Bound to the eldritch Sea: SSS-Tier Navigator

Chapter 144: Completely Shocked

Kevin followed Bruce Lee’s shocked gaze.

About twenty nautical miles away, a terrifying group of Eldritch Entities had gathered together. They formed square formations on the sea surface, charging toward the two of them like an army.

Bruce Lee’s hair stood on end at the sight. "Oh my god, so many Eldritch Entities. Even if I fought till I dropped, I couldn’t kill them all. Mr. Kevin, a wise man knows when to retreat. Let’s get out of here."

Kevin glanced at Bruce Lee and smiled. "It’s just over ten thousand Eldritch Entities. Why would we retreat?"

Bruce Lee stared at Kevin in shock. "My [Myriad Swords Art] can only be used three more times at most. Even then, I can only kill a few hundred Eldritch Entities. After using it three or four times, I won’t even be able to fly on my sword."

Hearing this, Kevin did some quick math in his head.

According to Bruce Lee, his mental energy was only enough for three or four uses of the [Myriad Swords Art].

Once his mental energy ran out, his amazing flying sword ability would stop working.

Thinking this over, Kevin nodded. "No problem. Kill as many as you can. I’ll handle the rest."

Bruce Lee was stunned. "How can that be? Didn’t you just run out of Bullets?"

Kevin shrugged, looking totally casual. "I’ve got plenty of guns."

With that, Kevin raised his hand and pulled out a [White Wolf’s Eye] loaded with Bullets.

When Bruce Lee saw the assault rifle in Kevin’s hand, which looked like something out of a sci-fi movie, he said enviously, "That’s a really nice weapon. Since Mr. Kevin wants to take on these Eldritch Entities, I’ll cover your back. If you can’t hold out, I’ll release the [Myriad Swords Art] and use my flying sword to take you both out of here."

Kevin gave Bruce Lee an OK sign.

Then he grinned at the group of Eldritch Entities. "Don’t spread out so much. All of you, bunch up together."

Bruce Lee heard Kevin’s voice and was confused. "Mr. Kevin, are you giving orders to those Eldritch Entities?"

Kevin didn’t answer. The sight before him gave Bruce Lee the answer.

The group of Eldritch Entities actually obeyed like well-behaved children, lining up in rows just as Kevin had said.

Then Kevin raised the ’White Wolf’s Eye’ in his hand and opened fire on the Eldritch Entities without any hesitation.

Rat-a-tat-tat!

As Bruce Lee watched the Eldritch Entities fall one after another, his thoughts couldn’t even keep up.

Is this guy cheating at the game?

Why are they just standing there waiting to be killed?

Are the Eldritch Entities I’ve been fighting and the ones Mr. Kevin is fighting even the same kind of creature?

Bruce Lee kept asking himself these questions, his mouth hanging open the whole time.

In less than three minutes, the gunfire stopped.

Bruce Lee looked at the sea covered in floating bodies and swallowed hard without thinking.

"That’s it?" he asked Kevin, completely shocked.

Over ten thousand Eldritch Entities had been wiped out in just three minutes of continuous gunfire from Kevin alone.

This factory-like way of killing Eldritch Entities completely turned everything Bruce Lee knew upside down.

But Kevin didn’t pay any attention to Bruce Lee. He pulled out his [Wraith Revolver] and fired six shots in a row, summoning the Elite Fish Fiend squad.

Bruce Lee’s eyes went wide. "You can summon Eldritch Entities to fight for you too?"

"Is that so strange?" Kevin grinned and ordered the Elite Fish Fiend squad to start collecting the bodies and loot from the sea.

Soon, a fighter jet flew over in the distance. The roaring engine brought a strong wind that blew Bruce Lee’s and Kevin’s hair wildly.

Then Bruce Lee noticed little red dots appearing on his body. He was being locked onto by radar and infrared.

"Hey, Kevin, tell your friends to stop!" Bruce Lee quickly hid behind Kevin.

Nova sat in the cockpit, staring at Bruce Lee with a wary look.

Celula stepped out of the cockpit on her [Wheels of Flame & Wind]. She held her [Molten Edge] in hand and slowly approached. Only when she saw that Kevin was completely unharmed did she breathe a sigh of relief. "Brother Kevin, who is this?"

"A fan asking for my autograph." Kevin spread his hands helplessly.

Celula rolled her eyes at that. "The Eldritch have arrived, and people are still chasing celebrities? That’s crazy."

Bruce Lee quickly explained himself. "I’m just someone eager to learn. You’re all so powerful. Could you teach me?"

Celula scratched her head, then pointed down at the tens of thousands of bodies floating on the sea. "See that? Kill fifty thousand Eldritch Entities a day, and you’ll get stronger too."

"Fifty thousand?" Bruce Lee shouted in shock. "That’s impossible! How many people are in your team? I don’t believe you can kill fifty thousand a day."

Just then, Nova, sitting in the cockpit of the carrier aircraft, started humming a song softly.

Soon, the surrounding sea was filled with the roars of Eldritch Entities.

A large number of living Eldritch Entities swam toward them. They lined up in an orderly fashion and surrounded the floating bodies.

Then these Eldritch Entities joined in the work of collecting the bodies and loot.

Bruce Lee was dumbfounded. "You guys are way too cruel. You kill them like chickens, and then you make them collect their own bodies and loot. So you only supply the Bullets?"

Right after he said that, six Elite Fish Fiends came back to Kevin’s feet, carrying two sacks of bullet casings.

Kevin summoned a landing boat to pile up the recycled materials.

Seeing this, Bruce Lee’s jaw nearly dropped. "You’re even doing sustainable development, recycling your Bullet casings? Can you actually manufacture these things?"

Kevin gave Bruce Lee a look. "Isn’t that obvious? Otherwise, what do you think the Bullets were that those drones fired to break your flying sword earlier?"

"Badass!" Bruce Lee swallowed hard.

Now he finally admitted that Kevin alone was worth an entire marine corps.

Next, the Eldritch Entities and Elite Fish Fiends worked together, constantly pulling up bodies, dissecting organs, and searching for loot.

Kevin summoned four landing boats at once to fill them with the organs and loot from nearly ten thousand Eldritch Entities.

Celula flew over, smiling as she wiped the blood off her cheek. "This batch is pretty good. The drop rate is over one percent. But the quality is a bit low—all C-Tier stuff."

Bruce Lee was standing on his flying sword when his body suddenly wobbled. "What? You got over a hundred C-Tier items and you’re complaining about the quality? Can you please stop rubbing it in? That’s not how you show off your wealth."

Just then, another carrier aircraft flew over in the distance.

In the cockpit, Luna and Eliana both waved at Kevin.

Bruce Lee saw the beautiful women and waved back at them, but Luna and Eliana completely ignored him.

Bruce Lee gave an awkward smile, but then saw Luna handing out dozens of bottles and jars.

Celula flew over, took the bottles and jars, and poured their contents onto the Eldritch Entities’ bodies floating on the sea.

Soon, the bodies started fizzing like they were soaked in acid, giving off thick smoke as they quickly broke down.

In less than ten minutes, the sea covered in corpses was completely empty. In their place were over a hundred extra pieces of loot.

Since the chemicals hadn’t fully dissolved yet, the Eldritch Entities didn’t dare come close.

Kevin had to remotely command the six Elite Fish Fiends to pilot the landing boats, open their nets, and scoop up the loot.

When Bruce Lee saw the loot piled up like a small mountain on the landing boats, he gasped again.

Today, Kevin had completely messed with his mind.

He quietly counted the number of loot items. When he confirmed there were over a hundred of them, he slapped his forehead and went silent.

Just from the sheer number of items Kevin had gotten from killing ten thousand Eldritch Entities in one night, it already beat most fleets out there.

Thinking about this, Bruce Lee suddenly grabbed hold of the key to the truth.

He pressed down on his flying sword, shot up, and flew right next to Kevin. "So you guys use singing to lure the monsters, then kill them all in one place, and that’s how you quickly pile up loot and scores. Is that how you’ve been dominating the leaderboard?"

Kevin nodded, not hiding anything. "Yeah, that’s right. If you want to learn, you can farm points the same way."

When Bruce Lee heard Kevin’s answer, he was so angry he started shaking. "I want to learn? How could I ever learn that? What team can lure tens of thousands of Eldritch Entities at once and then slaughter them all in three minutes? Don’t you think what you’re doing is cheating?"

After Bruce Lee finished yelling, he saw Kevin, Luna, Nova, and Celula all shaking their heads at the same time.

Even the six Elite Fish Fiends Kevin had summoned were shaking their heads too.

Bruce Lee was so mad he started coughing.

His heart was way too unbalanced.

Kevin could tell Bruce Lee’s mindset was starting to crack, so he tried to talk some sense into him. "You’ve already learned the truth. Go back now. If you keep following us, I’m afraid you won’t be able to sleep at night."

Bruce Lee lifted his head sharply and refused with a firm tone. "No! I’m sticking with you guys for the next week. Don’t even think about hiding anything from me. I’m going to learn the most important secrets to how you got so strong."

Kevin rolled his eyes. "Suit yourself. But I’ll say it again—you can follow us, but we’re not feeding you."

With that, Kevin led the girls and the four landing boats in a grand procession toward the "Daddy" Cannon.

Bruce Lee followed along on his flying sword.

Kevin not providing food or water didn’t bother him at all.

At his speed, he could just fly over the sea for a few hours and find an island with food and water.

"Trying to shake me off by cutting off my food and water? No way!" Bruce Lee smirked confidently.
