Besides those, there were also various other medicines like Enhancers, Flying Potions, and Recovery Agents.

The quantity of each medicine wasn’t large, but there was a wide variety.

’Looks like the refresh is truly random.’

"Patience, do you know how to upgrade this item?" Moira Lynch asked.

[The Magical Medical Box’s growth condition is to consume plants with different effects. The medical box will then produce corresponding medicines based on the effects of the plants consumed.]

’So that’s how it works. I have plenty of those kinds of plants in my space.’

Just as Moira Lynch was about to feed the Magical Medical Box the Bone Marrow Cleansing Fruits and other fruits from her space, she suddenly received a warning from the system.

[Warning: The player is engaging in a serious violation. Please cease this action immediately!!]

Hearing this, Moira Lynch’s hands froze. ’Are you serious? It’s policing this, too?’

’I just want to help the medical box level up, it’s not like I’m eating them myself.’

But no matter how much she complained internally, since the system forbade it, Moira Lynch had no choice but to stop.

’Whatever. The Magical Medical Box is in my possession anyway. I can just upgrade it after the game is over.’

With that thought, Moira Lynch emerged from the bushes and continued on her way, the newly acquired Tetanus Blade in hand.

As she walked, a question suddenly occurred to her: could the Universal Gloves duplicate items?

Looking at the Tetanus Blade in her hand, Moira Lynch tried to duplicate it with the Universal Gloves.

To Moira Lynch’s pleasant surprise, the Universal Gloves could indeed duplicate items, but only those of a lower grade than the gloves themselves.

An hour later, Moira Lynch was holding a new Tetanus Blade.

"I didn’t expect the duplication to be so fast this time."

Immediately after, Moira Lynch duplicated the other two items as well.

Having learned her lesson from before, Moira Lynch deliberately expanded her detection range this time.

’I have too many secrets. It’s safer to operate alone.’

Since she couldn’t use the items from her space for now, she would have to upgrade the Magical Medical Box by sourcing materials locally.

Moira Lynch first held her breath, then took out a large handful of Arden from her space and stuffed them into the medical box’s small body.

As the Arden vanished, the surface of the Magical Medical Box showed no change.

Moira Lynch guessed that today’s batch of medicines had already been refreshed, so she would have to wait until the next day to see the effects.

After the Arden, Moira Lynch took out the Little King Flower—the fragrant variety.

’This Little King Flower can repel insects, so it should also count as a type of medicine.’

In a patch of grass, following a prompt from Patience, Moira Lynch found a large clump of plants that looked like yams.

[Vine Yam: Rich in nutrients, aids spleen health and digestion. Long-term consumption can promote longevity.]

Seeing this, Moira Lynch deftly yanked it out of the ground.

Its appearance and color were exactly the same as yams from Caelus, but it was several times larger.

Each root was as thick as a bowl and grew taller than her. The surrounding tubers were as big as her fist, resembling potatoes.

Moira Lynch broke off a piece of the Vine Yam and stuffed it into the Magical Medical Box. After that, she began nimbly gathering the yams, not sparing any—big or small, long or short, thick or thin.

While gathering the Vine Yams, Moira Lynch discovered that some of them had already been damaged.

An animal had dug up the ground to find and eat the Vine Yams, leaving behind tracks of varying depths in the surrounding soil.

One patch of soil had clearly been turned over recently; the moisture in the dirt hadn’t completely dried yet.

Seeing this, Moira Lynch directly used her spiritual power to envelop all the Vine Yams still buried in the soil and pulled them all into her space at once.

Immediately after, the ground shook and the soil beneath her feet began to collapse.

Moira Lynch saw this and quickly retreated a few steps to a safe area.

With a dull THUD, the spot where she had just been standing caved in, leaving a deep pit in the ground.

These were all the spots where the Vine Yams had been growing. Moira Lynch had pulled the yams and the surrounding soil into her Dawnspace, which caused the collapse.

There was no telling how many years these yams had been growing here; many of them were packed tightly together.

She did a rough estimate: she had harvested at least a few hundred pounds of Vine Yams this time.

After walking for a while longer, the surrounding light began to dim. She checked the time; it was already afternoon.

Moira Lynch quickly followed the route mapped out by Patience and headed back.

The rainforest was still too dangerous at night.

When she passed the spot where she had taken down the three people, she made a point to check on them. All three were still lying there, showing no signs of waking up due to the surrounding Arden.

Instead, several animals that had suffered the same fate were lying near them.

’Who would have thought that the Arden I used to keep these three from waking up would end up becoming their guardian angel?’

Moira Lynch paid the three people no mind, collecting the affected animals before turning to leave.

Finally, just before nightfall, Moira Lynch returned to the cave.

While she was still some distance from the cave, Moira Lynch used her spiritual power to retrieve all the Arden surrounding it.

By the time she got back to the cave, the scent of Arden in the air had mostly dissipated.

Moira Lynch first went to the water source, filled her water gun item with water, and then began to process the day’s hunt.

She cleaned the rabbit that had practically delivered itself to her. Tonight, she would have roast rabbit.

As for the other game she had collected on her way back, there were three in total: two deer and a wild boar with sharp tusks.

All three animals were quite large, so Moira Lynch butchered them directly inside her space.

Moira Lynch took out some venison, preparing to roast it along with the rabbit.

Unlike the deer she had caught before, these two had no antlers on their heads; they were likely does, and their meat was correspondingly more tender.

After dinner, Moira Lynch returned to the RV to meditate.

The first half of the night was calm, but in the latter half, her senses suddenly went on high alert.

Inside the RV, Moira Lynch slowly opened her eyes.

Within her detection range, a colossal creature was moving slowly.

Despite its enormous size, it didn’t damage any trees as it passed, nor did it make the slightest sound.

If it weren’t for her spiritual power, Moira Lynch would never have detected its presence.

At that moment, Moira Lynch’s heart was in her throat, her pulse hammering with fear. She was absolutely certain: this behemoth was Shirley Blackwood.

Even though she had been mentally prepared, she was still terrified now that Shirley Blackwood had actually appeared.

Fortunately, its target wasn’t her; it seemed to be merely passing through.

But even so, Moira Lynch didn’t dare make a single sound.

Suddenly, she sensed something was wrong.
