In its initial function and description, [Swift] was nearly identical to [Lightness], just with slightly stronger numbers—an increase from 5% to 10%.

However, it added a new function, and a rather impressive one at that.

Consume Qi and Blood to gain a 20% instantaneous burst of speed. The description alone was enough to tell how useful this Skill would be.

Although it was only instantaneous, going by the description, that likely meant exactly what it said—it would only last for a single instant.

But in the heat of battle, a sudden acceleration is an unpredictable change that can be hard for an enemy to anticipate. If an opponent didn’t know what he was capable of, this instantaneous burst of speed could very likely catch them completely off guard.

Of course, this wasn’t the only such trick Lin Mo had up his sleeve.

His Flash ability, as well as the function of the Assassin’s Epic Skill [Shadow Splitting] that allowed him to swap places with a Clone, both served a similar purpose and were far more ridiculous than a mere 20% burst of speed.

However, Lin Mo’s Agility Attribute wasn’t as high as his Magic Power, and his Assassin Profession was also only Level 4, so his Ranger Profession could only be raised to Level 4.

But that was more than enough. The feeling of a Profession jumping several levels at once was simply incredible.
