After she finished, Romeo’s expression became thoughtful. He was debating whether or not he should accept this risky deal. "Miss Ni, please give me 2 days to think about it."
"Sure." Ni Mengxue nodded and left. But rather than returning home, she walked toward other exchange shops and enquired about RV. After finishing up, she spent some time in Ying Luo Agency and left for home.
On the way, she was stopped by Snake and his local bully gang. "You are that bitch who had frozen me earlier, aren’t you?" He hissed.
The foul smell from his mouth made her take a step back, which made Snake smile triumphantly. Was she scared?
The thought excited him deeply. He imagined coercing Ni Mengxue to marry him and serve him. Before, he didn’t pay attention, but now that he did, he realised how beautiful she was.
So even though he was humiliated, he believed that as long as she served him, he could let go of the past. "Now you know you are wrong? Too late!"
His other subordinates laughed evilly, but Ni Mengxue was hardly fazed. ’How dramatic; can’t they stand straight and not laugh... must have learned it from movies.’
"You bitch!" One of them roared furiously. Ni Mengxue pursed her lips. Next time she would definitely keep her mouth closed while thinking.
"Move. If I have to use my powers, you will regret it." She asserted with a bored expression. All of them are nothing but paper figurines... and yet they dare to act in front of her.
"Since you want it the hard way..." Snake snorted and motioned to his people.
By now, a huge crowd had gathered, whispering and pointing fingers at them. Some looked at her with sympathy, while others gazed at her with schadenfreude.
Jia Liang, who was standing in the crowd, became anxious and was about to step to help Mengxue when the woman beside him held him back.
"What do you think you are doing?" Mu Xinyi frowned and scolded, "Don’t you dare ruin my day! I bestowed you the chance to go on a date, and you are thinking of helping another woman? You fucking retard!"
"Yiyi, Miss Ni was the lady who had helped me level up. I..." Jia Liang anxiously began; however, the next second, he was slapped hard across his face.
It was so hard that even Ni Mengxue and others looked over. Shame and anger surged in his heart, but he kept his head lowered, not wanting Mengxue to see his pathetic state.
"You have feelings for her, right? You little piece of shit! See how I will deal with you!" Mu Xiinyi shouted while she glared at Ni Mengxue.
"What are you looking at, you bitch? You want my husband? Dream on!" She shouted and turned toward Snake. "Brother Snake, teach her a good lesson! She is supposed to be your woman, yet she is eyeing another married male; don’t you feel triggered?"
Snake became furious and lifted his hand to slap Ni Mengxue. Jia Liang became anxious and tried to rush over, but he was slapped again and fell hard on the ground.
He heard people gasping and looked over with fear. He desperately wished that she was harmed; however, what he saw stunned him.
Snake and all of his subordinates had turned into ice sculptures. If that wasn’t enough, they saw Ni Mengxue kick hard until the fragments scattered across the ground, with dark red streaks trapped inside the ice.
A chill spread across the crowd. All of them unconsciously took a step back and heard her say, "I, Ni Mengxue, am only interested in my husbands. I will not take any more husbands and love only four men romantically, eternally."
Jia Liang felt as if someone had stabbed him in his heart. He knew... she was warning him, even though it seemed more of a response to his wife.
She paused before adding, "And if anyone thinks that abusing your husband could make you look cool or scare me... you are an idiot. Anyways, I am not the type to endure unreasonable tantrums."
Even after she left, Jia Liang’s ears echoed with her words. Mu Xinyi narrowed her gaze and spat behind her back. "Pfft! Keep on pretending! Let’s see who will fall for it."

That night, Ni Mengxue made another appointment with Cang Laboratory and was informed that she could only rent it for the next 2 weeks. After that, the laboratory would shut down temporarily.
Checking the daily supply, she noticed that today chocolate bars were on sale, and the limit was 500,000 points! Her eyes brightened, and she bought all of it.
Looking toward Lu Yucai’s room, she walked up to his room and knocked on it.
"Come in."
When she pushed it open, she saw Lu Yucai trying to train his upper body and felt heat pooling between her legs. ’Damn it! His biceps look so sexy I might hump on it and get off...’
Lu Yucai froze before looking at her with a calm expression, making her embarrassed. "I did it again?"
"Hm..." His deep, magnetic voice was like a straw to the camel’s back; she rushed over and started to kiss him. Let it be. What kind of perverted thoughts of her has he not heard?
Her lips latched onto his as she kissed him hard. Her hand roamed around his biceps, and she couldn’t help but squeeze them.
When, even after a French kiss, she didn’t feel satisfied, she started to tear down his shirt, only to be stopped by him.
"No," he said firmly, making her freeze.
"You... are you uncomfortable with my touches?" She asked softly. For the past few days, she had noticed that he stopped her at the critical step...
