Stella saw the creature was unharmed. She regained her senses and shouted, "It’s a Dead Fang. Keep attacking!"

Her voice reached the ears of everyone fighting at the front. Most of the warriors were hearing the name for the first time.

But there were old veterans among them. They felt as if a thunderclap had struck their heads.

They had heard about the Dead Fang elite from their predecessors before.

They hadn’t been able to come into contact with one until now.

On the other hand, I heard the voice of Senior Stella.

"Dead Fang," I muttered.

Swoosh!

Right then, the Dead Fang moved. It set its gaze on the target. The target was none other than Zack Lockwood.

In a flash, it covered half the distance.

At the same time, my senses screamed at me. I saw through the intention of the creature.

Boom!

I covered my whole body in purple lightning force. The lightning bolts covered my body. Right then, the claw of the creature reached me.

Those claws were covered in dark runes. My heart was engulfed in a sense of crisis. I raised my hand to block it.

My purple-lightning-covered hands touched the dark claws.

Boom!

The next second, a mysterious dark energy surged forth from the runes. The power impacted my body.

I could only block a little of the dark energy. The remaining energy impacted my body. My body flew backward before hitting the ground.

Thud!

The hard landing caused a huge sound. A deep pit was formed, and my body was stuck in the middle. Before I could realize what happened, I felt a searing pain in my body. It was hurting.

Swoosh!

The Dead Fang appeared in a flash. Its huge body got closer to me. I circulated the shock force and purple lightning force.

The two mixed forces went across my body. It didn’t take long for the force to reach my arms. The claws of the creature reached out again.

If I failed to block the attack again, the claws could tear through my body. The dark energy of the claws would be lethal.

Boom!

This time I raised my hands to block the attack.

The two mixed forces came into contact with the claws. The dark energy tried to destroy the shock force and purple lightning force, but both forces withstood the attack.

The dark energy didn’t reach me. Yet, the impact force behind the attack sent me flying back again.

Boom!

I crashed to the ground once more. But this time, it was just the physical impact; I had avoided the dark energy.

Screech!

The Dead Fang made a weird sound. The two mixed forces began to neutralize the dark energy.

The creature was enraged. It wanted the human warrior named Zack Lockwood dead.

Swoosh!

The Dead Fang was about to attack again, but many elemental attacks landed on the creature.

Boom! Boom!

One continuous explosion occurred after another. The Dead Fang creature stopped in its tracks. It didn’t move forward.

The other warriors were attacking continuously, as no other Dead Fang creature had appeared out of the wide crack.

It was the only Dead Fang creature causing problems for them, so they turned their full attention toward it.

On the other hand, I struggled to get up from the pit. I saw others attacking the Dead Fang, which bought me valuable time.

Next, I circulated the shock force, the bloodline force, and the purple lightning force. Three types of force flowed through my body before reaching my hands.

I could feel the immense strength hidden in my body. I moved toward the creature again.

Boom!

One attack after another landed on the creature, yet the Dead Fang was unharmed. None of the attacks broke its defense.

Still, the massive elemental attacks were creating a huge impact force that blocked the movement of the Dead Fang creature.

"Lightning Drop!"

Right then, I released my attack technique, a purple ball with a hue of golden-silver and blue covering its surface.

In a flash, the attack reached its target and landed on the back of its body.

Boom!

A huge explosion occurred. The others stopped attacking the creature.

The mix of three forces successfully cracked its defense and penetrated its body.

Screech!

The Dead Fang was injured for the first time in the battle. Black blood flowed out from the wound.

Stella and the other senior warriors were surprised, as they knew how hard it was to kill a Dead Fang.

They had heard from their predecessors that this creature was responsible for causing many deaths during their time.

Seeing that Zack Lockwood’s attack worked, they sighed in relief. They knew only Zack Lockwood could do something about it, while the rest of them could only act as support from behind.

Stella and the others conveyed the message to the rest of the fighters.

Swoosh!

The Dead Fang’s killing intent increased. Its gaze turned toward Zack Lockwood.

The creature moved fast. Its massive body tore through the air, its speed even faster than before.

"Lightning Wheel!"

I saw the Dead Fang creature right before me. Its speed was immense, but I was prepared. I used the lightning technique with three different forces.

A purple lightning wheel appeared around me, filled with a golden-silver and blue hue. The wheel beamed with power.

Right then, the Dead Fang collided with the wheel.

Boom!

A massive blast occurred. The wheel exploded right away, and the powerful force landed on the Dead Fang.

This time, the creature was even more hurt. The attack injured the two forelegs of the Dead Fang.

Pfff!

They were bleeding. The injury sent searing pain through the Dead Fang.

On the other hand, I moved backward. The following attacks from other warriors landed on the Dead Fang as well.

The Dead Fang was already injured, and its movement paused.

"Why did you stop?"

"Continue with the attack!" Stella appeared all of a sudden and yelled at me.

Hearing that, I was taken aback, but then I nodded to her and decided to use another attack.

I circulated the three different inheritance forces again, but this time I used a different route according to the attack technique.

"Lightning Cage!"

I released the attack. The beam tore through the air before landing on the creature. Like a cage, the lightning power trapped it.

The lightning bolts injured the creature’s body while the other two forces penetrated its skin and flesh.
