In the end, the Leonin gave her a white bracelet—the Beastkin Conglomerate’s latest research product.

The bracelet was designed for portability and was developed specifically for women. Though it looked small, it was equipped with over a dozen types of weapons, ranging from melee weapons to firearms.

Moira Lynch was thrilled with the weapon. After collecting the two servings of Nutrition Supplements, she also took the trash from her earlier cleaning before she left.

The other players had already left.

As she neared the main gate, Moira Lynch’s spiritual power detected a large group of people gathered outside.

It was dark out. They were probably planning to wait around until dawn before leaving, but Moira Lynch had no intention of waiting with them. After all, one of her enemies was among those players. She immediately activated her Illusion Cloak’s Invisibility.

She slipped away right under the players’ noses.

Once she was a safe distance away, Moira Lynch took out her electric scooter and continued toward the Twin-Tailed Cat Village.

Outside the Leonin’s home, Shane Rhodes and Kai York were still waiting for Moira Lynch to come out. Besides the two of them, many others were also waiting for her, including the middle-aged man who had snitched on her.

After leaving the Leonin’s house, the other players had all received an extra reward on top of the smiley face. It wasn’t much, but at least they wouldn’t go hungry for the next few days. He was the only one who got nothing.

Even the smiley face he received was much dimmer than everyone else’s. It was obvious who was responsible.

However, they waited for a long time without ever seeing Moira Lynch emerge.

Just then, a chubby Pearl Bird flew in from the distance and landed on Kai York’s shoulder. It glanced at Shane Rhodes, shook its head, and then flapped its wings and flew away.

Seeing this, Shane Rhodes immediately understood. He pulled Kai York along to find a place to rest.

"Boss, aren’t we going to wait for that girl?"

Shane Rhodes glanced at him. "She’s already left," he said. "We should focus on ourselves now. It’s already the second day; we need to hurry and finish our mission."

"Alright."

Meanwhile, Moira Lynch had planned to find a place to rest once she was far enough away, but as she traveled on, she unexpectedly spotted a village in the distance.

Based on her experience in the Rabbit-kin Village, the area surrounding a Beastkin settlement was the safest place to be.

So, Moira Lynch pushed the electric scooter to its top speed.

Upon arriving near the village, she was stunned to realize—this was the Twin-Tailed Cat Village she’d been so eager to find! ’To think I’d stumble upon it so easily after searching for so long.’

Moira Lynch stopped near the village, stored her electric scooter in her space, and then entered the space herself to take a shower.

They had to stay here for ten days. ’Ten days without a shower or a change of clothes would be bearable if I had no other choice,’ she thought, ’but since I have the option, I’m not going to make myself suffer.’

After showering and changing her clothes, she checked on the progress of her Dragon Tooth Grass Seeds. ’Good,’ she noted, ’they’ve already sprouted.’

Moira Lynch left her space, set up her Sweet Catcher, and built a simple shelter with a sun umbrella before beginning to meditate.

When day broke, a Twin-Tailed Cat-kin spotted Moira Lynch right outside the village. The Beastkin approached curiously and asked, "Can I help you with something?"

Moira Lynch showed off the smiley face badge on her chest. "I’m looking for work," she said. "I’m particularly good at collecting trash."

’Opportunities don’t just fall into your lap; you have to go out and make them.’

The Twin-Tailed Cat-kin’s eyes lit up upon hearing the phrase "collecting trash." "Really? What level of Recycler are you? If your level is too low, one person probably won’t be enough."

As they spoke, the Twin-Tailed Cat-kin glanced at Moira Lynch’s slender frame and shook their head.

’No sharp teeth or claws, and no tail... She doesn’t look intimidating at all. She’s most likely a low-level Recycler.’

Moira Lynch didn’t know what the Twin-Tailed Cat-kin was thinking, but she could see the distrust in their eyes. So, she presented her badge to them.

The badge could be used to look up reviews from previous clients.

Although there were only two reviews so far, both were glowing, full-mark ratings. Only then did the Twin-Tailed Cat-kin finally believe her.

"Then follow me. Our village recently gathered a batch of unwanted items. We were planning to hire a few C-rank Recyclers to deal with it in a couple of days, but they’re so short-handed that our order got pushed back half a month."

At this, the Twin-Tailed Cat-kin wrinkled their nose. "That stuff would be rotten in half a month. It’s a good thing you came along."

Listening to the Twin-Tailed Cat-kin, Moira Lynch shrewdly picked up on an important detail. "Are Recyclers in high demand among the Beastkin right now?" she asked.

"Of course they are. Winter just ended, after all. The winters on the Crino Prairie are freezing, and it’s impossible to find any food. Our only choice is to stockpile food before winter sets in. But when spring arrives, all the leftovers spoil quickly, so we need Recyclers to clear it all out in time."

Under the Twin-Tailed Cat-kin’s guidance, Moira Lynch soon arrived at a storeroom.

The Twin-Tailed Cat-kin pointed to the open doors of the storeroom. "We put everything in here to make it easier for the Recyclers when they arrive," they said.

Moira Lynch nodded and walked inside. The moment she entered, she was hit by the faint aroma of jerky.

Twin-Tailed Cat-kin are pure carnivores, so their diet consists entirely of meat.

She recalled the Twin-Tailed Cat-kin saying that food spoils quickly after winter, so she picked up a piece of jerky and sniffed it. ’No strange smell. It’s still good.’

Besides that, she also found various types of canned meat, all of which were ready to eat right out of the can.

Just then, two Twin-Tailed Cat-kin entered, pushing a cart piled high with a small mountain of canned meat.

The two were chatting as they walked and didn’t seem to notice Moira Lynch in the storeroom.

"Winter’s finally over. I’m so sick of eating this canned meat I could puke."

"Tell me about it. Now we can finally eat some decent food. I don’t want to see another can of meat or piece of jerky as long as I live."

"That’s what you said this time last year. But come autumn, you’ll be right back to stockpiling it."

"If only I were as rich and powerful as the Leonin. Then I could just take a ship and leave for the winter, only coming back after it’s passed."

The two Twin-Tailed Cat-kin casually dumped what they were carrying into a pile in the storeroom and left, discussing where to go hunting as they went.

Moira Lynch emerged from a corner and silently collected all the canned meat and other items they had discarded.

’The Twin-Tailed Cat-kin are sick of this food, but if they don’t want it, I’ll gladly take it. I’m not picky.’
