Falling Mage and the Power of Divergence

Episode 305: Association Movements (Medium)

The meeting convened by the special magicians was curtained by the arrival of Twin Fangs Onylus and others. Even though the vacancy was still noticeable, I ask for an explanation of the circumstances as if Morska were to blame for Onylus and the others who started the meeting at the same time as their appearance.

"What the hell do you mean, Onylus?"

"Oops, this is rude, Lord Morska. You haven't said hello yet."

"Nobody expects that. How can we start a meeting if we're not all here yet?"

"Oh, you mean that. No problem then. That vacant seat will never be filled."

"What the hell does that mean, Lord Onylus"

It was Eldrio who asked Onylus, who told him no other special magician would come. Other magicians, like Eldrio, have no particular tendency to say anything to ask why.

Seeing the reaction of the other magicians, Onylus begins to open his mouth with his eyes on the empty seat.

"It's what the word means. The Thunder God, the Flaming Dragon, the Spirit Bird, and that rookie will never show up at this meeting"

"How do you know that?

"That explains it after"

"So what kind of gathering is this today?"

The newly opened mouth is Yotes, famous for hitting servants hard. His expression looks slightly grumpy, but I guess that's natural.

It is indisputable that Onylus summoned to the Premium Mages during this meeting. They didn't mention that agenda, but they were almost certainly aware that it was about Seyya, who was newly appointed as a special magician.

It is customary for those who have newly become superior magicians to greet each other at the first regular meeting. But sometimes the regular meeting is not close, which is why Onylus called extraordinary meetings.

But the truth is, the other premier magicians are at the root of Ryger's quest for an explanation of Saiya's circumstances as soon as possible before the regular meeting. It was to be hoped that various circumstances would explain why Riger had kept the rare presence of dark and light attributes secret until now, and who the bloodstream was.

Most of the extraordinary magicians attend this meeting despite the fact that it was held on an extraordinary basis. The attendance rate is unbelievable.

If O'Neills tells me that he won't even attend the meeting for Ten Himself, I can't help but get upset about what the hell it's for.

Onylus presented this agenda even though he was exposed to Yotes, who clearly showed a grumpy attitude.

"What we need to discuss today is the future of Leiria"

"Future Laylia? Why are you doing this now?"

"Not now. The problem is still getting worse."

"What the hell is going to get worse? Whatever the association does, isn't it the Episcopal Church that gets in the way?"

Previously, the association notified the Episcopal Church of various proposals to make Leiria any better, but most of them had been rejected before they were discussed. From the Seven Wise Men, it was not preferable for them to be exported to the administration.

And the association was also silent without any particular complaints because they were not willing to fully intercede with the Episcopal Church. One reason for this was the thirteen apostles belonging to the Episcopal Church.

We do not know unless we try to fight the power relationship between the two, but the association side has avoided as much conflict with the Thirteen Apostles as possible. The two are magicians who represent the Leirian people in both bends and do not know what will happen if their powers collide. That's why I've avoided collisions.

"If that's the case, there's no problem."

Onylus smiled slightly at Morska, concerned about the presence of the Thirteen Apostles. That's the same with Sword Emperor Iskal and Witch Cleonora sitting back to his left and right.

"Earlier the Seven Wise Men officially transferred Leirian's governance to the Association"

"Is that true!?

It was Yotes who stood up in a voice of surprise. Few other premier magicians seemed surprised, and Angel Michaela, known for her poker face, also broke her expression slightly.

"What kind of hand did you use?

"Are you kidding me?

"I don't believe in anything, no matter how much"

Morska, Lafotia and Eldrio ask.

"I don't think you believe it, but it's true, isn't it?

They're no longer in use.

Prove what Onylus says, but Cleonora and Iskal answer.

"As I say to you both, the present Leiria is in the hands of the association"

"The Episcopal Church has often forgiven you."

"Didn't the Thirteenth Apostle say anything?

The Thirteen Apostles should naturally intervene if they try, for example, to deprive Leiria of power. The question of how the hell did you shut up the Thirteen Apostles springs together, but the answer is simpler than I thought.

"And those thirteen apostles departed from the Episcopal Church unto the seven wise men. A total of seven thirteen apostles, including the Holy Knight Arthur Wan, the Silforo-Second, the Gazelle Third, the Real Five, disappeared along with an unidentified army."

Extraordinary magicians who hear the words of Onylus and can no longer say anything. No matter how many of them can imagine half of the thirteen apostles leaving under the Seven Wise Men at the same time.

It would still have been understandable if it had been the people of the association who flipped the anti-flag. The Extraordinary Mages did not once meet the wishes of the Seven Wise Men. It is still conceivable that they would conflict with the Episcopal Church as an association like that.

But this time it was the Thirteen Apostles who were obedient to the Episcopal Church who flipped the anti-flag. What it means is a sort of revolution. If this is made known to the people, we do not know what will happen to the Kingdom of Leiria.

Only the oldest Morska opened his mouth among the premier magicians who could not emit anything before the fact of the shock.

"Do you have any idea who that third force is?

"No certainty, but a man named Emris is involved"

"Emris!? Are you telling me that the old minister of the God-era is alive?"

"Did you still know that? Sir Alfredo, the Seven Wise Men, also knew about the Seven Clergy."

Onylus asked for a detailed explanation for Morska, who knew Emris existed. I didn't know Emris except for Morska, the oldest person on this scene.

"I've never met him in person either. But according to his mouth, he is one of the seven priests who served under the Creator Noah, and is said to have served as the master of the first Saint Knight Arthur. But he disappeared after Noah's death, and then a heavy town in the kingdom era that no one knows about."

All the extraordinary magicians who hear Emris explain will shut up. If you think in common sense, you can't be alive, such as someone from Noah's time. But at the same time, if so many people were alive, we could understand this situation.

Because I don't think of anything else like the presence of the Thirteen Apostles, who are faithful to the Episcopal Church, to serve the Seven Wise Men even when they flip the flag against them.

"No way the Thirteen Apostles..."

"If I do lose half of it, my power relationship with the association will change,"

"So it's better to give it to the association temporarily to solve the problem than to force it to remain in power?"

There are thirteen of us left.

Onylus turns a blind eye only for a moment to Yotes' casual words. The winner Sikilfus did not miss the motion.

"You still got something?

"Chip, do you notice here? Cleonora."

"You have no choice. All four of you who are not here now are likely to have joined that Emris faction."

Again they lost their words to the words which Cleonola had told them.
