Age of Adepts

1340 Chapter 1340 - Moving the Tiger from the Mountain

At this point Keslinburg had finally metamorphosed into a true 4th order life!

The magnificent body that was over four hundred meters tall, the rocky skin that was covered in dark red veins, the sturdy hands and feet that resembled tall mountain peaks... despite the shrinkage in size, the control of the body was already very different from before.

The Thunder Dragon Ames had an unparalleled sense of battle and danger, and was the first to notice the difference in Keslin Castle. Its azure dragon wings rapidly flapped against the void, circling around the tall stone giant, silently increasing the distance.

The two magic energy cannons on its back were like chicken blood, banging and firing energy fireballs the size of grinding plates.

The energy fireballs struck the stone giant's tall body, but the previous scene of stones raining down was no more. Dark red magic patterns appeared on the surface of the stone giant's body, absorbing nearly half of the energy fireball's damage.

The remaining bursts of energy merely exploded off scattered rock fragments, doing little damage to the Stone Giant.

The Stone Giant stood still, fiercely facing the Demonic Artifact Puppet Dragon and opening its right hand.

In the next second, a stormy sandstorm swept over the area where the Demon Puppet Dragon was.

Before the Demon Armor Puppet Dragon could escape from it, spear thrusts like guns and swords came out from the ground, poking the metal body beneath it with a cracking sound. With just this, a large number of depressions and shallow pits appeared on the surface of the Demonic Armor Puppet Dragon's body.

"You go to hell!"

A hoarse, low growl of Freed's was heard from inside the stone giant.

The Stone Giant then swung a large hand at the Magic Arms Puppet Dragon far away.

The two sides were at least 3 miles away.

The earth trembled, and an astonishing amount of earth elements gushed out from the soil, then formed a hundred-meter square giant hand that slapped down on the Demon Armor Puppet Dragon.

The Demon Armor Puppet Dragon was knocked to the ground by the previous Sandstorm and Earth Spear, and was somewhat unsteady. However, seeing the terrifying power of the opponent's swift and fierce strike, it still didn't look like it was retreating in fear.

Its metal dragon's head was raised high, and its mouth opened wide to spew out a formless wave of sound. The magic energy cannon on its back even increased its firing frequency to the extreme, and a single energy fireball connected into a series of dense lines of fire, constantly bombarding the giant hand that was clapping in its face.

Thud....

The Sound Wave Shockwave and the Magic Energy Cannon joined forces and finally broke through the earthy hand.

The huge amount of earth elements condensed to form the elemental hand finally crumbled, turning into an overwhelming wave of mud that washed the Demonic Puppet Dragon out over thirty meters. It was still the Demonic Puppet Dragon that managed to stop itself from retreating by clanging multiple pairs of metal jointed limbs deep into the mud, dragging a terrifying chasm in the ground.

The Demon Armor Puppet Dragon twisted its body, shaking off the dirt stained on it, and stared at the strange fellow in the distance with a completely different aura, its energy breath also began to slowly increase.

The Demonic Armament Puppet Dragon hadn't suffered much damage from the strike just now, though. But to an outsider's eye, it was blown away from afar by that stone giant's light strike.

This was simply a great humiliation to those demonic gnomes controlling the Demonic Armament Puppet Dragon!

The Demonic Puppet Dragon's head opened wide and let out a high roar that shook the arena, then it flicked its head and tail and pounced on the enemy.

The Thunder Dragon Ames, which was hovering in the sky, also gathered its wings and swooped down, forcing the stone giants to take a defensive stance with its swift attack posture.

A metal dragon, a stone giant, and a pure-blooded dragon... the three strange creatures with distinctly different life forms strangled together once again.

Freed, who had completely fused with Keslinburg, was now able to manipulate the massive stone giant like an arm. Its feet were anchored on the ground, receiving the vast amount of energy from the underground source that was continuously channeled out to sustain the massive energy needs of its giantized body.

Its lifts and thrusts all carried a huge amount of earth elemental energy, either condensing into stone balls to smash into the opponent, or transforming into stone spears to launch terrifying piercing attacks, or forming an overwhelming rain of meteorites to dump over a vast area....

With the aid of Keslingberg's strange amplifying effect, Fried's control and manipulation of the earth element was becoming more and more masterful and terrifying!

With a rocky body as hard as steel, the brontosaurus' lightning spit, the magic puppet dragon's savage clash and the floating giant ship's cannon bombardment could only damage its scales and claws, and could not penetrate through the rocky body nearly a hundred meters thick to injure its soul origin.

And Freed steadily entrenched at the edge of the pit, or far attack, or melee, each explosive attack will cause the Crimson side of the chicken and dog flying.

The Demonic Puppet Dragon is built with an all-metal body, and may be able to carry Freed's earth elemental attacks. The 4th level Thunder Dragon Ames and the floating giant ship were somewhat fragile in front of the stone giant, once they were hit by its attack, the terrible consequences were simply unimaginable.

There were already two floating giant ships that had been pierced by the spears thrown by Fred, and had to evacuate the main battlefield in a retreating manner. If it wasn't for the fact that the stone giants incarnated by Freed were having difficulty leaving the pit too far away, I'm afraid that there would have been a plurality of heavy casualties on the Crimson Fleet side!

The reason why the scene was so ugly was clearly related to the dominant position of Crimson's side.

In this battle, Crimson had almost all the advantages, beating the Entom Family one-sidedly to the point of disgracing their armor.

Looking down from above, the large territory around Keslin Castle had been taken by the Wraith Warband. The opposing Wraith troops were either annihilated or in the midst of a mobile 'shift', and the skies and ground around the main battlefield were filled with chasing and fighting.

Under such circumstances, the 4th Order Thunder Lord Ames would never fight the enemy to the death.

And once it had fought to the point of shrinking, only a 4th rank primary Demon Armor Puppet Dragon encountered the larger and more fierce Activated Keslinburg, it was like meeting a nemesis, and was suppressed by the other side at every turn, and the fight was simply suffocating.

Seeing this scene, Grim, who had been sitting inside the Vassailor and silently observing, gave a heated smile, and his figure stood up suddenly from the tall armchair, then a flash of fire light suddenly appeared at the bow of the ship.

Without transforming into a molten fire giant or casting any fire sorcery, Grim only stood there silently, and Fried, who was still in the midst of a fierce battle, was not as unrestrained in his attack stance as before.

Freed was also exhausted from facing the presence of a plurality of high ranking enemies.

He had to save at least four points of his energy for that Grim with the legendary Fire Witch title, as well as three points for that cunning 4th stage Thunder Dragon Ames, two points for the stalking Demonic Puppet Dragon, and the remaining point to keep an eye on the movements of a few floating giant ships....

It couldn't be helped, only these guys on the entire battlefield were able to cause him enough damage. As for those other Grylls' attacks, it wasn't even enough to tickle him, let alone cause him terrible harm.

However, no matter how vigilant and cautious Freed was, that legendary Fire Wizard Grim just seemed to be teasing him, standing at the bow of the metal ship, just silently watching and smirking, without the slightest sign of making a move.

Could it be....

The other side's body wasn't really healed, and what was in front of them was just a floater?

Once this thought was born, it was like a sinister serpent coiled up dead in Fried's mind, making him tastefully ponder the possibility of this question no matter how he fought and attacked and defended.

Was it a trap, or an opportunity?

Fried had no idea and no way of knowing.

The loss of a hundred years of life had brought his hatred for this Grim to the extreme, but any chance that he could kill the other man, he didn't want to miss it. Even paying some price for it, he would not mind!

There's not much left to lose now, Fred!

Having made up his mind, Fried finally began to move motionlessly towards the flagship Vassailo.

And when he arrived at the position where the attack was launched, Fried immediately abandoned the brontosaurus and puppet dragon in front of him without hesitation and instantly moved out a thousand meters with a shrink and a rise of his huge body. Looking at the Vassailor, which had been included in the attack, Freed growled.

"Grim, you're going to die!"

With that said, the fully functioning Freed extracted a huge amount of earth elements from the ground and condensed them into a terrifying elemental stone ball that smashed into Grim who was standing upright at the bow of the ship.

In almost an instant, the huge floating giant ship like a silver hill was encased in an astonishing amount of earth and rocks. They were fiercely squeezing inwards under Fried's maneuvering, with the intention of squashing and crushing the floating giant ship.

The Earth Elemental's unique sluggish, stagnant force wrapped around Grim's body in an instant.

If Grim was unable to use his power as a super strong man, he might be damaged by this move.

Faced with the enemy's terrifying attack, Grim not only did not have the slightest fear on his face, but also a smirk that showed that he had succeeded in his evil plan.

With the aid of the chip, the other party's little tricks and moves of sneaking closer and secretly gathering earth elemental power could not escape his eyes of course.

However, in order to end this battle faster, Grim could only cooperate with the enemy in putting on a show!

Looking at the terrifying stone mountain looming over him and sensing the overwhelming earth elemental atmosphere, Grim pulled out a teardrop-shaped strange item from his bosom and waved it outwards.

In the next second, an equally top-heavy and massive waterman condensed out of the void.

The waterman was a hundred meters tall and short, pale blue around its body, with only a few intricately patterned strange metal rings around its wrists, ankles, waist and neck.

As soon as it coalesced, it roared and launched a terrifying curtain of waterfall.

An unending stream of elemental water rushed out from the void, gathering into a raging, gigantic wave of water that met the squeezing stone mountain head-on.

Water and earth, two very different elemental forces collided together in the middle of the battlefield.

In an instant, a terrifying shattering pattern of power swept across the entire world. All the objects that were affected by the shattering ripple were silently crushed into slag and then rolled out in all directions.

A storm of sand and dust, a violent torrent, cleansed the entire heaven and earth like two poisonous snakes entwined together in a clean and painful manner.

The five floating ships held up their protective shields and were washed out like small sampans floating and sinking inside the stormy waves. Under the collision with each other and the strangulation of the power shattering patterns, several giant ships were severely damaged to different degrees.

Water Soul Jade!

That 4th rank item from the Spirit Realm was imbued with the full power of the Water Prophet Lorence's full strike. Although the opponent was not at the peak of the 4th rank, he was at least a powerful life form of the 4th rank advanced.

Therefore with the power of the Water Soul Jade to resist Fried's violent strike, Grim managed to escape a stranglehold on the other party.

Seeing that the stone giant that Fried had incarnated wanted to continue attacking, Grim couldn't help but shake his head and smile, reaching out his hand to point behind him.

Fried looked back in horror, and saw Mary's tiny, dainty body like an arrow burrowing into the pit. And the moment it fell into the pit, Mary still had time to turn around and wave at Fred.

Fried, who had already fused with the stone giant, changed dramatically!
