Global Survival: I Have Endless Skeletons

Chapter 524: No Escape (Bonus - )

"It’s the Grim Reaper!"

"The Grim Reaper!"

"Run!"

Who would have expected the notorious Slave Trade Guild to flee in terror the moment they realized their enemy was the Grim Reaper?

Inside the massive cavern, the remaining members of the Slave Trade Guild were fleeing with all their might, their previous confidence completely shattered.

Their faces were etched with fear and panic, while their bodies trembled uncontrollably as they desperately searched for somewhere to hide.

No one cared about maintaining their dignity anymore.

No one cared about protecting their comrades.

Everyone only cared about surviving.

Ahhh! Ahhh! Ahhh!

Bang! Bang!

"H-Help... Ahhh..."

"He’s here..."

"Nooooo!"

Desperate screams echoed throughout the cavern as the sounds of battle approached from the main tunnel.

Suddenly, a figure was sent flying from the cave entrance, his body spinning violently through the air before crashing into a wooden table at the center of the cavern.

Bang!

The table shattered beneath the impact.

"Ahhh!"

Blood violently splattered from the man’s mouth as he struggled to move, one of his arms mangled beyond recognition.

His face was twisted with agony, his eyes filled with desperation as he looked toward the approaching figures.

From the tunnel entrance, two enormous undead emerged.

The undead Storm Tyrant and the undead Guild Captain stepped into the massive cavern, their terrifying forms immediately silencing everyone who happened to see them.

Their hollow sockets slowly swept across the cavern before locking onto the injured member lying beneath the broken table.

The man’s body immediately stiffened.

His breathing became frantic.

"P-Please... Don’t kill me..."

He desperately tried to crawl backward, dragging his broken body across the floor.

Thud! Thud!

The two undead slowly approached him.

Every heavy footstep echoed through the cavern like the countdown of a death sentence. The injured man trembled violently as cold sweat covered his forehead.

"P-Please, don’t kill..."

Bang!

The undead Storm Tyrant’s massive hammer descended without mercy. His skull shattered beneath the tremendous impact, and blood and fragments scattered across the floor.

For several seconds, nobody moved.

Nobody dared breathe too loudly.

Those hiding inside the caves trembled uncontrollably, their hearts pounding against their chests like frantic war drums.

Some pressed themselves against the walls while desperately covering their mouths, terrified that even the slightest sound would reveal their locations.

Others closed their eyes and silently prayed that the demon would pass them by.

They knew it was foolish.

They knew it was hopeless.

Yet, when death was standing outside their hiding place, even the most desperate prayer became something worth clinging to.

For a moment, the massive cavern became completely silent.

Everyone held their breath.

The thick tension was almost tangible, heavy enough to make every heartbeat sound deafening within the darkness.

Never in their wildest dreams had they imagined that the number one name on their killing list would personally come into their supposedly impenetrable hideout.

Many had heard countless stories about the Grim Reaper.

Some believed the rumors had been exaggerated.

Others had dismissed them completely, believing that the terrifying stories surrounding him were nothing more than fearmongering spread by those who had survived his attacks.

After all, how could one human become so terrifying?

How could a single Necromancer command undead powerful enough to massacre entire groups?

To many, such stories had sounded impossible. But now, they were hiding like frightened rats inside their most secure headquarters.

And for the first time, they understood the true horror of the Grim Reaper.

The rumors had not exaggerated anything. If anything, they had failed to describe the reality.

Compared to the stories they had heard, watching his merciless undead slaughter their members like helpless prey was far more terrifying.

Who were the fools who had claimed the Grim Reaper was nothing more than a frightening tale created to scare them?

Those words now sounded utterly ridiculous.

Several members silently regretted remaining inside the hideout.

Just then, they saw Thoren appear.

His shoulder-length silver hair cascaded over his shoulders, swaying gently as he stepped into the massive cavern.

His deep blue eyes slowly wandered across the now deadly silent space, taking in the shattered tables, bloodstained floor, and the corpses scattered throughout the tunnel entrance.

The entire cavern seemed to fall under his gaze.

’So this is the mighty Slave Trade Guild hideout...’

A cold sneer appeared on his face as disappointment flickered briefly within his eyes.

After everything he had heard about the Slave Trade Guild, he had expected something far more impressive.

Whoosh!

Without hesitating, Thoren raised his hand and summoned dozens of undead soldiers from his undead space.

One after another, massive figures materialized from thin air.

Their bodies appeared silently throughout the cavern, weapons already gripped tightly in their hands as an oppressive aura immediately spread across the surroundings.

Watching the undead soldiers emerge from nothing, all the Slave Trade Guild members hiding inside the cave houses couldn’t help but shiver violently.

"Oh god... Oh god..."

"Shit! Shit! Shit!"

Their faces became pale as fear completely consumed their remaining courage.

Many were already on the verge of a mental breakdown as they watched the number of undead continue multiplying before their eyes.

Two undead had already been enough to terrify them. Now, the demon himself had summoned dozens more.

Was this not complete overkill?

They had originally believed that hiding inside the cave houses would give them a chance to survive.

But looking at the undead army surrounding Thoren, that tiny hope was rapidly disappearing.

Then, suddenly, someone broke.

"Die!"

From one of the cave houses surrounding the cavern, a tall, burly man suddenly jumped out from his hiding spot and rushed toward Thoren.

His eyes blazed with insane killing intent, and his muscles bulged as he charged forward with everything he had.

To him, waiting any longer was nothing more than waiting to be slaughtered.

If death was already approaching, then he would rather fight and gamble everything on one final chance.

Perhaps, just perhaps, he could somehow kill the Grim Reaper.

Who knew?

Unfortunately, his plan had already been doomed from the beginning.

This was not bravery.

This was desperation bordering on stupidity.

When Thoren had fewer undead around him, dozens of Slave Trade Guild members had already been unable to get close to him.

And now that dozens of powerful undead surrounded him, how could he possibly hope to reach their master?

Did he seriously think luck would suddenly favor him?

Did he believe he was the protagonist of some third-rate movie who would miraculously defeat an overwhelming enemy at the last possible moment?

Bang!

Two massive figures moved simultaneously.

The undead Garron and the undead Royalty Stonewall stepped forward at almost the same time.

The massive butcher knife of the undead Garron collided directly with the Berserker’s enormous axe.

Clang!

The impact lasted for barely an instant before the Berserker’s weapon shattered into countless fragments.

His eyes widened in disbelief.

"What..."

Before he could even finish speaking, the butcher knife continued along its original trajectory without losing momentum.

Slash!

Ahhh!

A miserable scream escaped from the Berserker’s throat as the enormous blade tore diagonally across his chest.

Blood sprayed into the air.

His body staggered backward, his eyes filled with disbelief as he finally realized the overwhelming difference between their strengths.

However, before he could even properly register the pain, another flash suddenly appeared before his eyes.

Whoosh!

The deadly blade of the undead Royalty Stonewall swept through the air.

Everything seemed to freeze for a brief moment.

The Berserker’s expression remained frozen in disbelief. Then his head separated from his body.

His head flew into the air, spinning several times before gravity finally did its thing.

Thud!

It crashed onto the cold stone floor and rolled several times before finally coming to a stop.

Swift.

Merciless.

Thoren did not even spare the dead Berserker another glance.

His deep blue eyes remained fixed on the numerous figures desperately hiding inside the surrounding cave houses.

Slowly, he raised his hand.

"Kill!"
