Louise kept her head down, not daring to look at the others.

But Hao Tian didn't let her go: "Louise, come on, you feed me."

Louise lifted her head, a little surprised.

Hao Tian had already put the fork in her hand, his eyes indicating.

Holding the fork in her hand, Louise really had the millionth impulse to stab it at the damned bad enabler. Was it fun to tease her? Damn, bad enabler.

Louise forked in a piece of fatty beef, stirred it vigorously in the spice bowl to blacken the color, and then unkindly passed the heavy piece of beef over.

Horton was off-handed.

Louise delivered it several times, not stuffing it.

"Well, if you don't eat it, I'll never feed it to you again." So negative.

With a helpless grin, Hao Tian opened his mouth to swallow the spiked piece of beef. With a large chunk stuffed in his mouth, he chewed and couldn't speak.

Louise found amusement in Hao Tian's embarrassment, and racked up other dishes and sent them to Hao Tian's mouth.

It was easy to swallow the food. "That's enough, that's enough, Louise."

Louise smiled proudly.

After dinner, Hao Tian suggested that they go shopping. Louise opened her eyes wide and somewhat excitedly agreed.

Not to be outdone by the King City, the wide street could accommodate four carriages in parallel, as well as public facilities like squares and fountains. The two of them walked to the shopping street, jokingly browsing through the wide array of goods. Small ornaments, magic gadgets, beautiful and cute dolls, and all kinds of snacks.

Louise was having a great time.

The two of them returned to the hotel after an hour or so. The inn was no longer serving dinner guests. The maids were gathered around chatting about girl talk, or playing cards.

"Welcome back, guest." The maid with the long, straight black turban nodded this way.

"Oh, playing cards. Do you play, Louise?" Horton asked.

Louise looked over there a little envious. Taken aback by the news, "Ah, that."

"No, right. Maid-san, can you teach Louise how to play cards?" Hao Tian.

The maids looked at each other to make room for one another, and Hao Tian pushed Louise to sit down and sat himself on the edge. "I'll watch you play cards."

The black-haired maid stood beside Louise, and she would the rules of such cards. Louise listened attentively, and it wasn't long before she was having fun with the maids.

Hoshi watched from the sidelines, smiling that warm smile. Not bad, Louise.

The brunette maid leaned in.

"Nah, I say guests, you're nobles, aren't you." Almost leaning up, showing the small half of her chest. This maid was as fit as Churuk, she was good at showing off her body's curves.

Hao Tian showed a slightly horny expression, "Yes oh, my wife and I have come to experience the life of a commoner."

"Ara, Louise is actually your wife. She still looks young."

"Louise is sixteen years old, just more petite."

"So. Where is the nobleman from, sir?"

"You tell me your name first and I'll think about it."

"Yeah, Jessica, their name is Jessica Oh."

"Hmm, nice name."

"Hey, Hoshi, what are you and the maid whispering about?" Louise looked over in discontent.

Maid Jessica got up and left, "Nothing, just asking him if he wants to play a few hands."

"I see, Hojo, you can play too. I'll teach you oh, it's fun." Louise's eyes lit up.

"If Louise says so, I'll play a few hands." Hao Tian sat in the seat vacated by a maid by Louise's side.

Louise handily and with great interest taught Hao Tian how to play cards.

The people played for another hour or so, and the owner of the man-demon inn came down and clapped his hands. "Guests and goblins, it's getting late, it's time for bed."

Everyone looked at each other, scattered the card game, and returned to their rooms.

Hao Tian, on the other hand, smiled and looked at Louise.

Louise blushed scarlet.

Hao Tian picks up Louise and walks to their room.

The maids all whispered, guessing what happened next for the young and approachable couple. Blushing scarlet, they were curious and shy.

chapter twenty-five - accepting the request

In the morning, Jessica saw Hoshi coming down the stairs alone.

"Ara, where's Miss Louise?" Jessica asked.

"Well, she's still sleeping. She was a little tired last night." Showing a self-satisfied smile, Hoshi sat down on the seat, "Any breakfast recommendations? Jessica."

"It's just a little inn, just pumpkin porridge and bread. Want some?"

"So, okay. Let's have ten."

"Huh Huh!?" Jessica was taken aback.

"Well, some things are pretty draining." Meaningfully.

Hoshi took the porridge and bread from Jessica and devoured them in large mouthfuls. It stunned the maids who appeared one after another.

"What a strange aristocrat, to eat so well."

"Hmmm, all the other noble lords are like that, like that."

"No, there are rude ones too, like that tax collector."

"Yeah, the one who not only chased away the other guests, but also got rough."

Several girls nodded approvingly.

Oh? Hoshi heard interested words.
