At the Northern Fort

Summer Protection (1)

also after interacting with my much-loving teacher, I flew to the fort. Then head to the dining room with the knight with the eye of the ship and get my dinner.

"Earlier, I went to the village and asked about the jug again. I was talking about you."

"Right. I personally don't really believe in the existence of God... but with that said, what does the Spirit think of God? Are you sure he's here?

"I don't know. But Grandma Hyderin thought you were here."

Take a seat while we have that conversation, and I start eating. Sautéed venison for dinner today. Looks delicious.

I'll just wear it, but the thick venison is stiff and can't chew it off. I can't swallow it because I can't chew it off. I want to eat but I can't. Sad......

As I mogged halfway through my mouth with venison dripping, Mr. Teena and Mr. Lekka, Kicks came.

"Oh, I was there! Mill!"

Ms. Teena has some kind of large cylindrical cushion on one arm and smiles.

Meanwhile, Mr. Rekka and Kix come into the dining room after Mr. Teena for some subtle reason. I said once I put the unbiteable venison back on the plate.

"Mr. Teena, what?

"I was looking for you to give this to me. Before Mille, you said your father went on a journey looking for sweet meat, right? So I thought I'd miss you, so I made it in a hurry."

You want a cylindrical cushion? And I look at it, thinking, that Mr. Teena put right in front of me.

Is it a pillow made of a fluorescent pink cloth, a little ticklish in the eyes? It's quite large, so it's impossible to carry it in your mouth.

But if you look closely, you notice that this pillow has two small projections on one side of the circle. It's like a beak. Plus crushed black beaded eyes. Isn't this just some fancy cushion?

"This, what?

The one who answered my question was Kicks, who watched Mr. Teena pity her.

Even your father.

"Father...?

This cylinder?

The knight with the naked eye groans wonderfully as well.

"When the water spirits showed up in the fort pond before, Tina should have seen them too..."

Yeah, yeah.

"Well, you, didn't you make Mill's father before?

"Yeah. But then it got kind of square, so I tried again."

Mr. Teena nods and answers to Kix's words. Indeed, Mr. Teena has made me my father's stuffed animal before. He was a square father then, like a big brush box.

This time, using the reflections of that time, the roundness is out. But how many times have I seen it? It's cylindrical. It's like a big sandbag. Or a dirt pipe with no holes?

If you made me a father who looked like a snake, my head should be rounder, and my tail should be thinner, why did this happen? Besides, how'd you get your beak on? Aren't your eyes too close?

I asked Mr Teena only one thing that I was particularly curious about, because I knew she always made them in good faith when she made plumage.

"But the color... Father's not a jerk."

It's a beautiful water color, like melting a little blue in white.

I mean, it was a proper water color when you made your father's stuffed animal before. Why did you change it? How did you know the only part that fit?

When I point it out, Mr. Tina laughs and says like an angel.

"Thought pink would be cuter"

The smile is too pure to penetrate any further. Tina distracted me and made my father a fluorescent pink. For color when drawing lines to important parts of a textbook.

"Thanks. Cute"

I flattered. This could be my first compliment in this world. But this stuffed animal is not creepy, so I'm not afraid to leave it by my side.

"Good!

Next to Mr. Horrible Teena, Kicks and Lecka whisper.

"Mill, don't show that to your father. Clean by the Spirit of Water."

"Yes, Master Mill. It's not good when you think it's disrespectful. Teena will be killed."

Mr. Rekka is quite seriously worried. Father won't be mad at me for this, so it's okay.

For a break, Mr. Tina and the three of them have just come to the same table as the knight with the eye of a ship, and I resume my meal looking at my father's stuffed animal. We have to attack this hard venison.

"Kicks by the way"

Once the topic of stuffed animals was over, the knight with the eyes opened his mouth. Kix is spoken out and freaked out. I must have thought something would piss me off because of my usual bad behavior.

"I didn't do anything today..."

When Kicks said terribly, the Shigeye Knight raised a single eyebrow and returned it like this.

"What are you talking about? I just wanted to say congratulations because I heard you had a brother."

"Oh, is that the story? Thank you."

Teena also tells Kix to stroke her chest down.

"Kix's mother is really amazing, isn't she! I can't believe it's tough to raise one kid, but it's six."

"My mother's almost forty years old, and she wrote in her letter that it's hard to take care of her baby since she got older. But she's cuter than that."

"You like kids."

"Well... he's a loving man"

Are you ashamed? Kix talked blushing.

And, having that conversation, the next person to come here was Mr. Branch Leader.

"Grail -"

Mr. Branch Leader seemed to have something for the Ship Eye Knight, but when he found out I was there too, he brightened his face for a moment. But right in front of my men, I tightened my expression.

Say one cough.

"Grail, about the day after tomorrow...... oh, I don't mind here"

Stop the knight with the eye of the ship who tried to stand up, and Mr. Branch Leader will also sit in the empty seat.

"The day after tomorrow, with His Majesty, there was to be a family of His Highness Ask"

When Mr. Branch Leader said, the Ship Eye Knight nocked, "Okay," and Kicks asked this question.

"Does the family of His Royal Highness Ask mean that your wife and children can come too?

"That's right. Lady and Lady Sharon are with us."

I'm not sure what you're talking about, but the knights and kicks in the eye seem to know.

I ask again with venison back on the plate that is about to bite off in a few moments.

"Is anyone coming? You're the king, aren't you?

I have seen the king many times. But who would be His Highness Ask? His Royal Highness seems to be a different Royal Highness, though, because his name is different from that of a prince.

"Oh, hadn't I told Mill yet"

Mr Branch Leader said so, "I have no choice. I'm gonna talk to you, I'm gonna get on my knees a little bit... I'm gonna talk to you..." he hugs me up with an excuse.

And I start explaining it as I stroke my stomach under the table so everyone can't see me.

"The day after tomorrow, the royalty will come to this region. He stays in the lord's mansion for about five days in order to avoid the heat, but is also present in this fort after an inspection. The royal family to come are His Majesty and His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness Kiraf, and His Majesty the King's younger brother, His Royal Highness Ask, His Highness's wife, and his daughter Sharon."

His Royal Highness Kiraf is a prince, isn't he? A childhood friend of Mr. Branch Leader, of sparkling aesthetics.

(But you've never seen the king's brother's family before.)

I wish they were good people, just like the Kings. I hope you don't hate snow or anything. I hope you're not allergic to foxes.

"And then the Kingsguard knights will come for the escort, and Captain Gauss will come. And the lords who rule the region, including the northern fortifications and Mount Snowlea."

"And the captain!

I haven't seen a leader like Higma since I went to the King's Capital to grab him. Besides, I've never met a lord of this region before.

Mr. Lekka opens his mouth with a snack when I think about it while Mr. Branch Leader brings me the meatballs of his legs.

"Not only the royalty and the captain of the regiment, the lord, but also the family of the captain of the branch, right?

"... yes"

Mr Branch Leader replied reluctantly. Mr. Branch Leader's family - father, mother and brother - all love his youngest son, but Mr. Branch Leader seems a little depressed about the love.

I laugh and say.

"You're going to be busy."

"Master Sharon wants to see Mill."

"Really?

"Oh, Master Sharon is only seven years old, so he might play with Mill"

Back to back with the words, Mr. Branch Leader looked a little worried. And with that look on his face, he goes on like this.

"Well... there's just a little bit of selfishness, so be prepared for the mill. But if Mill's in trouble, I'll be right in."

Mr. Branch Leader has said with a serious face.

"Er...?

Something's making me nervous all at once.
