"Young Master Jiang Nan is in his room," the butler reported respectfully.
"In his room..." Meimei was taken aback, then continued to ask, "What about Youyou? Is Youyou also in her room?"
"Miss Youyou?" The butler hesitated for a few seconds, as if reminiscing, and then responded, "Miss Youyou did return last night, but she left the villa early this morning. I haven’t seen her come back."
"What did you say?" Meimei was shocked, raising her head in surprise to look at the butler. Then she turned to look at Dan Tingye, who walked into the living room a step behind her, unable to hide her worry.
"Youyou is not in the villa. She didn’t go to school today either. Where did she go?"
"Don’t worry, we can ask Jiang Nan," Dan Tingye walked forward and went straight to Jiang Nan’s door, signaling the butler to open it.
After the door was opened, Dan Tingye reached out to stop the anxious Meimei from rushing forward. He glanced at the butler, who immediately understood and went inside first to check; confirming Jiang Nan was dressed properly, the butler quickly reported.
"Young Master, Young Master Jiang Nan is sleeping. It seems like he has been asleep all day."
"He’s been sleeping all day?"
Dan Tingye furrowed his brows, pushed the door open, and went inside.
In the large room, clothes were thrown everywhere; shirts on the floor had wrinkled into lumps like pickles, casually tossed around, pants draped over the sofa...
The place was a mess.
Dan Tingye’s eyes flickered, looking at Jiang Nan on the bed, sprawled over the pillow, his sleeping posture was the worst, but his pajamas were still tidy, otherwise, he would never have allowed Meimei to enter.

He hastily jumped to the floor, picking up all the scattered dirty clothes and stuffing them into the trash bin. Running his hands through his messy hair, he nervously looked at Meimei.

Meimei looked at him, walked forward, circled around him twice, scrutinizing him thoroughly.
