Continental Hero Senki
Battle of the Karenne Forest-Yang-
Time returns a little, April 12th.
The Royal Army Xyle Corps was decided to head south, but there was no decision on exactly how to intercept the Imperial Army heading north. There are seven divisions in the Xyle Corps and five divisions in the Imperial Army heading north. It is advantageous on the number, but we must avoid hitting and fighting from the front because if we do not minimize the damage to our allies, it will affect other fronts.
Command rushed to draft an interception operation while marching, but only time passed without coming up with a valid hand.
Same day at 2.30 p.m. Lt. Gen. Herman Yogihs petitioned the Command about the interception operation.
"We're currently southbound down this street, but along the way we have the Karenne Forest, right?
"Ah. Even so, it's a little west off the street... what's wrong with that?
"Near that forest, intercept the Imperial Army"
When Yogihez uttered the word, almost everyone in the command was grasping the meaning together.
No, I know what that means. It is good to set Karenne Forest on the battlefield. But I couldn't figure out why I bothered to pick a point off the street.
But the only person in that command who reacted to what Yogihes said was the High Counsel, Major Emilia Silesia.
"His Excellency Lieutenant General Yogihes. Are you thinking about taking the left back of the Imperial Army heading north on the streets?
"That's right...... but no. Uh, your honor..."
"I am Major Emilia Silesia, Senior Counsellor, General Operations, My Lordship"
"... Shit, then?
Yogihes solidified. Rather than that, it had to be consolidated.
There are only three people in this country with the Silesian surname. King Franz, Chancellor Carol, and Princess Emilia. Lieutenant General Yogihez's eyes are healthy in both eyes, and he can tell people and things. He also recognized that the person named Silesia was a woman. There can be no one to deceive the Silesian name in front of the Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Army, and under this circumstance. If so, that Major Emilia Silesia's name is his real name.
In other words, this High Counsellor and I are princesses.
Having come to that conclusion, Yogihes lost his word, 13 seconds in time.
"Your Excellency?"
"Oh, that, your disrespect, Your Highness!
Yogihez panicked like him in a way, and not like him in a way. It is very rare that Yogihez panics when he does not panic on the battlefield and sees the situation calmly. Regardless, it would be weirder to be able to calm down in this situation.
"It's not 'Your Highness'. I'm not here as a princess, I'm here as a major. Your Excellency binds tens of thousands of soldiers, Lieutenant General, and I lead not a single soldier, Major. I don't need to tell you which one should use reverence."
"Ha..."
If that convinced him, he would have been able to sing a little more about his life. But he will end up dealing with Major Emilia in one way or another.
"So, Lieutenant General. Could you please continue the conversation?
"Yes, sir"
He sandwiched one deep breath and two coughs and talked about the continuation of the operation.
"First we divide the troops into two parts: one moves 5 divisions as a positive move and the other moves 2 divisions as a body"
"Five divisions in positive motion?
"Yep. Then position the 5 Yangtze divisions north of the Karenne Forest, with the lead to the east. And the two divisions will expand east of the street."
"Why would you do that?
"To break up the Imperial Army heading north, destroy each and every one, from east to west."
"Hmm..."
For the first time when the word destroy each popped up, Emilia could say she was interested in Yogihez's proposed operation. I was convinced at this time that Yogihez had not planned an operation to set up his own martial arts medal, but rather one he had conceived to do less damage to his allies.
"We will talk about specific operational actions. First, we must ask the Imperial Army to discover our 5 Yangtze divisions. So we release a reconnaissance unit and let that reconnaissance unit deliberately (...) capture by the Imperial Army. And let the Imperial Army follow that reconnaissance force and teach us what we're deploying north of the Karenne Forest."
"I see. If the Imperial Army discovers the Yang Dynamic Squad, it can make you think, 'The rebels are trying to attack our side,' right?
"Yes. In Emilia...... Mm, Major Emilia is right. If the Imperial Army finds out about it, they will still set up operations to do less damage of their own. Perhaps divide the troops into Yang Dynasty and Surprise Troops, where Yang Dynasty travels north down the street, discuss where our army has been caught with Surprise Troops, and work with Yang Dynasty to sandwich them. I think this operation is probably the most definitive."
To this end, Marshal Kiir and the following Tabernacles also gave an overview of the operation. It is the contents of this operation that the enemy should destroy each and every operation that they would carry out.
"In other words, we will destroy the enemy Yang Dynamic Squad with two divisions of our army's main unit, and we will hold the enemy ambush squad hostage as it is. That's why."
"My Lord Left, My Lord Marshal"
"So, Lieutenant General, what if the enemy thinks about discussing our troops without dispersing them?
"Then all you have to do is let the squad stick behind your enemies."
"I see.... I consider Lieutenant General Yogihs' proposed operation to be a good one, but what do the lords think?
Marshal Xyle asked the Tabernacle for his opinion. Most endorsed Lieutenant General Yogihs' proposal without any particular objection. That is because they did not have a substitute for more than the proposed maneuver that Yogihs had thought of. If you disagree, give me a substitute and say that I should agree with you very much.
But it was Emilia who bravely expressed her opinion on Yogihez's proposal, not even in such an air.
"His Excellency Lieutenant General Yogihes. May I?
"... Major, what is it"
"Yes, I made a few modifications to Your Excellency's draft operation..."
The proposed operation, drawn up by Yogihes and modified by Emilia, was to be adopted after this 20 minutes.

Apr 15 at 11: 20 AM.
One Imperial Army division, led by Lt. Gen. Elki Lopatnikov, was heading north on the streets to attract five Royal Army divisions.
It was on arrival at the expected point of contact with the Royal Army that we received reports of enemy corps discoveries.
"You're right, Lord Gromoiko. Let the troops point west and intercept the rebels! If it sticks, the main unit should hit them right behind their back!
He immediately turned the unit back to the left and ambushed five Royal Army divisions. It would only be outrageous to confront 5 divisions in 1 division if it were meant to be, but only this time there is no problem because reinforcements are supposed to poke the back of the enemy.
The division under Lopatnikov's orders let the troops deploy beautifully and quickly. A small number of divisions helped him move mildly, but it is also greater that Lt. Gen. Lopatnikov's command was more appropriate than that.
But unfortunately, he lacked the ability to grasp the whole war situation.
When the Lopatnikov division finished deploying its troops and concentrated its consciousness on the Royal Army coming from the west, it received a report determining his fate.
"From the back, enemies appear! Number, estimated 2 divisions!
"What!?
The Royal Army dared the assault after confirming that the Lopatnikov division had turned completely west and entered the fighting posture. The Lopatnikov division, which received this report, stood completely up and no longer knew which enemy to deal with, east or west. Moreover, it can be said that it was the strongest Kingsguard division of the Royal Army that appeared behind Lopatnikov, which was the greatest misfortune of his life.
Lopatnikov immediately ordered an inversion 180 degrees back. The five western rebel divisions are stopped by four Imperial Army main units. That's what I was thinking.
Except when asked if the general under the flag could respond promptly to that order.
I was told to turn west, and as soon as I executed it, I was told to turn east, and yes, there are few generals who can execute. Each unit, which no longer knew which to turn, turned back in incomplete form with its formation falling apart.
If in the meantime we had been attacked by two divisions of the Royal Army, there was no longer anything we could do about Lopatnikov.
In just half an hour of combat, the Imperial Army Lopatnikov Division damaged and crushed 60%.
