Dream Life

Lesson 31: What Happens in the Garden

Tria Calendar July 20, 2017.

Today, the marriage ritual of Rosalind, the son of his brother Rodrick Lockhart and Hubert Raswell Borderline Uncle, takes place.

By the capture of Harrison Gannell yesterday, a series of disturbances saw a one-off settlement. Still, people's expressions were bright as sanctions for Luke and others remained, but the most dangerous people were captured before the ceremony.

Everyone in the Lockhart family was looking forward to today's ceremony and never stopped smiling.

Today's schedule, but in the morning it will be in preparation and the matrimonial ritual will run from noon. At civilian weddings, the priest of the man who presides over marriage, God (Wita), says it's a simple ritual to bless, but sometimes it's just the great nobleman, the Borderline Uncle House, who is supposed to receive all the blessings of the twelve pillars of God. For this reason, the ritual alone takes nearly two hours.

The city is then to be paraded in an open carriage and revealed to the citizens. It is a large city with 30,000 inhabitants and is expected to take nearly two hours just to get around the main streets, and the parade is scheduled to end around 4 p.m. The feast is supposed to start after 4 p.m. after the parade, which is a pretty hard schedule for the brothers.

Unlike a bunch of women who are busy wearing dresses, just changing into dresses will be ready in no time. By the way, the clothes I'm wearing, but I can't help but look like a military uniform with long boots on the perfectly skinny bottoms, a white jab with a flirty tie on the short two-row button-length jacket "Jacket" decorated with silver lines on the cuffs, shoulders, etc. I don't need to tell you the colour, everything but Jabbo is black.

I usually have hair that I put together in the back, but I'm unloading it today without putting it together. Looking in the mirror, I'm somewhat restless, like His Majesty the Emperor of the Galactic Empire, who has a white spaceship as his flagship. I'm not that beautiful.

I wasn't the only one who had time. Liddy and Beatrice are dressed just like me, so I have already finished dressing and have nothing to do with it.

Liddy's outfit, but she's wearing a white linen shirt, a jacket like a dark green swallow tail suit, and a white jab just like me. Skinny white bottoms with black long boots, inspired by aristocratic horseback riding clothes. I let my semi-long hair down, just like I did, and it flushes naturally towards my back, with a slight view of my elf's characteristic ears.

Beatrice is edged with silver thread, with a black uniformed jacket embroidered with a shoulder embroidery and skinny white bottoms with black long boots and no jabbo on. This was designed by me, and this one references the military uniform of the Golden Tree Empire. With his ridiculous face and berry short hair, he shouldn't be so uncomfortable shouting "Fire (Fiel)!" on the Starship Bridge. No, it may be uncomfortable because it has tiger ears and tails.

We both wear light makeup and I feel more colorful than usual.

Only the Lockhart family can attend the ceremony this time, but Liddy, Beatrice, Mel and Sharon are supposed to attend because they treat my fiancée. Dan, who treats as a squire, cannot attend marriage ceremonies and evening feasts. Of course, his fathers, Guy Jakes and Byron Seedorf, are also supposed to wait among the refraining because they are squire.

Around eleven in the morning, the mothers were also ready and headed to the Great Hall, where the ceremony would be held in conjunction with a look below.

The structure of the castle of Welburn, but with an entrance on the west side, the building is arranged to enclose the courtyard in the centre of the castle. In other words, from above, it takes the form of the letter "b”. The deepest view from the entrance, that is, the eastern surface, makes for a large hall.

By the way, the knights defending the castle use the north side, and the civilians use the south wing. The upstairs part on the south side serves as an area for visitors, with nobles staying from afar, just like us.

On the east side of the Great Hall is a garden that Liddy and Sharon magically made a mess of during the Fourth Battalion rebellion the other day. By the hard work of the gardeners, he had taken it off from its innocuous state, reminiscent of the end of the century, and had regained his glamour with the flowers he had planted rapidly.

The courtyard on the west side has a fountain in the center, and the flower beds around it are planted like patchwork with beautiful flowers that said red, yellow and orange.

The large hall has a width of fifty m and a space of about seventy m longitudinally, with high ceilings arched. It's just hard to support that long beam-to-beam (span), with thick columns in the hall, but I hardly care if the design is good.

The windows near the ceiling are often made of glass, making it a very bright space, even though it is a castle.

My mother Tanya was stopped when we were bluffing through the castle.

There was my maternal grandfather Jacob and grandmother Mabel, my mother's brother, and my uncle Dale. My grandfather ran a Knights opponent's tailor here in Wellburn, and this time he was invited in spite of the civilian population because of his grandson's marriage.

Sometimes my grandfather is close to seventy years old, and the impression he had the other day when he came to see us was that he said he was incessantly smiling like a favorite, but today he seems pretty nervous about seeing Uncle Borderline face to face. Likewise, my grandmother and uncle had a cramped smile.

"I'm glad Tanya came. Wow."

You spotted my mother, and you were horrified, and the two exhale with great relief.

And I panicked and bowed my head, "I'm sorry for the delay in greeting you," whether my father's appearance had caught my eye.

My father calls out to the three of them, "You seem nervous, but are you okay?"

"I never thought the Governor's princess would marry her grandson. Master Rodrick is a proud grandson, but still..."

My grandfathers can't seem to realize that they're going to be related to the great nobles.

If I were to say that, my father would also be a knight, which would make him a different person for them. But he said that his grandfather, Govan, went up as a civilian, and that his father and mother's marriage could not be so rubbed. Of course, he was surprised by the fact that he was the son of the hero Lionheart Govan.

But this time it's very different.

For them who have lived in Wellburn for a long time, Borderline Uncle is a comparable power to the Emperor. Her beloved daughter and her immediate grandson are getting married. It also doesn't seem to have the mind sorted out yet that I'm marrying a “princess” who is extremely popular here.

My parents met, by the way, but my father accidentally fell in love at first sight when my mother was helping out with the store. I heard it out when my father got drunk, but I haven't heard much about it.

It's been quite a few days since I've been to Welburn, but I haven't been to my grandfather's house yet because I couldn't leave freely outside the castle until Harrison Gannell was captured. Looks like a relatively wealthy house from what I've heard.

My grandfather calls me honorably about my brother, but it's something I can't help but be them and us in the chivalry class who are civilians. Exactly what I used to call my mother, but if I had other eyes, I would have called her “Mrs. Lockhart” or “Mistress”.

My grandfather calls my brother Theo, my sister Selah, and Sophia, including me, but I feel uncomfortable with the Japanese feeling. I'm still not used to it, especially since I've been in a place where I don't have the upper or lower status since I came to this world.

However, I was a little relieved that the grandchildren still seemed cute, especially to young Sofia, who seemed to be cheeky and adoring their grandchildren in all worlds together.

Once he breaks up with his grandfathers, he enters the Great Hall.

The installation of the altar has already been completed and it is noticeable that the clerics are discussing it with the civil servants in terms of confirmation of the procedure and the arrangement of the offerings.

It's been a long time since it's been a big event for them, and I can tell it's obvious that they're in the mood. In particular, there is also the Light Divinity, where the clerics of each temple seem to be making every effort to improve the impression of the Borderline Uncle.

When I glanced from the Great Hall into the courtyard, there were many nobles strolling through the garden.

I guess you have as much free time as we do.

I say no to my father and mother, then I speak to Mel and Sharon, who stand beside me.

"Why don't you go check out the garden?

Mel knots the carrot-colored redhead together behind her like a cygnon, wearing a rather daring design thin blue dress with her shoulders out. The skin that is burned on the day but hangs from the shoulder to the nose is glossy, and the appearance of using a corset to accentuate the fineness of the waist and the fast-growing bust makes the woman feel strange. However, did the person suffer quite a bit? "I can't eat anything with this" was zero. He just gave me a haunted smile, happy to compliment him when I said he looked "good".

Sharon was knitting three beautiful platinum blonde hair on the side and putting it together behind her. It's a lovely A-line dress and it's a light pink one. Unlike Mel, skin exposure is low and suits Sharon well, which feels clear from time to time. When I told her about it, she replied shyly, "Thank you," and her face was slightly better.

We take the two of them, we go to the courtyard, but Liddy and Beatrice say nothing in particular.

There was a reason for this.

This time around, he was dealing with a young group of Mel and Sharon, and Liddy and Beatrice were on a shift to deal with each other after sundown. That was also decided without my knowledge.

I go back to my room to circle the courtyard and kill time and have a light lunch.

And it was noon.

The bells in Wellburn city rang in unison, and the ceremony of the marriage of his brother Rodrick and Rosalind began.

When the bell is over, the brothers come in through the back door.

My brother consolidates himself in the attire of the army of the northern governor of the Caerm Empire - a style with a decorative belt hanging from his shoulder on a blue based military uniform - with dark golden hair all the way back to his shoulder. Beautifully decorated, skinny swords, whose refreshing appearance was just a young hero.

Rosalind, on the other hand, flushed her rich blonde hair on her back without daring to put it together, decorating her head with a silver tiara. The dress was a sapphire-like glossy blue, with an elegant design with a wide open chest. With a clear noticeable nose and adult outfit, it has a luster like a stage actress, and I can also convince myself of the rating of being the best beauty in the north.

Backed by a red carpet, white Asia walls and columns, the light of day slipping through the window near the ceiling showed a spotlight effect, so much so that I thought the two lined up looked like a scene in a famous painting.

I can hear a sigh of admiration from there as to whether there is a strong impression of men dressed here in Wellburn.

Divinity progressed without delay.

Beginning with God of Creation (Creatore), the eight pillars of the attribute God of Fire (Ignis), God of Light (Lucidus), God of Wind (Wentus), God of Wood (Albor), God of Water (Fonce), God of Darkness (Noctis), God of Earth (Reams), God of Gold (Fellum) continue, and finally the blessings of the three pillars of the Lord God of Heaven (Caerm), God of the Earth (Mons) and God of Man (Wita) take place.

The ritual of blessing by the priests of the twelve temples was majestic, enough to give the illusion that even I, skeptical of these rituals, really have God's blessings.

My father felt the same thing, he was whining about words of gratitude to the gods. My mother, in particular, was so impressed that she seemed so moved that she wept.

Young Mel and Sharon had far-sighted eyes as if they were dreaming of their own marriage while watching the ritual.

When the ceremony is over without delay, the brothers head to the parade. The parade will be attended by brothers and newlyweds and the Borderline Boys, as well as Father Masaias and Mother Tanya. Getting into an open "open" carriage and going around all the major streets would be hard just to keep waving. By the way, the men in the carriage are served by Sim Marron, Mel's brother. He said that my father and Uncle Borderline decided that he was supporting my brother as an obedient knight. Sims said he was thrilled that he didn't cry all the time.

At first, the Lockhart family didn't plan to participate, but it seemed to be decided quickly on the grounds that it would impress the good relationship between the Raswells and the Lockhart family. I was urged to go to the parade too, but honestly it was a hassle, so I'm saying no for the right reasons. I mean, we were supposed to be free for about two hours until the parade was over.

You go back to the room we were assigned to, but you can't take it any slower than you think.

Because the noble ladies from Imperial Capital are coming for me. It is understandable that a conspicuously aristocratic would like to enter into a relationship with the Lockhart family. Not surprisingly, I have a fifteen-year-old second son in this world who is recognised as an adult, but I didn't understand coming after me when my father, the parent, wasn't there.

But the reason soon turned out.

He doesn't have a father or a mother, so he thinks it's easy for me to take my wings off. The courtiers in the bold dresses ask them to go outside and try to be alone.

(Are you suggesting that you pull into the shadow of the garden trees and contact them... or are you insisting that the Beauty Bureau "Bring It On" was forcibly related in its confusing M.O.?... and that's a hassle...)

Visit an alternate room where the Marquis and Count princesses take their place.

(I'm a beauty, for sure, but the awareness of the privileged class gets to my nose. I won't even try to hide that I hate coming because this is the Knight's house. That's also the second son...)

He was so cruel that he pulled Mel and Sharon out.

It's late July during the summer, and the sun is strong, but is Welburn here a continental climate or low humidity, which is quite easy to spend if you put it in the shade of a tree.

Many invitees strolled in the western garden that hit the front of the castle, cooling on a shaded bench.

Find an empty bench in the corner of the garden. This place hits the southwest corner of the walls and blocks solar radiation in good shape. Not only that, but it is difficult to see this one from the garden, blocked by nicely pruned plants. I think I found a good refuge, and it leads to a sloppy bench.

Mel and Sharon sat beside me, worried about the hem of the dress.

I can hear the invitees laughing from the garden, but it's so quiet that I don't think I have more invitees than I thought.

(More than an hour before the parade is over... that's peaceful. Until yesterday the bump sounds like a lie...... you're getting a little sleepy......)

Thinking about that gives me a natural yawn.

"Can you lay down a little?

That's what Mel, sitting on the right, has said by showing his knee.

I seem to want to say you'll give me a knee pillow.

When I say that the dress in the corner will wrinkle and say no, I further recommend, "It's okay."

I don't know what it is to say no more, I lie down. Looking up, feeling somewhat embarrassed by the soft, and elastic feel on the back of his head, there was Mel's pleasant smile.

(I feel a little embarrassed, but if you're happy about all this... I need to hear what Sharon has to say...)

In the leaking day, I wander away, looking at the blue sky peeking from among the trees.

But that slight happiness is broken by a sudden intruder.

"You're in a good position. Let the woman take a nap."

That's what the young man who stuck himself in the Knights gear said, staring at me.

Feels like mid teens, one or two years older than me. Looks like a squire, not a knight, as far as gear goes.

I was offended by a young man who didn't know how to behave.

(What do you suddenly come up with? If you look at me as an invitee, you'll see. No, if you're a First Knights squire, you know my face... you should be properly educated at this age, but what don't you like?

I wake up.

"This is still an invitation. Besides, you're not supposed to be bothering anyone?

The young squire ignored my words and, even more so, leaned over.

Mel feels that killing spirit and gets up.

"This one is Dear Zacharias Lockhart! I will not tolerate disrespect!

That's how you get out in front of me. Once I realized I didn't have a sword with my hands on my hips, but I also stared at my temper and was trying to protect me.

On the side, Sharon also rises and begins chanting spells.

(It's awkward to let a Knights squire get hurt. The other side has made a claim unilaterally, but there is no way to prove it...)

I get out in front of her with my hand on Mel's shoulder.

"We're both fine. In the meantime, calm down."

After saying so, he turned to his squire and named him again.

"As this daughter said, I am Zacharias, the second son of Masaias Lockhart. Never suspicious..."

The young squire ignores my name and groans, "To you, brother... to a guy like this..." and hangs his hand on the pattern of the sword.

"Brother? What are you talking about?

I couldn't see the story, and I asked. One knight appeared from the tree before he answered.

"Philip! I will not tolerate more than that!

The knight was wearing the platoon leader's badge in his mid-twenties or so.

"But! Even on the orders of the captain..."

So far as I have said, the platoon leader's fist flies, and the boy called Philip falls down with a big bow.

Still, he stood up on one knee and stared at me again with a regrettable face.

The platoon leader, the knight, smiles bitterly at Mel and Sharon, who are still staring, "My men bothered you," he says, bowing his head.

"I'm Kenneth Diaz, platoon leader in the First Knights. This person is Philip Inglis. He's the brother of Raymond Ingris, knight of the Fourth Battalion."

I heard about the Fourth Battalion and somehow figured out the situation.

"Maybe you died the other day..."

Diaz nodded,

"He said he was dead on the way up the stairs to the third floor. No trauma, he lost his life with your lord's magic..."

I understand the situation.

For a boy named Philip, I mean my brother Raymond's revenge. I guess I hung up because that vendetta was letting two beautiful girls samurai and take a good nap.

I know what's going on, but you're not going to tell me it's a good idea to slash me. But I wasn't willing to point that out.

"Master Zach is not bad! We had no choice but to fight to protect Uncle Borderline!

Mel was screaming in a slightly excited tone at the gap where I wasn't saying anything.

In contrast, Diaz nodded,

"Of course I know that. We are grateful to the Lockhart family."

I say that with a bitter smile, but Mel is not convinced.

"Then why did you try to pull out your sword! No, I still haven't let go of my hand from the sword!

Diaz said to Philip, "Come on, let go of my sword!" and commanded,

"I apologize for that... but that's how people's minds simply break apart. A guy named Anger Without a Dodge is a pain in the ass. No, this is just a good reason."

Next to it, Philip stares with a look that distorts his face and makes him cry.

Sharon noticing Philip's expression is unusual for her and inquires in a strong tone.

"That was a life-threatening battle. So even if they resent us...... So, should we have died? No, do you wish Uncle Borderline had died?

On its sharp tongue, Philip can't say anything but blush his face. You seem to know that what a younger girl is saying is more true than you are.

I said, "Thank you." Put your hands on your shoulders.

"But leave it at that. I don't suppose you don't even know how he feels, do you?

Diaz bows her head again.

"I want you to let me say it again. We are grateful to you. To you guys for protecting my lord... the ones I should resent for this one are the Lukes ones who have been using their nasty hands. I know that... but the guy who lost his family... I'm sorry. Repeat. Forget it."

For the first time, I felt like I had experienced something called "battle".

(No resentment whatsoever, killing each other with the first person I met... I knew it as knowledge, but to be honest, it's heavy on me, a guy called War... I can't do mercenaries...)

Diaz stretches his spine,

"I will punish this guy severely. Of course, it makes me reflect exactly on this one and think about what I did. Will you put it away?"

I say that and bow my head deeply.

All I could do was say, "I don't care anymore". Diaz tries to pull Philip away and walks away.

Something more like a chunk occupied my heart.

You guessed it, Mel and Sharon tease my arm.

Sharon smiles, "Would you like to walk a little longer," and Mel hugs my arm, "Let's go to the fountain," too. Fifteen or six girls comforted me, and I felt somewhat pitiful.

(It's pathetic. I wish I could break it off a little more... you still haven't lost the common sense of the previous world...)

Looking up to heaven. There was a blue sky there unchanged.

(Thinking about it doesn't change anything. I couldn't have done more than that. Let's just think we can see Mel and Sharon smile now......)

I look at the two left and right alternately, "So long, princesses," he says in a playful tone.

"It's almost a feast, but we have a little time right now. Would you mind accompanying us for a walk in that garden over there?

Though they ate for a moment, they immediately replied with a smile "yes". We started walking towards the beautiful garden with a slow foothold.
