"Gabriel, look, we’ve all had a long day. No matter how busy we are, we should at least eat together, shouldn’t we?"

They were, after all, regulars on the silver screen. Surely this junior, Gabriel Sinclair, wouldn’t dare to disrespect them.

However, while Adela Armstrong and the others had won prestigious acting awards, the market was unfortunately in a slump. They couldn’t land good scripts, so they had stepped away from the silver screen years ago.

In their eyes, Gabriel Sinclair was just an A-list idol, whose fame couldn’t compare to their own.

However, a few of the guests knew Gabriel’s real background and were about to try and smooth things over. But before they could even open their mouths, a single look from Gabriel silenced them.

Adela Armstrong was seething.

But she was afraid of misspeaking on camera, so she reluctantly held her tongue.

She was about to scoop some rice when she saw there was only a single spoonful left in the serving bowl. Her eyes instantly widened.

"Where’d all the rice go?"

She instinctively glanced at the bowls belonging to Chloe and the other students.

Their bowls were all piled high with rice.

Adela Armstrong ground her teeth in frustration.

The next moment, Gabriel suddenly picked up the serving spoon and ladled a scoop of food into Chloe’s bowl.

"Eat up, Sis."

After speaking, he served a scoop to each of the other two students as well.

Soon, the serving dish was nearly empty.

Adela Armstrong stared in disbelief.

’I’ve been on this show for almost a month, eating nothing but vegetarian meals every single day. We finally get to eat some meat, and Gabriel just gives it all away!’

Now, all that was left in the dish was a bit of greasy residue.

"Excuse me, Ms. Armstrong."

Just then, Gabriel suddenly stood up, holding the now-empty serving dish.

"What do you think you’re doing?" Adela Armstrong demanded.

Gabriel looked at her with pure innocence. "Eating, of course."

At his words, Adela Armstrong’s gaze instinctively shot to the nearly empty rice pot on the table.

She opened her mouth to speak, but before she could, Gabriel walked right past her, scraped the last spoonful of rice from the pot into the serving dish, and started mixing it around.

The rice pot was now completely empty. Not a single grain remained.

If Adela Armstrong still didn’t understand what was happening, she truly had no business being in show business.

"Gabriel Sinclair, don’t you think you’re going too far, treating your seniors this way?"

’Isn’t he afraid of getting dragged for this online?’

However, Gabriel reacted as if he’d just heard the funniest joke in the world, letting out a dry chuckle.

Another guest standing nearby frowned. "Gabriel, isn’t this a bit much? We all helped out today, you know."

That was the wrong thing to say. The comment made Gabriel snap.

"Helped?" Gabriel slammed the dish onto the table. "Five ’seniors’ washed eighteen tomatoes. You call that helping?"

’He could grab any random student from his university, and they’d work harder than this lot.’

Chloe was the one who gathered the firewood, chopped the vegetables, and marinated the meat today.

And what did these five do? Besides washing those eighteen tomatoes, they just laughed and joked around before running off outside. They didn’t even bother to ask if any help was needed.

It’s fine if you don’t know how to cook, but this is supposed to be a team effort.

The two young women with Chloe were just as pampered by their parents, but at least they came in from time to time to ask if she needed a hand with anything.

Adela Armstrong and the others were left speechless.

The production crew hadn’t prepared any backup meals, which meant the seniors were destined to go hungry tonight.

Chloe didn’t try to stop Gabriel. She just sat on her low stool, quietly observing everyone, her dark, deep eyes completely unreadable.
