The cab stopped in front of the residential buildings. It was the residential building of the warriors. We stepped out.

Marie paid the fare to the driver. When the cab departed, she took me to the 10th Residential Building.

"There are 15 residential buildings in this area. 100 rooms per building. Only one warrior is given a room. So there are 1,500 warriors in the whole area, including you," Marie said to me.

Hearing that, I raised my eyebrows in surprise. Besides, the number seemed big.

While walking towards the 10th building, she saw through my thoughts and said, "Don’t think the number is too big."

Marie then gave a new communication device to me.

"The access card can be used as an ID as well. Here, take the new communication device and storage ring. You’ve got a break for two days. After two days, you will get instructions on what to do next," Marie said with a smile.

Hearing that, I thanked her and accepted the storage ring and the device.

"It’s okay. Save my contact number. If you have any doubts, you can ask me," Marie said.

Then I closed the main door and came to the wide living area. The place was fully furnished. I sat down on the sofa and leaned back against the seat.

I was so close to falling into a trap. I had completely believed that elder named Silas, but he turned out to be a bad guy.

Then I thought of the ancient spirit. I didn’t know whether it was present or not. "Are you there?" I asked.

"I can hear you," the ancient spirit’s voice sounded.

"How did you wake up this time?" I asked.

I didn’t expect the ancient spirit to appear again after stepping into the Tier-3 Sub-Post.

"It appears you haven’t noticed yet. The energy in this place is rich and has a slight mix of special energy. The special energy helped me awaken," the ancient spirit’s voice sounded.

Hearing that, I raised my eyebrows. How could I not notice the difference in energy here? My whole body was craving it. That’s why I wanted to find a place to rest.

But the appearance of the old man Silas spoiled my mood. Anyway, everything ended well. I finally got a place to stay.

"How are you going to stay awake this time?" I asked.

"You can speak freely in your mind. I can hear your thoughts," the ancient spirit said.

"Then you can read my mind?" I asked.

"I can’t. You are the inheritor of the Guardian God. I can’t disobey your orders," the ancient spirit’s voice replied.

"I can only hear what you want to share," the spirit added.

Hearing that, my eyes flashed with relief. I was worried that the ancient spirit could read my mind.

"So, what’s with the special energy?" I asked.

"I knew you would ask me. The special energy is something you need to worry about after becoming a Red Mark Warrior. Right now, you are a Purple Mark Warrior," the ancient spirit said.

"You have to reach Half-Step Red Mark Warrior first. Then you can better protect yourself. The special energy is what makes the Red Mark Warriors stronger," the ancient spirit added.

Hearing that, I was glad that the ancient spirit was here to help me. Otherwise, I would be clueless here.

Next, I rested for an hour on the sofa.

Then I opened my eyes. I put the new storage ring on my left hand. I used my mental power to check.

I saw four sets of black combat suits and uniforms for daily wear. Then I saw piles of lightning affinity stones and some resources for healing.

My eyes gleamed with a twinkle. It looked like someone had made the arrangements after learning of my arrival here.

Then I withdrew my mental power and looked toward the communication device. It was a handheld device. I turned it on.

When the device turned on, I saw a few important apps, including maps. Then I got a few new messages. They were from the administration.

I opened the message and read it. They congratulated me. I had two days of free time, after which they would send my schedule.

I had to follow the instructions. After figuring out what to do next, I relaxed. Then I put away the device and began to look around the room.

To my surprise, there was an inbuilt massive essence chamber here. I didn’t waste time and quickly went inside.

I saw the spacious room inside. One could do combat practice here. The door behind me shut automatically.

"So they have built this thing here as well. It can aid your growth," the ancient spirit’s voice sounded.

"Yes," I replied.

Then I decided to practice. I had yet to recover my inheritance forces. After that battle against the Thorn Reaper, I hadn’t had the time.

I looked around and found the switches. I turned them on. The next second, the energy began to flow out from the inlet.

I paid attention to the energy here. The energy coming in was denser and richer than in the outside environment.

It didn’t take long for me to spot the difference. There was a cold energy mixed with the warm energy. The cold energy had to be the special energy.

I came to the middle and sat cross-legged on the ground.

Then I closed my eyes and began to run the purple lightning method. The ancient spirit was digesting the special energy instead of the warm natural energy.
