Dream Life

Episode 54: Enhancing War Power

Tria Calendar September 23, 2017.

Our welcome banquet was very exciting, and sometimes the cheerful singing of the Dwarves made the situation worthy of a grand banquet.

Although few dishes were served one after the other, it was a wonderful dish with plenty of mountain delights. In addition to birds such as mountain birds and ducks, I simply roasted the wild flavored ingredients I said deer and pigs, but I use vanilla well and enjoy the meat and fat good taste and aroma enough to chew them up. In addition to meat, local specialty cheeses, root vegetables, etc. are also offered, and it feels unstoppable.

The liquor is also a long-aged liquor - Zach Collection - as well as a distilled liquor of three-year scotch, brandy and carbato (...) s - apple liquor. Distiller Calvert's name - and so on - is arranged in barrels, and barrels such as wine and ale are also brought in. It almost feels like a festival.

Starting with a tasting of the Zach collection, and having a gift in the name of "Wishkey” for Scott would also have been a thriving factor so far, but with good liquor and good food, it would probably be the Dwarves who cheer themselves up.

When the banquet culminated, Ulrich Drexler, the blacksmith guild's master of craftsmanship Guild, rose to Xu Momouro.

"Guys, listen up! I need to talk to you!

Including me, I don't know what you're talking about, and it gets quiet in the room.

"Last night, Zach told me he needed a favor! He wants to make some weapons for his people!

At that moment, the blacksmiths ate into the story as they embarked on themselves, and one senile dwarf raised his voice.

"So, what kind of weapon do you want!

Ulrich did not answer the question directly and sent his gaze to me. While I'm confused, I think I might be able to introduce the disciples of my parents here, and I'll start explaining.

"Beatrice, the tiger beast man here, and Melissa, the swordsman, will have a clasp" Chainmail ". Dan the Scout has a long sword and armor reinforcement, and Lydiane and Sharon, the magicians, have lightweight armor in mind…"

Dwarves in the front row speak of doubt.

"Is yours good? Pretty light, huh?

I shook my head.

"I have enough gear now. Besides, I don't think it's going to be easy with the budget that I have available this time..."

Ulrich blocks "Talk about gold later," I just talked that far.

"That's good. Well, this guy's been saying a hell of a lot to Nong! I don't have any money, so I need you to introduce me to a young blacksmith!

The blacksmiths' expressions change into flashy ones. It's so strange that the booming doesn't go up.

"... but Non said no! Naturally..."

Ulrich cuts the words there and laughs at them. The blacksmiths laugh the same way at that word, but I didn't know what it meant.

"Can we leave these men's weapons to the young! This man's sword will strike! I can't give this away! Who else is going to do it?

At those moments, everyone who was on the spot simultaneously said, "Non will do it!," he shouted, standing up.

I was watching the sight.

"I don't know. I don't care what you say, but you can handle it, right?

"Oh... no, including you, enough money to ask a blacksmith here..."

Even Ars needs to pile hundreds of thousands of C, or hundreds of millions of yen of gold, to get Ulrich Drexler, a famous artisan who contends for one or two. And if you don't think he deserves to hit even if he loads of money, you can't hit him. The stories of many famous knights and mercenaries giving up are so commonplace here in Ars that they are not even rumoured stories.

While I was on tour, the dwarves surrounded me and made me a thick circle. I always thought that in this situation Dwarf would somehow be more agile.

In the front row of the Dwarf ring was also Gaelnote Graver, a celebrity in armor making, alongside Ulrich.

Perhaps you're thanking me for bringing the Zack collection. I hadn't told them yet, but I had decided not to accept the price for the Zack collection this time. Even if I sold it at the right price, you would have taken it on with this nori.

"I appreciate the story, but I can't pay the price. Besides, I don't mean for it to affect other jobs..."

That's what I said and tried to say no.

But Ulrich shook his neck to the side,

"If it's a consideration, it's enough for me to express my gratitude to Lord Scott. And this glass will be enough for you."

Indeed, the total value of the glass prepared this time, if converted into gold, would not be lower by 100,000 C (krona) or 100 million yen. Given its rarity, it may exceed 200 million yen.

Still, having one Ulrich strike his sword is not enough at all. With that in mind, Ulrich lifts the glass and bears it in the light of day.

"Give me the edge of the craftsman, he's not as cheap as you say he is. Try bringing all this stuff to Aurelia. It'll be a million or two in an instant..."

I was thinking wholesale, but the head of the blacksmith guild that's dealing with the commercial guild just seems like a different idea. If you take it to the commercial city of Aurelia and hang it at the auction, it will be worth several times more.

"Rich people are everywhere. Well, despite all this, I can't make anything but you. The merchants will never get to the rich again or anything, and a glass of thousands of C will blow you away. And this bottle. No one doubts that this is made of jewelry. If you do poorly, you'll get hundreds of thousands of values..."

I don't know what he's trying to say, but it's not that much trouble for me, and I'm not willing to compare it to the state-of-the-art martial arts that celebrities make.

Ulrich took control of it before I could tell him.

"More than that, Non and I just want to make it for you guys. It's a matter of feelings, just like you gave Nona a a glass."

The Dwarves around me are all snorting, and I can't help but convince myself. But I feel uncomfortable.

(It's just a glass and a bottle. That can't be the equivalent of a national treasure weapon... well, some of them said it was worth the same as a castle when it was a warring tea vessel, so I guess it's not an impossible story...)

With me thinking about it, one blacksmith after another decided to make our weapons. That's how it's decided, but it's not that Ulrich, the master craftsman, nominates it, or that someone is taking the pronunciation and deciding.

When I realized, I was surrounded by a dozen veteran blacksmiths, including myself, asking Liddy and Beatrice if I should be lighter. It seemed to be a candidate in line with that hope, but it was in the form of several famous workers sharing it unknowingly.

I have also been asked about hope in relief, and the weapon is supposed to be based on the bastard sword I am using now, the armor is to be partially reinforced with metal or equivalent performance based on the current leather armor considering the silence, plus a new metal helmet.

I said it seems to be because the blacksmiths like Fury are not turning their heads in questioning attacks. Looking around, Liddy and the others seem to be in the same situation.

Due to that situation, no one could afford to place an order on their own gear. But only one person, Liddy, had placed the order.

"Be sure to turn Zach's protective gear black. It's glossy black. Because I would never admit otherwise."

For the blacksmiths, I don't think they know why to detain them that far, but somehow the Ulrich and the others snorted loudly with a full grin and said, "Leave it to me!" He was responding with a smile. Liddy was also convinced by that, "Thank you," he said with a grin back.

Seems destined to give up already but not get out of Lord Dark's costume.

And it was ultimately decided, like this.

In my case, Ulrich makes the sword and the armor is handled by an armorer named Georg Stoke.

Liddy and Dan will be making a new sword, and the workshop for blacksmith Johann Vilt, who specializes in swords, will be in charge. The protective gear seemed to be supposed to reinforce the current leather armor, with a protective craftsman named Wood Rave Engart in charge.

Sharon was a magician, which meant he was only going to rebuild his protective gear. The person in charge is a veteran armor artisan named Luc Broich.

A blacksmith whose name has come up so far, Ulrich goes beyond saying, Georg is said to be the successor to the “legendary blacksmith” Gaelnote in armor making, and Johan is also a veteran blacksmith who is comparable to Ulrich in lightweight swords such as Sabel. Also, although neither Wood nor Backpack is well-known for Gaelnotes or Georg, each is a well-known and talented blacksmith as a protective craftsman.

Mel and Beatrice, the avant-garde, were even more amazing in charge.

The two clankers, Chainmails, are made immediately by the aforementioned Gaelnote Graver. Speaking of Gaelnote's work, it is so prestigious that the Emperor of the Caerm Empire gives it as a special prize, even partial protective equipment will not give it 100,000 C or 100 million yen. Perhaps even “normal” material should reach 300,000 to 500,000 C. Beatrice's spear is also set to be new, but its maker, Oigen Hauser, is famous for making such a masterpiece as the “Divine Spear”.

Mel's bastard sword was to be hit by Ulrich, and she was to get her legendary masterpiece, Ulrich and Gaelnote, at once.

All the faces of Zach Sextet, including me, had to stand up.

(How many hundred million yen in total? No, billions of yen...... Ulrich's sword wields two, and Gaelnote's chainmail wears two. That's not enough for a million C's or a billion yen... the other blacksmiths are making a name for themselves all over the world... do we have the right arm for it...)

He also asks me if I need any other protective gear, such as caged hands Gauntlet, Arm Armor Van Brace, and Femoral Armor Cuis, or a spare sword.

But I had concerns.

I intend to stay in Ars for about ten days, and when the moon changes, I intend to return to the village with the distilled liquor regular flight Scotchliner.

Naturally, all these celebrities make it, so at least a month, if normal, would be necessary. Especially since the protective equipment needs to be adjusted, it takes a lot of time to make it from scratch.

This time I wanted to be introduced to a good young blacksmith because of its temporal constraints as well. They would have other jobs, too, but I thought that if they were given the opportunity to wave their arms in the understanding of their parents, they would do it as a top priority.

"We're going back to the village in ten days... and Beatrice doesn't deserve to use all these masterful weapons on us anyway..."

To be perfectly clear, I was hipster.

If you're a magical arm, I'm not willing to take any lag other than some sorcerers like Professor Raspade at the Tilia School of Magic. No, even if the professor is the other person, he's going to be able to do something about it with a magical operation.

But the sword's arm is still immature.

It is only an arm to the extent that the swordsmanship level exceeds forty, that is, to the extent that it is called a one-serving swordsman. Of course, it's amazing enough given the age of only fifteen, but I don't have an arm called superior like my grandfather, Govan, or his ancient squire, Walt Vassel or Nicholas Garland.

Only Beatrice, who is above level sixty, will be worthy of the Ulrich's weapons among us. Even if it's her, it's not weird if she says no if it's normal.

Can I get this many masterpieces just because that's liquor dating? I thought we might be depriving the more deserving of the opportunity.

To be honest, if you wear all that gear, it's obvious that evil stands out. Whatever adventurer or mercenary you are well known for, at my age, I wondered if it would be troublesome if I wore such a weapon below the rush. I know how luxurious the problem is, but it really pulls me back.

"There are a lot of samurai who deserve more than me. We should make them."

When I told him to squeal like that, Ulrich laughed and argued with a nigga.

"From what I hear, we blacksmiths were against not letting us drink scotch in half a serving, weren't we?“ My aim is booze for liquor lovers! Whoever wants a drink should drink it! "I said so, didn't I?"

"I do think I said that at Wellburn, but that would be different from this"

When I argue that,

"The same is true of what Nona makes. Ask the guy you want me to use it for. It's a good thing your arm is trying so hard. That's right. Hey, guys!

In Ulrich's words, "" Whoa! That's right! ".

I guess it's not as simple a story as Ulrich says, but I know what they think.

(Probably the same as I made glasses and bottles. I want to manage to convey my thoughts. But not for money. Then I guess I figured out what I could do and came to this conclusion. Well, that level is too different......)

In the end, I decided to get it made thanks, and the next morning I was going to do measurements and stuff in each workshop, but even Beatrice couldn't keep up with this raging flow.

"Hey, is it okay if my chainmail is about that (...) Gaelnote? The spear is the Oigen of the“ Divine Spear "... I wonder if you're dreaming..."

Dan and Sharon reacted the same way, but it was Mel who was most relieved.

"My sword... really?... but to me..."

Put your hand on her shoulder whining about confusion and bumps,

"I want to make both Ulrich and Gaelic notes so I can make them. Well, I really think so too, but let's do our best to be worthy of it..."

He snorted heavily with a hazy smile as to whether the confusion had subsided only slightly in my words.
