Dream Life

Episode 58: The Struggle in Front of Lockhart Castle: Previous

Around 11 a.m. on March 30th.

Thirty minutes had passed since the death battle with the Dragon Tooth Soldier began.

The Lockhart family side faces a line of dragon tooth soldiers with Lockhart Castle on their backs.

The general commander is Father Masaias. Sharon refrains as a staff officer and advises his father.

On the front is a swordsman's unit, with his grandfather Govan lined up in the center, to the right of which Byron Seedorf, one of the Rockhart family's best haughty swordsmen, and Nicholas Garland, a solid arm to the left, each leading ten men in battle.

Sim Marron and Mel's siblings also led ten men each in the fight.

Among them is even Sophia, her last sister, who continues to wave her sword in desperate shape.

A magician is placed on both wings, with Beatrice and squire Will Keegan on the right flank attacking as Walt Vassel and Enos Vassel envelop the left flank. However, spear attacks on highly defensive Dragon Tooth Troopers were ineffective and offensive.

Fifty archers and a hundred housewives with crossbows are located on the castle's balcony and air defense towers. In addition, Beltram and other Dwarf blacksmiths kept releasing siege crossbows (baristas) down.

Behind the grandfathers is a reserve young vigilante who will fill that hole while transporting the wounded. The wounded are carried under the Liddy's healers in the castle, many of whom were mortally wounded.

Many of the soldiers on the Lockhart side were injured, but only five dragon tooth soldiers defeated and only 10% of the enemy.

The hell I defeated with my magic and Beatrice's attack, but the others were defeated with a weapon that my grandfather Govan and the rest of the Rockhart family's elite wrapped around magic.

Its grandfathers, though still struggling on the front lines, were running out of magic and reaching their limits physically. For that reason, I was in command with my father, and I'm also out on the front and waving my sword.

I'm not leading my men, I'm slashing in for gaps as an assault. In my case, to fight alongside magic, except for Mel and Beatrice, because of the difficulty of working together and the fact that, depending on the change of circumstances, I have to turn to my father's assistant.

Fight it. Okay, but few opponents are this hard to fight.

He boasted superior swordsman-like skill and absolute defense, and while his head understood that he was an enemy with infinite physical strength, he was a threat enough to blow away such recognition.

Diving through the enemy's iron wall defenses in a critical fashion, if you are a living human, you will not be able to sever a pitch-black bone by launching a full slash on your mortally wounded torso.

Conversely, they come together with a pitch-black song knife (spotter) for a volatile posture after swinging out the sword. I don't feel sharp at first glance because I don't have the mood or anything, but the slaughter was comparable in power to Byron Seedorf.

If you get it poorly, you're about to be blown away by the shock, and you just have to use your full physical abilities to avoid it.

That's not the end of the enemy's attack.

The opponent is not only in one piece, but also left and right and behind. When you hang it up all in one piece, it doesn't even feel like you have a gap to exhale because those dragon tooth soldiers are attacking you.

I would have been mortally wounded many times if I hadn't trained to fight multiple enemies.

In fact, more than fifty Lockhart family members have lost their lives. They weren't alarmed either, but situations where even a moment's gap is unacceptable drain more mental power than you can imagine.

"Dear Enos!" The voice echoes on the battlefield.

Sending his gaze only for a moment, Enos, who was fighting on the left wing, was falling into a bloodbath. A subordinate, a magician, is dragging his body desperately to lower it to the rear.

Shortly afterwards, he said, "Ahhh! Dear Garland! …" I heard it from nearby.

I see Mel waving his sword desperately to protect Nicholas, who was slashed and lay down.

"Lower Nicholas!," he shouted, turning to Mel's support.

There's also a strong desire to protect her, but because we can't let the front collapse any more than that.

Mel was not the commander type leading her men, and Nicholas had given her men appropriate instructions as well. For this reason, when Nicholas falls out, he will only fight individually and likely be pushed in at once.

Maximize your demon fighting skills and enter beside Mel.

"John is defensive! Buddy's got the enemy on the left! Larry's too focused on the front! ……

Arrow and give early instructions to the squire confused by Nicholas's wounds.

Sometimes I was just on the front line, and the squire instantly regained calm at my behest. In the meantime Nicholas was sent backwards, but he seemed to have been hung from his left shoulder to his abdomen, his armor stained bright red and unconscious.

It's a serious injury that looks fatal, and I should hang the healing magic, but I can't move now.

"Don't push Mel either!," he gives instructions to Mel, who is showing his opponent the activity of an octagonal six-arm.

"Yes!" he answers and returns, but his breath is rough because of what he has been forced to do.

"Rest a little. If we rest, we'll both push in at once."

I shouldn't have bothered to back off, but then I honestly went down with the word we would fight together.

Buying time by not attacking his opponent while giving instructions to his men for about a minute, Mel came back saying "I'm sorry to keep you waiting". Standing on my left flank, he breathes into me and strikes.

"We're going to finish the dragon tooth soldier in the front. Mel needs to pay for that leg. If the enemy on the front falls, I move to stab the stop. That way the guy on the right will come at me, so I'll ask for that leg, too. I'll put a stop to it in the first place."

If you slow down your movements with demon fighting, your enemies won't be able to handle them easily, and Mel will be able to follow my movements. As long as you communicate your intentions properly at first, there should be less risk because whatever happens, you can handle it on an ad hoc basis.

"I'm going!" Mel's tempered voice strikes his ear.

He stepped in in a large forward leaning form with the words and paid for the feet of the dragon tooth soldier in the front.

It hits the dragon tooth soldier's knee, but the joints are also strengthened and cannot be severed. Still, his knee bends sideways to a strong slaughter, greatly out of balance.

That's where I show my thrust to target the orbit of the dragon tooth soldier that's going down.

Another dragon tooth soldier on my slightly right side, as expected, tried to swing down with the simmer up the stairs, trying to cut off my arm as it threw and stretched out a poke.

But that movement is inhibited by Mel, who proceeds to slip at my feet. Mel was stretching his body and releasing a poke after hitting the first dragon tooth soldier in the knee.

A cut of Mel's sword pierces the right dragon tooth soldier's femur. The hard metal named Gatsun echoed each other, and the dragon tooth soldier on the right also curled loudly.

I look at it at the edge of my gaze and release a thrust towards the orbit of the front dragon tooth soldier, who is falling over.

Dragon Tooth Soldier judged my sword a threat, or moved his left arm to defend him with a shield even as he fell. But that move is within my expectations.

It has a demonic martial arts technique that accelerates the punch to a speed that exceeds the enemy's expectations. Shortly before the shield covered his face, the tip of his sword slipped through and was sucked into his orbit.

It conveyed the feeling of Gushari, crushing the Demonic Crystal Stone behind the orbit with the response of Gatsun. The Dragon Tooth Soldier falls to collapse.

When you quickly pull out the sword, use the momentum to rotate your body to the left.

The goal was a dragon tooth soldier on the right with his femur poked and out of balance, slamming the sword with that momentum.

Although it was the steeple that took it off, the force was applied in the direction of falling, so the momentum fell in well.

Meanwhile, Mel was stopping with her feet wide open. It just takes the form of being directly beneath me, poking my sword up from the jaw of a dragon tooth soldier falling out of that position.

Was the attack just as unpredictable, the Dragon Tooth Soldier could not react, and Mel's Adamantite sword crushed the Demonic Crystal Stone.

Having finished spinning, I quickly point my sword at the dragon tooth soldier who comes out on the front line, restraining him from attacking Mel, who has stretched out defenselessly.

Mel also rolled as he threw his body out onto the ground after finishing a poke from the bottom and quickly rose up.

"Protect Master Melissa!," exclaims John, putting up his sword as Buddy defends Mel's side.

Just a few seconds during this time. He succeeded in defeating two Dragon Tooth Soldiers in a combination of the two.

"Brilliant!," Larry said as he stood up his sword.

"I'm not an enemy you can't defeat. All you have to do is read the enemy's movements and poke an impression on them."

"Zach's right! Their movements are inaccurate, but easy to read for that matter! The enemy doesn't understand our language. Call each other and hit the enemy!

The Lockhart family warriors who were supposed to be tired of their grandfather's words said, "Ooh!" and respond with a voice up.

"Sim's horseback squad will ambush from the rear! Use that gap well!

When my father shouted that way, I heard heavy horseshoes coming from the stables.

Sim Marron, who was once down in the rear, leads a twenty horse riding squad to emerge from behind the castle. Speed has already reached the march (Gallup), and it went straight ahead and stormed.

Dragon Tooth Soldiers respond to it instantly as well.

Ten of the reserves in the rear were standing up with shields waiting for them.

Sims seems to have used his sword to give instructions to his men, changing direction just before he hits the enemy. The Dragon Tooth Troopers react to the move, but consolidate their rear defenses without being forced to attack.

Once the horseback squad leaves towards the training ground, it manoeuvres to bypass the body of a giant dragon and look behind the enemy again. The movement is so agile that the horseback riding nation is also so agile that the dragon tooth soldiers can't ignore it, as they set up their shields to match the movement.

"The number of enemies is down! Crush some enemies on this plane!

The warriors on the front line stir up at my father's roar.

"Go on with me!," Byron commands in a wild voice, waving up the sword of Adamantite, which has engulfed the flames.

And slapped his sword on the dragon tooth soldier in the front as it was.

The Dragon Tooth Soldier tried to take the attack with a shield.

The pitch-black round shield is as sturdy as it is made of adamantite, never even cracked before, but it crumbles apart due to the blow released by Byron.

He defeated the Dragon Tooth Soldier while still destroying his shield. The Dragon Tooth Soldier is blown away as he involves his allies.

It didn't feel like the power of a magic sword. Probably, but Byron used "fighting”.

He was also able to use his fighting spirit, although the level was closer to eighty and not to the point of free manipulation. I don't know if I opened my eyes in this situation or if I can use it in an excited state, but I gave the Lockhart family warriors a light.

"Don't lose," my grandfather said.

My grandfather slashes in to widen the hole that Byron drilled, using the same fighting spirit to blow up the Dragon Tooth Soldier.

"Attack the fallen enemy as a priority! But watch your step! They're gonna use their swords even when they're down!

Skip instructions to make the most of this situation.

It's a kind of exciting state now, and this one is pushing it, but just being blown away doesn't damage the Dragon Tooth Soldier.

I'm using my fighting skills, too, so I figured out that fighting skills are a form of demonic fighting that uses magic. That means a method of attack that depletes magic.

In addition to this, if you wrap magic around your weapon, it will be only a matter of time before the magic runs out.

And the important thing is that if the magic runs out, you won't be able to move. Worst case scenario, enough to interfere with life activities, at least we can't keep fighting.

That is, this situation cannot last long, indicating that two heroes, Byron and his grandfather, fall into non-combat at the moment they are finished.

Still, I didn't stop.

We thought it would be better if we went into battle at once than if we were gradually cut off in situations where we didn't have a chance to open it.

Does both my grandfather and Byron know about it, and I keep waving my sword without resting.

Send a gaze to my father to use this desk.

Did my father also perceive my intentions, and he immediately sent Sims an order?

"Assault!" My father cries out and gives instructions to lower the grandfathers, who are even more at their limit.

"Father and Byron please step back! Walt and Beatrice need help from the left and right!

Did Sim guess what my father and I intended, "Assault!" and dare to run the horse out loud.

A brilliant war horse, the Frogman, does not fear the Dragon Tooth Soldier, but presses to add a hit to the Dragon Tooth Soldier according to the rider's orders.

The Dragon Tooth Troopers also gave up defeating them with a spotter to the momentum, and when they stabbed the spotter to the ground, they set up a shield with both hands and switched to defense.

As if to show off the height of their physical abilities, the Dragon Tooth Soldiers hit the horses with every shield.

Twenty Cavalry Cavalry kinetic energy hits ten Dragon Tooth Soldiers.

However, the Dragon Tooth Soldier completely stopped by simply sliding a meter or so down the ground around the body of a large horse exceeding seven hundred kilograms.

I want to tongue over the speed and accuracy of that decision.

If he had made the decision to intercept with a sword, the leading horsemen might have suffered a great deal, but the dozen horsemen that followed could have attacked from behind the defenseless backs of the avant-garde slashing ties with his grandfathers.

Sims waves his sword from the horse to mount an attack while ordering an immediate inversion. However, it was not an effective attack with the horses solidified and losing their mobility.

It was thought that the Horse Riders would be ravaged as they were, but it was the Archers who saved it.

Hector ordered the attack on the dragon tooth soldier with his shield forward and exposed his defenseless back.

"Everybody, aim at the guy fighting the horseback squad!

He himself unleashes an arrow of Mithrills into the back of one dragon tooth soldier. It is followed by a hundred and fifty arrows and a tae arrow, and even a huge tae arrow of ten baristas.

In a situation that cannot be protected or avoided by a shield, there is no easy way to do just that as a dragontooth soldier. Three bodies with barista arrows on their heads crushed every skull and collapsed, and three more were crushed on their spines and shoulders and temporarily incapacitated.

"Once we leave!" Horse riders flow left and right to Sim's order to leave.

In the meantime, the squadron of magicians who were attacking from left to right also destroyed four dragon tooth soldiers by multiplying the confusion.

Including the five bodies that my grandfathers defeated, I succeeded in defeating fourteen Dragon Tooth Soldiers, and my enemies were reduced to about 60% of the first.

But the price was huge.

My grandfather and Byron, who were struggling on the front line, are so worn out that they breathe on their shoulders.

Beatrice and Walt, the squad of magicians who went into the support of the two, are equally worn out, and only Mel and I can afford to be relatively spared on the front line.

Sim's horseback squad was also badly hurt by the impact of the collision and subsequent attacks with the shield, making the same hand unusable.

The line of hope is a team of archers who keep firing from the top of the castle, but even a barista can do little damage if you can set up a shield.

"When you run out of strength, it's a real battle! Everybody, squeeze your energy and fight!

My grandfather's loud voice said, "Ooh!" "but the expression had the colour of fatigue.

Still, I see hope by defeating 40% of my enemies. Many of the squire and vigilante veterans are injured, but many young people of about level thirty can still fight. The avant-garde is numerically about one hundred and fifty, about five times the number of dragon tooth soldiers. There's nothing you can't win if you fight while taking turns restoring health.

But the sight of crushing that hope was about to unfold in front of us.

It was the body of the first evil dragon to be defeated that glowed, and the magical formation of the summons appeared.
