy, regardless if you like things like humis.

There is no such thing as a family member (clan) who can investigate it very seriously.

The family of Shui-Relieve (Klan) "The Clown's Library (Fossol Biblioteca)" is the family (Klan) whose scholarly initiative is the subject, and the family (Klan) best suited to the aims of the Lulu people, but there is still not one such person who specializes in the Ancient Demons, so we can see the frown spirituality of the Ancient Demons.

So Lulu decided to be honest around it.

There is also a part of Shui's family (Klan) where it may be time to ask for help.

The ruins of the Ancient Demons are probably some of the ruins found today.

It's just that nobody thinks it's the ruins of the ancient demons.

That's why I thought it wouldn't hurt to stay close to Shui in order to purchase that kind of information.

"Truth is, me and Illis like ancient demon legends. I've always said I'd like to look into it when I'm an adventurer. Gran and Yumis showed up there..."

That explanation alone seems to have made Shui understand somehow.

I nodded and said.

"Ancient Demons, huh? I like Yumis... you follow your dreams just like her. I see, then...... it would certainly have been tough in the existing clan (clan). It is also understandable that I was willing to create a new family name (clan). Yumis also became desperate to secure the like-minded. So, do you mean your strength happens to be?

In fact, not by chance, it's inevitable, but I can't explain that.

Explain roughly in an attempt to obtain a moderate misunderstanding.

"I don't know. My father is Lord Cadisnora, and he was trained from a small place. Yumis and Gran used to come to the village and work out. So is Iris, and if you say so already, Rusty and the others have been trained..."

"Hmm. Is that the result of a kind of English education? But Sir Kadisnora... if he were to be the son of the swordsmanship guide of the Royal Leonard Knights, it would also be natural for him to excel in swordsmanship. Did Yumis... teach you ancient (elf) magic? Yeah, if it's hard to answer, you don't have to. But that should be forbidden... what does it have to do with the Ancient Demons... Is there any reason around this tournament that Ancient Demons (Elves) are cooperating...?

Apparently, he's totally dived into the ocean of thought.

Then a while later,

"I'm sorry to interrupt...... I'll talk to you again sometime, then thank you."

That said Shui left for another table.

It appears to be from the same family (clan).

That's how the launch ended that day.

It was revealed at the end that the chiefs of the family (Klan) "Clown's Library (Fossol Bibliotheca)" and “Nuns (Manaka)" would have the full amount, and that it was the result of a bet victory, and everyone who was there was thankful.

Furthermore, it would have been the highlight of today where the ingredients of the dishes served today were revealed in turn from the high ones, and the faces of Shui and Himeros, who were watching it, turned blue.

The meat of dragons was mentioned at the beginning, and the names of the excellent ingredients taken from all places roared.

Chiffon tells me that today the chiefs of the two clans (clans) will have all the payments, so they went around the various chambers of commerce and just collected the expensive ingredients they wouldn't normally buy.

I thought cooking and booze were good enough to die, and in the dialogue of all those who were there, I laughed very happily except for the two of them who paid the full price.
