Dream Life

Lesson 51: Counter Strike

Tria history October 24, 2018, around 6 pm.

Dead fights with the undead were increasing in intensity.

We intercept the main enemy at the main entrance south of Kanga Hill.

The demon of the black cloak that Dan saw during the reconnaissance was about 100 meters away.

Already the sun sets on the summit of the Porta Mountains to the west, where darkness reigns, but whose appearance is clearly reflected by the light illuminated by the projector.

The demons in the black cape are smaller than the orgasmic skeletons around them, but still seem to be two meters tall. The disastrous magic emanating from the demon diminishes the impression of the demons around him, but there were four Necromancers (Rich), a Knight without the Neck of the Five Horsemen (Durahan), and nearly fifty Orga-Class Skeletons.

Normally, only one of them will show up and it will be a big case. But now the impression of the black cloak is too strong and I don't care often.

More than a thousand skeletons twitch in front of the main entrance. He pushes it to the main gate like crazy, trying to climb up a hill made of the remains of his fellow countrymen. He had also killed at the gate and struck a sword at the jumping bridge that hit the gate.

The Lockhart family side also has temporarily faltered and countered what was order.

Beatrice-led troops were handling the enemy accurately against the enemy coming up the hill. Because the opponent is a regular skeleton, he does not draw inside and knocks him over the fence.

Tai Yi was also shot in by the crossbow Crossbow from above the gate and from left to right. The skeletons, who stopped moving in front of the gate, have become merely fixed targets, making it easy to hit and surely defeat even the women who have only been briefly trained.

Things don't look so bad.

But we all felt more desperate than we hoped.

He's in the front, it's just that the presence of a whole demon is giving us all despair.

I continue to activate the magic of Light Attribute Magic State Recovery (Recovery) to offset (cancel) Dark Waves emitted by the Black Cloak. If you stop the magic, you will be trapped in fear and rendered useless, except for those wearing Mithril protective equipment.

I can go on for an hour or two because I'm keeping my magic consumption down so far, but if I don't do something in the meantime, they'll break through here.

My brother Rodrick, the commander at the main gate, is similarly causing a sense of crisis, sending a request for reinforcements to his grandfather, the commander-in-chief.

Five minutes after the decree ran, Mel came from the east fence, and then Nicholas and Guy came as reinforcements from the north fence. Now Zach Sextet will have all gathered at the main entrance.

My brother came to me standing on the gate.

My brother whispered, "It doesn't taste good as it is," and further asked me to do something about it, "I can't think of a hitter." The colour of distress appears on his brother's face, and he seems to feel that defeat is imperative as things stand today.

"I have my hands in mind," my brother's expression brightens when I say.

"We'll use the tunnel that Rich built to ambush the enemy general," I said, turning that look to amazement at once.

"Do you ambush that enemy? I don't think there's a chance..." I tell him to squeeze it out, but I block that word,

"Honestly, there's not a very good chance of success. Because I have no idea what that black cloak is capable of. But as it stands, the odds are zero. So you also need to bet that your share is bad..."

As things stand, the gate is safe, so it maintains equilibrium, but the situation will change once the black cloak comes forward. Even normal skeletons have increased combat ability. If that orgasmic skeleton's abilities were up, even the gateway made of oak oak trees would be destroyed in minutes.

"The tunnel is connected right behind that black cloak. I don't know if there are any enemies left inside, but if used well, it will be a complete ambush."

To reassure my brother, I'm talking optimistically, but it's not actually that easy. There should be hundreds of undead bodies in the tunnel, and you have no idea how long it will take, even at a distance of about a hundred meters. If the enemy comes forward in the meantime, this one will disperse his power.

After thinking for about five seconds, my brother said, "I'm going. How many people should I take with me," he asked. I already had an answer in mind.

"How about we leave the command here to Hector, with Nicholas, Guy, Beatrice, Mel, Dan, me, and the seven who added my brother"

Though my brother nods small,

"I guess Zach has to keep hanging his magic here," he said.

"I'll leave this place to Liddy. I'm not a bowman for this operation."

You're satisfied with my answer, I immediately answer, "That's it," and I give instructions to Nicholas and the others, "Use the tunnel for an ambush..."

I called Liddy and tried to take over the magic, but he refuses by saying, "Then I can't go with you."

"Either me or Liddy has to stay. Besides, you can't break the rock at the exit of the tunnel unless I go," he says, bowing his head.

Liddy looked like a jerk, but soon began to cast a state recovery (recovery) spell.

Make sure Liddy's magic has been activated and stop his own magic.

"Be careful. I know you don't have to tell me, but that enemy is more dangerous than ever. So..."

Stopped her words with a mouthful of mouth and said, "I know. I will definitely be back," he answers, then hugs him hard.

"It's dangerous here, too. Don't push it. Run away when it's dangerous," he tells her in a whisper.

"You're more dangerous," he says with a serious look, "okay. If you come back, I won't die," he says again.

On the side I watched Sharon say something.

Ignoring that, he said, "Don't force Sharon either. Think about buying me some time," I said and tried to join my brothers.

But Sharon shook his head sideways and lowered his head, "Take me with you, too," he said.

I immediately refuse with a strong tone of "no".

"It's possible the magic won't work. We can only take those who can fight close."

Still, Sharon is not convinced and doesn't back down with a desperate look: "If you go near it, the magic may work".

"There's something Sharon needs to do," he says, opening his eyes wide.

"I was going to tell you later that the air is dirty in the tunnel with my magic. I'm going to replace it first, but I'm still anxious. There's no point in falling in dirty air. So after we get in, I want you to send some fresh air with the magic of a breeze from the outside."

He's injecting flammable gas into the tunnel and setting it on fire in the first night of battle. Since we've completely sealed off one side of the entrance since then, there should be very little air replacement. In other words, the oxygen in the tunnel could remain depleted and acid-depleted.

Of course, I would replace the air after I had holes in the rock I was putting into the lid, but I don't know what shape tunnel it was in, and Skeleton, anyway, could be the corpse of Ghoul being corrupt, and I want to replace the air as much as I can. However, it is possible that enemies will notice that the air will be expelled (purged) with momentum. That's why I thought it would be better to keep sending a weaker breeze.

"Okay. I'll keep sending the wind until Master Zach and the others get outside," he convinced me, "but the truth is, I'm with you..." and I looked down.

When I gently hugged Sharon, I said, "It's okay. I told Liddy too, but he'll definitely be back," he whispers.

I let it go in about five seconds and said, "I don't have time, I'll be ready soon," and headed for the rock, the exit of the tunnel.

There was intense fighting over the fence, and we could hear the hustle, but none of us waited for our brother's words without opening our mouths.

"Bet on Zach's measures. The enemy is probably a first-degree equivalent demon, but he has no idea what he's capable of. The big skeletons are on their way here, so Rich and Durahan are the only ones around the enemy. When I pop outside, I sprinkle the light demon props first. At the same time Guy and Dan defeat Rich with Mithril's arrows. Mr. Beatrice and Mel want Durahan to be attracted. Meanwhile, me and Zach, knock down the black cape with Nicholas..."

Before I finished explaining my brother, I heard my grandfather say, "I'm coming too" from behind. I've entrusted Byron with the command of the eastern barrier, and it looks like he's come this way, the most dangerous.

"But," my brother tries to say, "I don't have time. If we don't defeat him, there will be no victory for Nong."

"There is no change in sharing. Zach, get ready now," he ordered.

I nod at the words and break down the rocks. The rock I made myself could easily be returned to the soil, so I made a hole about a meter in diameter in about thirty seconds.

I said to Sharon, "Have the magic of the breeze," and turned to my grandfathers, "I will walk in the lead at night. The air may be dirty, so please follow me in a few moments," he explains, peeking into the hole. White bones are scattered inside, but I can't hear a thing. As soon as Sharon starts using the magic of the breeze, he goes down into the hole.

It was better than I had imagined just going inside but with a slight odor. Pulling out the sword, he signals his grandfathers outside, and goes on through the tunnel. I was concerned about the lack of acid, but I can't breathe because of the wind coming from behind.

Inside the tunnel was wider than I thought. The ceiling was arched so that it was two meters wide and about two or five meters tall and difficult to collapse.

It was the ground that caught my eye over its structure. Ghoul's ugly corpse rolls by the way over laid white bones on one side, making him feel like a path to Yellow Springs and dark.

It's brittle than I thought I'd step on a white bone, and it'll shatter quickly. It was as brittle as a cremated bone.

As he proceeded to make the sound of poking, the demon in the burnt robe was falling. Looks like Rich made the tunnel, and two other skeletons, Murrow, are down.

(Exactly needed three riches to dig tunnels of this size...... and well done. Maybe he was a civil magician from the Empire a long time ago......)

I'm thinking about that, but I just don't fail to be vigilant. Carefully probe forward to see if there are any signs of the enemy. But I can't hear anything but the footsteps you hear from behind.

Proceeding about fifty meters reduces the density of the white bone. I may have escaped with less damage when I got around here, but I'm grateful because I was concerned about the footsteps stepping on my bones.

They don't even matter if it's a tunnel, and the waves on the black cape are gradually getting stronger. The exit of the tunnel is also hard to see in the darkness of the night, but it can be seen that the exit is approaching due to the occasional passage of searchlight light. It stops about thirty meters to the exit and joins my grandfathers.

He asked me if something had happened to my grandfather, so I would explain my intention to stop.

"I'm fine, but what about the effects of the dark fluctuations that are out of the black cape"

What I cared about was the mental state of the other members. We wanted to make sure they were all wearing mirthrill-reinforced protective gear, and even though they were more resistant than the average soldier, they were closer to the Great Black Cloak.

"If you get close to him and his body stops moving, it's deadly. If there's anything unusual, I have to do the magic of recovery, and I wanted to check the steps around it."

My grandfather nods at my explanation, and in the dark the magic props of the lights my grandfather has illuminate everyone's face. There is no one with a strong expression of fear, and there seems to be no problem.

"Then I and Beatrice will be ahead of us from here. We'll find the enemy's location soon."

For once, it's like illuminating with a search light from an air defense tower, but just in case, Beatrice, the beast man, and I have vision enhancement skills ahead of us to locate the enemy. And the procedure is for everyone to pop up and attack toward their respective targets.

"I agree with Zach's plan, too. We can handle any situation," Beatrice agrees. That was the deciding factor, and my grandfather's permission was granted.

"Then it's up to Miss Beatrice and Zach to go ahead. Non and the others get behind about 10 m (melt). After Zach and the others pop up, we're gonna leave for a beat and then we're gonna leave. That's all right, everybody."

Everyone nodded.

I haven't told my grandfathers, but it's also a response to another concern.

Another concern is the possibility that our actions may be overshadowed by the enemy. There is no denying the possibility of this being known in another way as well as in sight and hearing. If that happens, there is an ambush outside the exit and a danger of total annihilation. If me and Beatrice take the damage, it's gonna be a big battle down, but it's better than wiping it all out.

Carefully head for the exit with Beatrice. In the meantime, they all communicate their will with a hand sign and do not utter a word. As tension culminated, he finally reached the exit.
