Amber Edwards just blurted out the things she had discussed with Jane Sampson.

And it was because the future person in charge of the Edwards Family thought it was a good idea, Amber Edwards could easily secure the contract stamped by Lancaster’s wood business.

Hanging up now, I’ll call you again when there’s progress."

Amber Edwards finished speaking and then directly hung up the phone.

Listening to the beeping sound coming from the mobile phone, Jane Sampson raised her eyebrows, then shrugged, put away her phone, and returned upstairs.

Jane Sampson just put the endorsement matter behind her and didn’t bother with it anymore, as for the alliance between Lancaster’s wood business and the Edwards Family, Jane Sampson cared even less, since it wasn’t her friend getting married, it was none of her business.

James Black came back earlier tonight than yesterday, walking in, Jane Sampson was sipping yogurt while watching TV, playing her favorite Tom and Jerry, Old Master Black sat beside her, enjoying it too.

"James Black is back." Aunt saw James Black enter and quickly asked, "Have you eaten?"

James Black shook his head, "If there’s any cold meal left, just heat it up a bit for me, if not, you can make me some noodle soup."

"There’s cold meal." Aunt said promptly, "I’ll heat up some vegetables and make you some fried rice with eggs."

James Black thanked her, then walked towards Jane Sampson, who upon his entering glanced at him before turning her head back, he reached out and lightly tapped her forehead to remind her, "Your husband is back."
