Dream Life

Lesson 59: How to Do a Memorial

Tria history October 30, 2018.

A thousand and three hundred Ars Dwarves and two hundred Periclitle Dwarves, a total of one thousand and five hundred Dwarves, have hit the task of disposing of Skeleton.

Just carrying dozens of tons of bones is a big job, but the bones carried one after another using a luggage truck and into the west woods are finely crushed by their parents.

The woods were filled with the sound of hammers playing.

The Dwarves use large hammers as long as their back lengths, crushing them incredibly fine, even though they have bigger rocks as their foundation. Even though it was brittle, I was once again amazed at the skill of the blacksmiths for the finesse they grinded in stone molars.

I left it to the Dwarves when I started work and had some purpose, and I was back at the mansion. To father a report that before noon the work is expected to be completed by the end of the day and after 3 p.m.

My father couldn't hide his surprise at the unusual speed, but he quickly nodded, rethinking that there could be Dwarves who were motivated.

And I'll cut out another story.

"Why don't we have a memorial service for the war dead tomorrow, too? Perhaps both the Royal Army and the Ulrich will pull up tomorrow. I think it's a good opportunity to thank them."

And he said, "That would be good," and nodded, and commanded that the servants should be gathered together to tell the villagers about it.

After lunch we headed to the west woods but were stopped by several village women along the way. They are the families of militia members who died in the war, mothers and widows who lost their sons.

"I'm talking about tomorrow's memorial service, and I thought it would be best to ask Master Zach," a woman in her fifties cut out. I wonder what you're talking about and I'm asking.

"Can't it be something as bright as a festival, not something as damp if possible..."

It was not a memorial service that the representatives of the bereaved family had said, but what they wanted it to be a celebration. When I checked to see if something had happened to the sudden story,

"It was this morning that the queen of Kaum came to us... and I was surprised that the queen took my hand and told me that my son was a hero who saved the world. He wants you to be proud that this great victory has never been won before. I don't know much about the battle, but I don't know what a great man like the queen would do. It seems the Queen has not only gone around us, but all the houses of the dead..."

Queen Katrina apparently went around the house of a militia member who died in battle and offered her condolences. Furthermore, he said that the achievements of the war dead were enough to save the world, and he would love for us to honor ourselves as well.

(What's the purpose? If you're going to console the survivors of the war in your own country, I know, but what's the purpose of doing that in another country? Though that queen protected an important scotch, that doesn't seem like the only way to honor it... it certainly would have protected Kaum, but to that extent, what's the need to do that much? ……

Whatever the Queen of one country is in her own country, she feels uncomfortable visiting the homes of the war dead in another country.

(I don't think I want to celebrate, but... there's something I can't say enough about not being there, if that queen...)

The families apparently had a discussion after the Queen's visit.

"... so we all talked, my son and this kid's husband are all festive lovers. Looks really fun during the April festival...... so I have a favor to ask of Master Zach. Can't it be a festival like before? Everyone at the corner dwarf came too. Plus, the knights of the kingdom enjoyed drinking it... and when I talked to others about wanting to send our sons out for fun, they all agreed. Is there something I can't handle..."

I wondered how to answer that.

Sure, the people in our village like festivals. Especially at the Dwarf Festival, where they make fun noises with the Dwarves. That makes me wonder if I don't have to have a memorial service or if I'm blaspheming the dead.

I asked honestly about it.

"Father thinks we should send quietly those who protected the village. Neither do I. I feel like I'm blaspheming those who have died because it's a festival..."

Everybody shakes their heads to the side of my question.

"The whole family is getting a decent breakup. I think we should celebrate if, as the Queen says, we are a great victor. Besides, I don't know what to say, but I don't think it suits my village to be damp. I feel like a festival is right for everyone to laugh out loud..."

That's what I said and I was bowed my head again. I said I'd talk to my father and hurry back to the mansion.

I catch my father giving instructions to his squire in the Great Hall, and when I tell him the story, he gives me the same look of confusion as I do.

"I don't know, but I feel different..." I was having trouble deciding.

Liddy came into the conversation with a bright voice.

"I agree with the festival, too. People are bound to die one day. Unless your family wants to send you out quietly, but if we all want to send you out bright, we should. First of all, wet doesn't suit the Lockhart family."

Turn your expression into something more serious,

"I think it's weird that there's so many dwarves in there that we don't have a drinking festival. Don't you feel kind of against natural cooking?

After I say that, I get my tongue out with pepper. My father and I had to laugh bitterly.

Furthermore, Beatrice likewise agrees with the festival.

"I agree with Lydiane. I think it's rude to the dead, not just the survivors, who don't celebrate all those great victories. I think we should celebrate because we risked our lives to protect it."

My father also began to lean towards that opinion. But I had concerns.

"We're celebrating, but we don't have time to prepare. There are over 4,000 people in the first place. I can't even cook for that many people, and I can't prepare a musician, so it doesn't feel like it's grand. Well, I guess the Dwarves would have enough liquor, but that liquor would be enough or subtle."

Another person answered my concerns. It was Katrina, the queen who came back to the mansion.

"Don't worry about it."

Our gaze focuses on the queen.

"We have enough food and alcohol. The equipment has already been brought in sequentially as well. Sir Elwes has just arrived and received his report."

The queen expected this to happen and seemed to give instructions to Otto Elwes, a bureaucrat in the kingdom. There is a bitter laugh at the queen's handicap.

(Did you still go around the house of the war dead to have a celebration...)

Seeing my bitter smile didn't break the queen's serious expression.

"The celebration should be done. That's also on this occasion with the Dwarves of the Blacksmith Guild. This means protecting the Lockhart family rather than mourning the dead. Sir Zacharias would know what I'm talking about, right?

I suppose you are speaking in your capacity as queen that you have not called me “Mr. Zach” but “Sir Zacharias”.

Of course I know what the queen is trying to say.

My father has said, "Explain it to me," so I will nod and then explain it.

"I would like to say, Your Highness, that the Lockhart family has won over 10,000 Demons (...) against their opponents. That, too, without the help of the Kingdom of Kaum. This victory is comparable to the victory at Acree Chain…"

A victory in the Acree Chain is a great victory in the land of Acree Chain in the Kingdom of Kaum, in June 2007, eleven years ago. More than five thousand demonic armies that have invaded have been exterminated by coalitions dominated by the Royal Kaum Army by no skin. This victory stopped the demonic invasion and spared the Kingdom of Kaum from collapse.

"But they weren't identified as undead and demonic."

"It doesn't matter. From the east, the fact that we won the great army that came in from Aquila is important."

"Sir Zacharias is right. This great army of the undead, including our kingdom, the nations see it as an invasion of the Demonic Nation. There's no record of demons using undead in the past, but everyone would think it's not weird to use undead if you're a demon."

My father snorts at the words of the queen.

"Then I'll keep talking. In other words, the Lockhart family was just 300 troops, and the peasants also commanded the main vigilante to exterminate more than forty times the enemy. It's also only a matter of time before only 10% (...) of the casualties of war are delivered... and passed on as a great victory to the rest of the world."

My father smiles at my words. I guess just 10% of the word gets hooked. I don't care, let's get on with it.

"There is no way the Imperial Royal Family can leave behind a force that boasts so much martial arts. Information from Viscount Radford also shows that the question of the Emperor's succession is serious. In other words, both the Crown Prince and the Leopold Prince should think about using the Rockhart family's martial name. His Royal Highness Leopold is active in the recruitment of low-status knights and civilians, and vice versa His Royal Highness wants an ally who can fight at all. That way, it's obvious to see the fire coming into contact with our house. I hope you're just soliciting me, but this one's just a knight. It's not like a high-ranking nobleman is threatening Kasashi."

My father will have an even more sinister face. He's publicly saying that rural life is sexually inappropriate because he doesn't want to be born.

"I got that far. But what does that have to do with having a celebration?"

"Almost every dwarf rushed this time, starting with the heavy town of the Blacksmith Guild from Ars. Many more Dwarves are rushing from Periclitle. I mean, it doesn't seem like an exaggeration to say that all Dwarves would stand up if it were to protect the Lockhart family, that's the situation. No, it would actually be......"

So I cut off my words and glimpse the queen. He was smiling satisfied with my explanation.

And what would it look like to celebrate a victory here with over a thousand Dwarves?

"You look allied with all the dwarves."

"That's right. The Lockhart family celebrated their victory together waiting for the Dwarves to arrive. I mean, the Dwarves look like they're part of the Lockhart family, too. Of course, this is not true. But it's important that it looks like it (...)"

My father seemed to understand what I was trying to say.

"The Dwarves threw everything and went to the rescue during the Lockhart family crisis. The Lockhart family celebrated the victory by waiting for the Dwarves, who did not contribute at all to the victory. That's what it looks like."

I nodded loudly.

"Exactly. Neither the Crown Prince nor the Leopold Prince would do anything to undermine the Rockhart family's and the Blacksmith Guild's mood if it seemed that way. Because if you hit a bad hand and the Dwarves' anger is directed at the Empire, your rivals will kick you down with it."

Everyone involved in the Lockhart family, including my father, has shut up. Because we thought it was a story that had nothing to do with ourselves on the border, such as the Imperial House disturbance. It would be natural to be puzzled if they told us that it had something to do with us where we didn't even think about it.

I care more about the queen than that. She was getting ready after understanding this. And I'm purposefully visiting this village as part of the Kaum royal family.

There is no way that an unruly queen would do anything in her country's favor. But I can't help but think that it would be advantageous for the Queen to be here.

Selling favors to the Blacksmith Guild would suffice for convenience in the streets. We also have enough liquor, which is a dead and alive issue for Dwarves, so we should be able to have a better relationship than this.

Even so, I can't read why she's at the celebration. Of course I won't say anything if it just favors the Kaum kingdom. In fact, he didn't hesitate to send out the rescue troops. But I can't say enough that it doesn't affect the Lockhart family any more than I can read my thoughts.

(There's got to be some intention... I really don't despise this queen... so far, maybe I can trust her because she's never done anything to our detriment... no way so far to really want to celebrate...)

It was thus decided that a celebration would be held.

I headed under him to have a meeting with Sir Elwes, who arrived.

When I saw Sir Elwes, I lost my word. His eyes fell and he looked unhealthy like a Necromancer (Rich). Obviously I lacked sleep.

greeting also there. "It looks bad to add up," he cut out, grinning like a ghost,

"I haven't slept for about five days. But no problem. Because this is a crisis in the kingdom."

Still so pale, he decided to attach Welburn guild clerk Jonathan Water to his assistant.

"I'll leave the preparations to Jonathan Water, who did the secretary of the Dwarf Festival. Sir Elwes should rest slowly. I'll take care of the rest with me and the water."

Sir Elwes laughed nicely at the words and lost his mind as it was. He still seemed to work with his energy alone. Hang on to healing magic just in case, but healing magic doesn't do much for overwork.

Following the blacksmith guild, I was in the mood to see a black workplace in another world. However, I can't say anything about the Blacksmith Alliance staff because I'm one of the causes.

Tell Johnny the outline and he says, "Is it tomorrow!" Surprised, "he realized the seriousness of Ulrich and the others leaving Ars for a long period of time," I'll do whatever I can, "and ran outside in a temper.

I hurried back to the West Forest and told the Ulrich to celebrate tomorrow.

The Dwarves said, "Ooh!," he said, expressing a welcome all over his body, but only Ulrich had a look like he had chewed up a bitter bug.

It's not Katie's money.

I didn't answer that and screamed out loud so everyone could hear me.

"Survivors cheerfully asked me to send them under the Dark God (Noctis) without getting wet! So don't hesitate to drink and make a scene!

The words further motivate (motivate) the Dwarves and increase the efficiency of their work. In the end, all the skeletons were crushed and incinerated by the magic of me and Sharon before it was 3 p.m. The crushed bones were easily ashed and buried intact in the hole.

This completes all processing.

The work that would have taken us months alone was done in just one day, and now we're almost done processing the fight against the undead.

"Then it's not the eve festival now," says Oigen Hauser of Divine Spear, laughing at Nico.

And Georg Stoke, who made me more protective gear, said, "After work! I'll drink as much as I want! I scream," Aren't you drinking as much as you want even before work! "The voice hangs, and there is a whirlpool of laughter around.

Return to Museum Hill to discuss with Scott the amount of Scotch to be served today and tomorrow. My father wants me to drink as much as possible, but if I give out the quantity that affects my inventory, I lose the amount of Zack collection shipped.

As a result of the adjustment, fifty three-year quota barrels were to be released in two days. Now there are over 6,000 liters, and a thousand and five hundred dwarves are four liters per opponent and five full bottles or more.

I was still anxious, so when I told the Ulrich people that I only had eight jocks for one person, they asked me to give them two drinks today and turn the rest tomorrow.

By the way, the liquor arranged by Sir Elwes has as much as two hundred beers, about fifty thousand liters, and thirty bats of wine and fifteen thousand liters of beer. Dwarves alone are more than thirty litres of beer per person and about ten litres of wine.

They bought almost all the liquor along the street, but they're still giving instructions to send it from Ars because they don't have enough to go home at all.

There were plenty of ingredients along with the liquor, but not enough hands to cook it.

When Johnny confirmed to his father and Nicholas Garland in charge of home affairs, "I'd like to request support from the village housewives," his father said, "I don't know what else to do," and gave him permission, and Nicholas ordered Will Keegan and his squire to recruit the hopeful.

As a result, many housewives raised their hands and, furthermore, Tanya, their mother, was to assume that command. Now I can handle the food.

The venue was intended to be the northern meadow, as was the case at the last Dwarf Festival, but it is too small for an event venue attended by nearly four thousand people. For this reason, the meadows south and west of Kanga Hill shall be used as venues.

Along with Johnny, he was getting ready for a bummer, but a story brought to him by one person made the job out of hand.
