'Cocktail Potion' by Transworld Transfer Bartenders

Table Cocktail Campaign Experiment (1)

It is said that the origin of the cocktail [operator] was due to its prevalence in the past among aircraft pilots and correspondents.

It's a simple cocktail with white wine divided by ginger ale, and it's good because you wake up drunk as soon as it's low.

Though, I don't really think he was working while drinking, so he's half talking. Assuming it's true, I don't even think I'd have to squeeze the lemon.

Anyway, the key thing for me is that this' cocktail 'is very easy to make.

"What, you make it? Me?"

"Yes, yes."

"Mm, I can't!

Rye, who suggested I create a cocktail, was scared to notice that he wasn't even there to try it.

"I can't do this. You'll see it's easy."

"But look, is that a total job?"

"Well, yes, I do."

What is it that is brought up now? Do you want to call it neglect of duty?

For some reason, Rye's policy was to be weirdly solitary and resigned. If so, may I try to change the spear tip?

Perhaps I spoke to Noine, who would somehow be guessing the meaning of this development.

"So how's Mr. Noine?

"... Hmm. Ok. So why don't you even mix it with white wine and soda"

Neune, at my request, honestly reached out to me.

Besides, it's a combination other than [operator], guessing what the bottle I put out meant.

I hand her an empty glass, and a bottle of white wine and soda. Neune is only studying boulder cocktails, and he pours liquid into the glass with a tame hand.

All I could do was a white wine-based cocktail called [Splitzer].

"Is it so-so? How's Sui?

"... I am. Total. Red Wine and Coke"

Noine threw a topic at me naturally and sui in such a way as to cooperate with me. Sui also dares to choose a combination that is unprecedented, as he perceived something.

The combination of red wine and coke becomes a cocktail called [Carimocho] or [Diablo Blood].

I'll give her a glass and a bottle, too.

Sui sandwiched a little patrol before pouring them. Whether it was an unfamiliar clue or too greedy, the carbonation of the coke seemed to zero out of the glass.

"Wow."

And Sui hurriedly sipped his mouth on that overflowing bubble.

Badly behaved childish attitudes were weirdly cute and the people around me except Rye almost laughed.

Sui blushes a little, and for some reason she just stares at me.

"Total! Quickly to your father!

"Yes, sir."

In response to Sui's gaze, I also asked Mr. Oyaji.

"So, what about Mr. Oyaji?

"Whatever."

"No, on this occasion it is"

"Whatever."

Words are backwards, he repeats like trying me. I don't know what to do in this case.

I'm an annoying customer who's been bothering me a little, so I poured coke by the way.

"Ah, do this!

"Anything's good, right?

"Oh, already! Just red wine is good!

"Yes, sir."

Mr. Oyaji's order just came in again, and I give him an empty glass. The bottle is in Sui's possession, so have it passed directly from Sui.

A glass of coke is my drink, somewhat unintentionally.

"So, where's Rye?

Seeing our series of interactions, Rye seemed to have noticed.

Apparently, he also understood what I wanted him to do.

"I get it. Give me a bottle."

I offer ginger ale with a full smile to Rye who seemed to have noticed. The white wine was handed over from Noine's place.

Ahead of that, Rye asks me surprised.

"At first, which one?

"Generally from white wine."

"Wow, okay."

I would have poured ale into the glass for a while, even if the bar division was in place, but Rye pours wine into the glass in a frightening way that doesn't make him feel it.

Then, quietly, I poured ginger ale too.

If you don't mess it up like a sui, and let it drip quietly, it won't bubble. Sometimes, though, I don't mix well when I'm too cautious, but as far as I can see, I'll be fine.

And where the glass went to all five of you, I take the initiative.

"See you again. Here's to the most wonderful dishes in Rye's world."

"Don't be embarrassed!

Rye says shy as he says, but we ignored it and said "cheers." And tilt a glass with a liquid of thoughts.

At a table where my meal was stopped at my convenience, I reach out to cook again. I restarted my meal when I got back to my seat.

I moved my mouth a little and moistened my throat before Rye listened.

"So, what the hell does the total want?

"I told you first, I wanted Rye to try and make his own."

"Why?"

Asked why on this occasion, I wonder what to explain.

After a few thoughts, I decided to postpone that answer a bit.

"Oh, come on. So, Rye try to make her own, okay?

"What do you say?

"Delicious?"

Asked Rye, he looked just a little difficult.

"Maybe it's delicious, huh?

"Maybe."

Spills a bitter laugh at Rye's vague feelings.

but Rye pointed his lips a little to see if I looked like a fool.

"'Cause, you know, I thought the whole thing was better made, after all,"

"Thank you. Happy."

"What a way to put it!

Now he's stabbing me clearly, but he also seems to be assuming it's my illumination.

If I was concerned about the table, Neune and Sui were listening to me and Rye's conversation as well.

I explained to him that it was time to explain it, and I broke my attitude.

One of the projects I was thinking of with Mr. Oyaji was this table cocktail campaign.

Speaking of something specifically, it's just that you ask the customer to make a cocktail on the table with their own hands.

Of course, that's really just the bartender's dereliction of duty.

So it's a story that benefits our customers as well.

First, set the price.

Basically, the store sets the price of one copper coin per glass for carbonated drinks and wines. That's the deal, eight copper coins in a set of two mini bottles of wine and three bottles of carbonated beverages. One piece of copper coin in place of the bottle being used for the campaign.

My feeling is that the price of the offer is like 4,000 yen.

There will be three or two bottles each, so it's a lot cheaper than asking normally.

So, there are several purposes of this campaign.

One is about the alcoholic and culinary combination that Me and Mr. Oyaji were haunting my head about.

Why don't you leave that part of your quest for a combination to your customers?

For this purpose, the wines and carbonated beverages are basically compatible with Mr. Oyaji's western-style dishes.

Carbonated beverages, among other things, are the top beverages customers care about at Easys alongside cocktails. If that's cheap enough to ask for, a lot of people would ask for it.

The aim was to gather knowledge of the compatibility of alcohol and food in the form of feedback from customers' raw voices.

In addition to that, there is also the aim of getting familiar with itself by actually having a cocktail made.

As mentioned earlier, there are considerably fewer cocktail orders at the table than at the counter.

In Easys today, the counter that makes the table seats and cocktails is physically far away, so I feel that the distance to the cocktail is also far away.

That's not true of people who have come here many times as regular people, but at first glance they tend to shy away from ordering cocktails.

Two possible reasons are psychological distance to the cocktail and physical distance to the counter.

So I figured, actually, at the table, how about having them make themselves work out those two things in one piece.

and the main aim is these two.

"Of course, there will be some disadvantages associated with it, including a review of it, and I was hoping to get some feedback."

Finishing the explanation, I watched the women react again.

They had thought of each one as they seemed to think, but first Rye looked up.

"I mean, how can I be honest with you about what I thought when I was done with this?

"Exactly. I don't know what to do, but I was wondering if I could get you to stick with the experiment."

I look at Rye's reaction a little less confidently.

Rye laughed at me like that.

"Now! If you complain about cocktail idiots all the time, the store won't turn."

"Oh, wow."

"So I can help you."

Rye says with his mouth that he has no choice, but his expression is softer.

He even seemed a little happy that I was counting on him. Am I so alive that I don't usually rely on people?

"So what about Suey and Mr. Neune?

"Me too now. Mostly, I'm not willing to say what I want to do."

"Right. I'm not related to the store in the first place. Cooperate as a resident."

Sui and Neune also informed me that they would cooperate with the experiment in their respective words.

So it was just a dining place, and here, there was going to be a sudden campaign experiment.

No, at the time I was getting the bottle ready, I was willing to get involved from the start.
