Yingyi was alarmed and quickly hid himself, terrified of being discovered.

With her assurance, Fourth Madam breathed a long sigh of relief. The heart that had been hanging in her throat finally settled.
There was nothing left for her here. She tactfully took her leave without giving Yu Shoucheng so much as a glance.
Yingyi was silent for a moment. He never would have imagined that his plan would be foiled by Yu Shoucheng’s own wife.
’That’s right,’ he thought. ’We were so careful, so meticulous. And while Yu Shoucheng is foolish, he’s not an absolute idiot...’
