Zero no ambassador: my harem

Zero Demon Envoy's My Harem Chapter 174.

Louise input white light into the [Round Mirror of the Originals].

The waves rippled and the mirror reflected a distant scene.

The decoration style was different from the human society but the room, sandstone poured room, flowers, bone fragments, and books reading different texts on a shelf in the corner of the room. An old man with an air of senility lay quietly on a wooden bed, his wrinkled face capable of catching peas. His eyes were closed, and if it weren't for the faint rise and fall of his chest, one would have mistaken him for dead.

"This is the Goblin Clan's room? That person is the [Five Star]?" Anrietta couldn't stop looking at what was reflected in the mirror. Born a princess and rarely leaving even the king, Anrietta was particularly curious about the unknown.

"That should be right. Can this sight move? Lois."

"It seems to work, I'll try."

Louise mentally manipulated the [Point of View] in her mind that had a connection to her, and slowly floated out of the room, reflecting the scenery along the way into the mirror.

In the mirror, like a bird's eye, it flew out of the room.

It was an oasis, a sparkling lake with rows of coconut trees planted around it. Further away was a vast desert, and you could see the wind swirling the yellow sand moving.

"Is this what the desert used to look like?" Anrietta looked a little pleased.

"Isn't there anyone else around?" Hoshi frowned, so little information could be learned this way.

"Can Lois change the channel?"

"Channel?" Lois tilted her head in confusion.

"Ah, no, I said to have the mirror checked by a different person."

"Yes, it can, it seems to last 2 more times today."

"Then go see an elf named Vedachar."

"Vedachar is it, come on."

Louise input her magic again, the mirror rippled and the scenery changed.

What seemed to be a vision of a bird in the sky, below was a grey cloaked man running wildly on a horse.

"Catch up to him, that man is Vedachar."

"Okay, watch me."

Louise did her best to manipulate the invisible [Point of View] in the distant sky to chase after the Vaidachar below. After about 3 minutes, Louise sweating profusely lost control of the [Point of View] and fell to the ground.

"It's too much to force you to wait for 6 hours, by then the Vedachar should have stopped." Hotaru helped Louise up and pulled out a silk scarf to wipe the sweat off Louise's face.

Louise muttered something under her breath.

Leaving [Between Mirrors] with Louise and Anrietta, Louise took the opportunity to recover her magic power.

Hao Tian was able to grasp the mirror more and more through the several times Louise used the [Circle Mirror of the Beginning]. The user must be [User of Nothingness]; as long as the name is known, regardless of whether the user has met or not, they can monitor the other party; if the other party is strong enough, they can detect the mirror's peek and destroy it, [Fire Wizard] did it, and this [5-star] strength of Boonut is not enough? ; Moving the mirror's [Point of View] was mentally draining and couldn't last; it was draining of magic power, and Louise with 7 points of magic power could only last 2-3 times.

Chapter 5: The Goblin's Delusion

[Between the Mirrors], after half a day of recovery, Hao Tian, Anrietta, and Louise gathered here once again. Without any instruction from Hao Tian, Louise stood in front of the [Round Mirror of the Beginning], inputting the white magic power unique to nothingness, the mirror converged on the scene, and after rippling, it reflected the distant scene.

The [Point of View] falls outside the building and looks around as if it's a makeshift hut in the forest on the outskirts of the capital.

The Vaidashar who was the target should be inside.

"Okay, let me see." Louise manipulated the [Point of View] to move into the cabin.

The view in the mirror changed accordingly, and the moment it passed through the wall, the mirror showed a grey view, and soon returned to normal, reflecting the view of the people in the hut, or rather the goblins.

Vidashar removed his cloak and sat around a stone campfire.

There were three other goblins with long, pointed ears, two teenagers and a girl.

The four goblins' mouths were supposed to be communicating, but unfortunately the mirrors could only reflect the sight, not the sound. Even if there was an expert in lip-reading, I don't think they would be able to speak the language of the goblins.

Hao Tian gazed at the goblins' expressions, hoping to read more information from them.

Vaidashar's expression was somewhat heavy, when he spoke. The other three goblins would stop. He should be the one with the highest status among the 4 goblins.

Then there was the girl who scored very high in terms of appearance. Talking a lot in a very lively manner,, and would always continue to talk after the other goblins spoke. The close relationship with Vaidashar was seen, and Vaidashar was seen placing his hand on this girl's head and rubbing it.

The two teenage goblins leaned together, barely speaking and almost always gazing at the beautiful female goblin. After Vedachar spoke, their mouths probably opened and closed a few times just saying "yes", "yeah", "yes" and other meaningless phrases.

The conversation went on for about ten minutes, and then Vedachard collected his expressions, stood up and said something to the other three goblins, who also stood up and nodded at Vedachard. Then the 4 goblins walked out of the room.

Louise quickly manipulated [Viewpoint] to catch up with them, it only lasted for 3 minutes.

The 4 goblins left the cabin in the forest and rode off in one direction.

The mirror, after Louise couldn't continue, converged its light and turned into a normal mirror that generally reflected Hao Tian, Louise, and Anrietta who were standing together.

"Those four goblins must want to do something." Hao Tian.

"From the direction the horse left, it seems like it's coming towards the capital?" Anrietta speculated.

"You must know something, tell us, Hao Tian." Louise looked at Hao Tian with her big round eyes.

Hao Tian then told us about receiving Vaida Shaar yesterday, and Vaida Shaar's desire to take Tiffania away. As for the differences between the factions of the Goblin Clan, the [5-star] Goblin Magician's [Life Sharing] and other contents were kept.

"You refused that goblin's request to take away Tifania, they're not trying to kidnap Tifania, are they?" Louise spoke up.

Anrietta dismissed this speculation, "Tiffania however is staying with us in the royal palace's bedchamber. The palace is guarded by the Magic Knights around the palace, and there are Hao Tian and our many [Triangle Rank] [Quadrilateral Rank] magicians in the chambers. Even if the Goblin Clan is as bold as they are, they wouldn't dare to do it here."

"So, they're trying to convince me once more?" Hoshi acknowledged Anrietta's statement that the goblins couldn't be that bold and presumptuous.

"Maybe."

"I'll wait for information from Ani Coconuts, maybe we can learn something else."

"Well, let's get some rest then."

It was already evening, and Anrietta and Louise returned to their dorm rooms on the second floor to rest.

Hao Tian came to the first floor and asked the maid to bring black tea and snacks to wait for Ani Coconut.

Two hours later, Ani Coconut returned to the palace bedchamber.

Hao Tian dismisses the other maids and asks Aniryoko Si about the information she knows.

Aniryoko has been following Vidashar secretly since he left the palace, but after Vidashar left the palace and got on his horse, Aniryoko couldn't follow him secretly. So Aniryoko sent a carrier pigeon to contact the vigilance soldiers in the nearby villages and towns, asking them to report to her if they saw a man riding a horse with a grey cloak.

After receiving the information from the returned carrier pigeon, Aninous roughly determined that Vidashar's location was in the forest near the fourth village on a route west of the royal capital, which passed through three villages.

Aniryoko sent his men to the forest, but on the way, he found four men including Vidashar's men returning to the royal capital. The men who went to the forest found the wooden house, but after investigating the house, they found no useful information; the soldiers who followed the four Vedachar's men watched them until they entered an inn in the southern part of the capital. Four soldiers were left outside the hotel to monitor their movements.
