Chapter 117: Everyone Gets Diarrhea

Black Knight Aaron turned to look at the brothers Joseph and Justin. "You two, dig up these fruits and transplant them onto the ship. And you, Keston, use your tentacles to carry this stone statue away."

When the others heard Black Knight Aaron’s orders, they all looked confused.

Black Knight Aaron grinned. He was in a good mood, so he patiently explained: "Heh, these are just a bunch of A-Tier chests. Only you rookies from the First Sea Area would think they’re valuable."

He patted the statue behind him and said loudly: "Let me tell you, this thing is called a Holy Relic. With it, the ship can keep producing moonlight. As long as we transplant these fruits — the ones that grow best in moonlight — into the ship’s cabin, we’ll have a steady supply of food. Then you idiots won’t have to eat the flesh of Eldritch Entities anymore."

At this, Black Knight Aaron laughed out loud. "That Kevin is such a fool. He left behind the most valuable statue and fruits, and instead took a bunch of useless A-Tier chests. Once you get to the Second Sea Area, you’ll find A-Tier chests everywhere. They’re nothing special. You folks just don’t get it — food is always the one thing that’s truly scarce."

Black Knight Aaron urged the Joseph brothers and Keston to move the fruits and the statue.

And when he saw how slowly they were moving, he generously picked a few fruits and handed them over. "You all look like you haven’t eaten enough. Eat these quickly, then get back to work."

Joseph and Justin looked at each other, took the fruits, and started eating at the same time.

"So sweet!"

"So delicious!"

The two brothers hadn’t tasted anything this good in a long time, and they ate ravenously.

Nearby, Bella saw this and swallowed. She hadn’t had fruit in a long time either.

Then Keston broke his fruit in half and gave one part to Bella.

Bella didn’t refuse. She ate together with Keston.

Not far away, Franky and Nami wanted to come closer, but they were afraid of Black Knight Aaron’s power and kept their distance.

Just as they were hesitating whether to leave, the people who had just eaten the fruits suddenly made twisted faces.

Gurgle...

Gurgle...

A loud rumbling came from their stomachs.

Black Knight Aaron, Keston, Justin, Joseph, and Bella all clutched their stomachs, turned pale, and dashed into the surrounding bushes.

"What’s wrong with them?" Nami asked, looking confused.

"Who cares? Let’s try these fruits!" Franky immediately grabbed a few fruits and handed one to Nami.

The other Survivors also gathered their courage and picked plenty of fruits. They had lost a lot of food along the way and were starving, so they started eating right away.

Suddenly, a loud fart rang out like thunder, followed by a terrible stench.

Nami and Franky covered their noses and mouths.

Behind them, the Captains pinched their noses and started cursing.

"Damn! That smells awful. What the hell is that smell?"

"What did they eat? It stinks worse than Eldritch Entities’ flesh."

"I get it now. It’s the fruit. That fruit gives you diarrhea."

Gurgle...

The Captains suddenly felt sharp pains in their stomachs. They grabbed their bellies and cursed, "Holy crap!"

Forgetting to swear, they all pulled down their pants and ran into the bushes.

Franky and Nami stared in shock at the Captains around them.

"Are these guys idiots?" Franky yelled.

Nami covered her eyes, too embarrassed to look at the bare butts everywhere.

Then she suddenly remembered something and gasped: "Oh no, they didn’t bring any toilet paper."

The Captains heard Nami’s reminder and shouted, "Oh crap!"

In no time, everyone started pulling up grass and leaves around them.

After all the bushes that had been hiding them were pulled bare, the scene became extremely awkward.

Some Captains who finished early used leaves and grass to wipe themselves. The smell that came out was absolutely disgusting.

Some Captains with a sharp sense of smell even passed out on the spot from the stench.

On the other side, Black Knight Aaron, Joseph, Justin, and Keston were each squatting in a corner, looking extremely embarrassed.

That’s because there were no more weeds or leaves around them to pull.

Black Knight Aaron stared at Keston and said through gritted teeth, "Do you have any toilet paper?"

Keston spread his hands. "I have my clothes."

He tore off his sleeves and pant legs, folded them up, and used them as toilet paper.

Joseph and Justin saw this and did the same, tearing up their own clothes.

Black Knight Aaron clenched his teeth, veins popping on his forehead. "Tear off two strips for me too!"

Keston glanced at Black Knight Aaron and shook his head. "Sorry, I only prepared this one good outfit for myself. You should use your armor."

Joseph and Justin looked at each other, then pointed at Black Knight Aaron’s armor. "Just break off a piece of armor plate and scrape it clean. Your butt should be able to handle it."

Black Knight Aaron’s face turned red with anger. "Are you crazy?! You can’t just scrape that area with a piece of metal!"

Just then, Bella walked out from behind a rock.

Her skirt was shorter than before. Clearly, she had also torn off part of her clothes to clean herself.

"Mr. Aaron, we all ate that cursed fruit because of you. Don’t you think you should explain yourself first?" Bella said, pointing at the stone statue nearby.

The magic crystal that had been embedded in the statue’s chest was now gone. One of the Captains must have pried it off when everyone rushed over earlier.

Without the magic crystal to support it, the statue quickly collapsed, cracking open in several places. Its arm had even fallen off.

Suddenly, Bella spotted something shiny in the corner.

She walked over, bent down, and picked up a coin. It was the [Witch’s Oath Coin] that Keston had once traded to Stephanie.

Bella took a deep breath and handed the coin to Keston. "This must be Stephanie’s coin. It looks like Kevin and the others already knew Stephanie had this thing. They deliberately left the coin here to lure us in."

Keston clutched his stomach, gritting his teeth in pain. "It looks like Kevin set all this up ahead of time. That guy has no morals."

As soon as he finished speaking, his stomach started rumbling again.

He pulled his clothes back together, found another patch of grass, and ducked in. The sound of farting just wouldn’t stop.

Joseph wanted to say something, but then his own stomach started hurting. "Damn it, I shouldn’t have wiped my butt so soon."

He also ran off into the bushes and squatted down again.

Then came Justin, Bella, and the other Captains.

Everyone who had just pulled their pants back up was now squatting down again.

Farts went off like firecrackers, one after another, and complaints filled the air.

"That damn vampire was just showing off! He didn’t know a thing, and he had the nerve to brag that those fruits were magical. Screw him!"

"We came here to track Kevin, and now we’re all stuck here with diarrhea. While we’re sitting here crapping, Kevin and his crew are probably long gone."

"We’re screwed. I just saw a message from Stephanie. They’ve already boarded the ship and set sail. We can’t catch them now."

"Damn it! So our companions died for nothing?"

Black Knight Aaron listened to all this, his eyes wide open. He finally realized he had been tricked. "Son of a bitch! Kevin! If I ever find you, I’ll kill you!"

While everyone was complaining and fighting their stomach pain, three Serpent-Form Mist Phantoms quietly slipped into the bodies of a few Captains.

Those Captains were already dizzy and confused from the stench.

After the three Mist Phantoms invaded their souls, they lost consciousness completely, and the Mist Phantoms took over their bodies.

On the other side of the deserted island, Kevin and his group had just boarded the "Daddy" Cannon and met up with Monchhichi and Toti.

Seeing a group of Fish Fiends carrying the statue onto the ship, Toti smiled. "Captain, looks like we got quite a haul this time."

Monchhichi and Luna also came over.

Even though it was daytime, they could still feel light and warmth coming from the statue.

"Why do I feel like this statue is giving off sunlight?" Luna asked, confused.

Kevin nodded and explained, "That’s exactly what it is. Sunlight. With this, we can set up a farm on the ship and grow vegetables and fruits."

When everyone heard this, their eyes went wide.

Toti especially jumped up in excitement. "Awesome! We don’t have to worry about food anymore!"

Kevin smiled and nodded. He handed the seeds he’d collected to Toti. "Set the statue up at the bow. We’ll carve out a few plots on the deck to farm."

Monchhichi frowned at that. "If we farm on the deck, won’t the Eldritch Entities mess with it? It’s fine now since we’re in the rest period. But once the rest period is over and the Eldritch Entities climb onto the deck, those crops might get wrecked."

Kevin shook his head with a smile. "Don’t worry. With this statue, ordinary Eldritch Entities won’t be able to get on the deck anymore."

The girls all gathered around the statue to study it closely.

When they saw the description of the statue’s abilities, one by one they covered their mouths in surprise.

Amazing!

First they got this ironclad ship. Then they got a ton of battleship rifled cannons. And now, a statue that could drive away Eldritch Entities was standing at the bow.

The feeling of safety that the girls had lost for days finally came back to them.

"Now I can finally sleep through the night," Luna said with a sigh.

Kevin smiled and nodded, then interrupted them. "Don’t celebrate just yet. We still have things to do."
