Former General Is Undead Knight

Episode XV: Count Mondo, Lord (7)

Since Lambert left the room and the servant chased after him to drop him off, the disturbance had shown a flat fit, albeit seemingly alone.

Though there has been a slight silence since Glasco, the Private Corps leader who remained down after blowing bubbles, was brought out of the room, he urged the fund to tell Count Mondo more about his crusade with unicorns, in thanksgiving for Yunos rearranging and inviting him to the museum as if nothing had happened.

But the story of the Unicorn crusade was above the sky, Count Mondo said.

I was thinking about the measures to be taken against the 'whistling demon', which Lambert told me earlier.

The anti-national sorcery organization, The Whistle Blowing Demon, has barely revealed its size or reality.

Occasionally in the Kingdom of Legions, strange incidents occur, such as the mass abduction of children or the disappearance of one village.

Though the culprit and motive are unknown, traces of advanced witchcraft may be discovered later.

Almost all of those incidents are rumored to involve 'whistling demons'.

It's only in the last twenty years or so that the name of "The Whistling Devil" has begun to spread, but theories such as whether it has changed its name many times and continues to survive are deeply rooted.

Occasionally, officials are captured and one end of the 'whistle blowing demon' comes out to light from it, but in many cases they are not informed of anything above just the lower end.

Count Obock, the investor of The Whistling Devil, who was vandalized by Lambert and whose evil was to come to light, had also been put to suspicious death early in prison.

On the face of it, the cause of death is laid low, but when the guard turned to look around, just overnight, the Earl of Obock had changed his appearance to a rotten corpse, which, to a lesser extent, grabbed an iron lattice as the corpse draped its rotten flesh, raising an odd voice and crying.

Obviously, it was like death manipulation.

Count Mondo had been asked about the death of Count Obock by a messenger from the King's Capital.

When I first found out, it was something I feared.

But Barilla, the city where Count Mondo lives, is the capital of adventurers.

In case the 'whistling demon' tries to attack you, you should be able to handle it.

That's what I was thinking, but I got allegations from Lambert that the adventurer was unsuitable as a defense, and the idea was starting to shake slightly too.

"That's when that armored man showed up when I almost gave up on him no more. He quickly slaughtered and lay low the guys in the 'Killing Curves' who were boosting their morale! I remember that Robin Hood face changing. That sword is... so fast, and so terribly powerful...!

The fund was talking about Lambert's ambition with heat, but Yunos turned his palm to the fund, blocking the conversation.

The fund strangely turned to Yunos, but stopped talking.

And I give my voice to Count Mondo, who is still thinking about it.

"Count. Earlier...... what that armored man named Lambert told you to do is hook me up? Adventurers lack a sense of responsibility, so it can't be a deterrent to the worst."

…………

"But that's an error. At least, there's no fool in this' dancing sword 'who escapes the crisis of urban balalas. If the Whistleblowing Devil attacks us, we'll take the lead and show them off. Besides, doesn't the Count have a great private army? Nothing to worry about."

Lambert rated it better not to have a Glasco party of private soldiers, but that is something I can say because it is Lambert.

It is true that the private army is closer to having their jobs turned by their households than to having ascended to their present status by force.

Not far from a leading adventurer like Yunos, who has risen with swords and instrumentation in strength.

However, although it is a private army with a lot of blood and a lot of jealous shady and humid people, it is much more army than the third-rate adventurers who are overflowing with urban barricades because they are not neglecting their daily workouts and the majority of them were slapped in swordsmanship by children in their households.

It's not like you don't have any loyalty.

"Oh, yes! That's right! There's no reason to care what a guy like that says! Trust us more!

The face of a private soldier who was present in the guest room is in tune with Yunos all the time here.

I would have joined Glasco here if I had, but now I was still sleeping with the fear that Lambert was about to kill me.

Many of the private soldiers had the impression that they were enemies who had come to invade their own territory in "The Dancing Sword," but the sense of hostility to "The Dancing Sword" was also completely diminished due to the emergence of a third party named Lambert, who had denied the existence of the private army outright, and even more unexpectedly there was a follow up from the guild master of "The Dancing Sword".

(They're the ones who will destroy themselves even if they leave them alone anyway. There's no point in bothering to disparage and make them lower. Wouldn't be my obstacle)

Most importantly, Yunos thought so much in his heart.

No matter, I don't even let it out for yawning in my stomach.

One of the private soldiers was smiling back at Yunos as he turned his gratitude.

"... that's something you can rely on. However, that's not the only problem with Non. Actually, I was worried about which guild to ask for. I also summoned the lords today in combination with their discernment... but when I heard the words of Lord Yunos now, I still decided to ask for the 'Dancing Sword'. I'm sorry to hear that you stopped talking about Lord Fund... but in the course of the conversation, I don't care if you listen to me first," Dancing Sword "adventurers."

"Yeah, of course. It would be an honor if I could take on the count's favor. We'd love to hear it."

The private soldiers who were at the scene frown slightly at the words of Count Mondo.

Even though we were here, it was still humiliating to turn our work around to adventurers at present.

However, we were already aware that this project was too much for us.

Yunos also had some anticipation that there would be such a story at this time, when Count Mondo invited him to the Hall, and had some idea of its content.

"The fact that Robin Hood is back in the city of Barilla… almost certainly, the neck of Non would be the purpose. Given his character, he'll be raiding this hall in the near future. The Lord wants you to stay in this hall for a while... and give me a hand with the security of the Private Guard."

Robin Hood, the city's most powerful adventurer.

He was previously the guild master of a small adventurer's guild in the city of Barilla.

It was a small but elite alignment, but went on a crusade, ignoring the touch of a ban on entering the woods from the Earl of Monde when an orgasm appeared in The Great Forest of the Lost.

An auga is a demon with two horns, close to a person.

Orga never swarms, and when he was with another individual, he attacks and sometimes kills to kick his opponent out of his own territory.

When Auga kills the same species, magic builds up in the corners and hangs slightly blue on the red body.

That allows the auga to discern a superior auga over itself, giving way to the territory, or submission to the opponent.

An orgasm is an individual who eats a good number of companions and whose body turns bright blue.

Has a power that is not comparable to that of a regular orga.

He also often brings in a number of augs.

The most horrible thing about orgasms is that the orgasm, which usually just repeats the killing as it is combat instinct, fades insane and becomes more intelligent as soon as it is subordinated to orgasms.

Besides, the bluer the main orgasm, the more loyal it is.

If you kill an orgasm poorly, you can also think of leaving the woods and raiding the city in groups.

Robin Hood led the guild's adventurers in ignoring Count Mondo's touch to bring the orgasm of the orgasmic kings to a close.

Until then, we had a proven track record of impotence and recklessness, and we were perfectly Tengu ourselves.

If that had come true, or maybe he could have been a hero too.

But the result was driving the orgasm to death before leaking, escaping without being able to handle the orgasm, and as a result, the herd of orgasms snowed into the city of Barilla, causing many casualties.

Count Mondo's wife also went missing in the noise of evacuation at that time and was later found tragically dead.

All of Robin Hood's guild adventurers were executed, but Robin Hood himself fled guarding and had been disappointed for some time since.

That's how he came back to the city of Barilla.

To clear up the resentment that once executed my men, it was easy to predict.

(Robin Hood...... or......)

Yunos was one of the strongest candidates among the city's current adventurers, but in a blatant battle, he was treading that he would not beat Robin Hood first.

But there's room to work out a plan. I don't even fight one-on-one.

Besides, if this request is accomplished following the corner of the unicorn, Count Mondo's trust in The Dancing Sword will be firm.

"I am honored that you have commanded us. Besides... the other day Robin Hood's cross spear has left the dead from the adventurer of The Dancing Sword. This battle, for me too, is a condolence battle. Happy to take it on."
