They simply couldn’t believe what they had just witnessed. Mara actually took the initiative to kiss Clovis.

There wasn’t supposed to be anything between them. They knew Clovis and Mara had a good relationship, but there was nothing to indicate about them having a romantic relationship.

Yet Mara had actually done it.

Clovis was taken aback. He slightly leaned back to assess the situation. "Mara, you..."

Mara closed her eyes as though she had no regret in doing so. "This will be the best reason for me to join your group. Well, you may also understand the reason in the future."

Clovis might actually know the reason. He just didn’t want to believe it.

The reason was the voice he had been hearing lately. He couldn’t help but wonder if Mara was actually one of his women in reality.

But after seeing what she had just done, he realized that this might not just be speculation.

Still, there was no reason for Mara to kiss him. After all, in this simulation world, he and Mara weren’t supposed to have any romantic relationship.

So, why did Mara kiss him? Did she know about the reality? What did she know?

There were tons of questions in his mind, but Clovis couldn’t exactly ask them in front of everyone.

Mara just dropped to the ground while saying, "I’m tired. I’ll get some rest first."

"..." Clovis was speechless. Mara really did everything as she pleased, not caring about anything else.

She had just made such a shocking move, yet she didn’t even feel bothered by their reactions.

"Clovis, explain!" Luci and Christina glared at him. They had been honest regarding this matter.

While they wouldn’t exactly stop Clovis from getting another woman, they demanded that Clovis did it in front of them so that they could get to know each other first. This was better than letting him cheat behind their back and suddenly run away with that woman all of a sudden.

However, they never knew anything about Mara. They wanted an explanation from Clovis.

Clovis scratched the back of his head, asking himself, ’Am I supposed to reveal the information about their voices from reality because of a kiss?’

Mara definitely put him in a difficult position.

Then again, the Libation Fiesta had been completed. He had recruited the last member.

There wouldn’t be anyone else to know about their secrets, so it might be fine to tell them about the voices.

"..." Clovis let out a long sigh. "I will tell you, no, everyone, once we go back. I don’t know if that’s the reason, though. Why don’t you ask Mara as well?"

"Yep, yep. That’s definitely the reason," Mara replied nonchalantly, clearly not wanting to answer their questions.

Christina and Luci were speechless. Kanaria and Melody had regrouped as well and were coming for Clovis.

’Yep, I’m screwed.’ Clovis thought. ’The girls won’t leave me alive after we’re back...’

"Anyway, let’s just handle the aftermath here and return. The fight was exhausting, and we’ve finally got our last member, so it’s good to know each other first."

Though there would probably be one person who would feel delighted in this situation.

It was none other than Vina.

She originally intended to trick Mara into marrying Clovis. If she had known about this, she would definitely have smiled because it meant there was no need to trick Mara anymore.

She could just persuade her gently with words, thus fulfilling her promise to Silvia.

No one would ever predict the infamous Wandering Disaster to end up as Clovis’ woman.

Ragna tugged Jay’s arm. "Will you end up suffering like that as well?"

"Me? Why?"

"I am talking about the twins. Haven’t you been talking to them? Have you confessed? Have you slept with them?"

"It’s not your concern."

Ragna just smiled as if he could see through the situation. "I guess the twins are better because they know each other. But they will probably work together against you..."

"I marry my saber. That’s all." Jay harrumphed and pushed Ragna’s face away, not planning to say anything else.

Ragna chuckled. It was quite amusing to see Jay’s reaction. Besides, Erwin would die even with just one.

"Shouldn’t you think about your own partner?" Jay glanced at Ragna.

"I don’t intend to have a partner. I decided on it from the beginning. I’d like to remain as the guardian. Maybe being called uncles in the future will be nice, but that’s all. I don’t want the headache, which will come from having relationships." Ragna shrugged.

Clovis once tricked Jay into watching those R-18 films in the movie theater. Because it was the product of Another World Mall, he experienced it firsthand.

That was why Jay was wondering if he should pull the same trick on Ragna as payback.

While the others were relaxing, Luci resumed her work.

Clovis’ condition became stable after the blood transfusion, but when she saw Mara’s condition, she was horrified.

"Clovis, I need to bring her to your mall. She will need the treatment over there. The damage is too severe. While her regeneration is exceptional and she might be able to recover, it might take several months due to the extent of the damage.

"Her natural regeneration is too slow to repair the damage. They will stick with her even after she closes her wounds.

"She will need the first treatment there, and I will continue with her treatment afterward. This way, she will be able to recover in two weeks."

"Oh! I understand. Give me a second." Clovis nodded. Since Mara had joined their group, it was fine for Clovis to bring her to Another World Mall.

Besides, Mara wasn’t the type of person who would reveal this information, not to mention the fact that she didn’t even have people close enough to be called friends other than Clovis.

So, Clovis immediately brought her to the clinic in Another World Mall and let Luci do the rest.

Though Mara definitely did something that made them shake their heads.

Before she got treated, Mara raised her finger and announced, "Hamburgers and cola are the only things I need to recover."
