Golden Experience

Episode 7: Servicing

There are roughly three possibilities that Rae has come up with in her previous reflections.

For one thing, "domination" of "spiritual magic" is one of the conditions.

Two, skills trees such as Tutoring and Summoning have a long way to go.

Mitsu, "Necromancer," "Tutorial," and "Summoning" are relevant.

None of them were groundless and were becoming increasingly conflicting proposals, but indicators were available for the time being. Computationally, the current experience can be fully verified.

However, once EXP has been put in for validation, Rae will not be able to earn experience properly around here.

We have to travel to defeat more powerful energies, equal to the experience gained, but with all the subtle skills acquired, it is difficult when it comes to fighting proper difficulty energies efficiently.

Even though I'm prepared, if it takes less risk, I've never gone beyond it.

The most costly "spiritual magic" was later, and I decided to try to get "Tutorial," "Summoning," and "Necromancer" first.

A total of 60 points were consumed and three skills were acquired. After I acquired all of them, I checked each skill tree in advance, but there was no such thing as more obtainable skills.

- Well, within assumptions. It's not time to panic yet.

As long as the acquisition conditions are met at this point, they should have been found.

If so, then "Spiritual Magic" is next.

If you want to get to "domination," you need to spend 10 points on "self-loss," 40 points on "fear" and "charm," respectively, and finally 60 points on "domination," and 150 points.

Come to think of it, if you fail out of sight, I was prepared to earn EXP ahead of you with all your subtle system skills acquired, but if you take 'Spiritual Magic' this much, you can call it a fine 'Spiritual Magic' Specialized Build.

The act determination of "psychic magic" refers to MND, so if you shake all the extra experience points to MND, you can fight enough. It is also convenient to increase the maximum MP (Mana Points) required during skill activation if the MND increases.

Then you no longer have to hesitate.

Rae spent 150 points to get 'Spiritual Magic' all the way to 'Domination' at once.

If the reflection is correct, this should increase some acquirable skills.

- Well, let's start with "Tutorial" confirmation...

There were no more new skills in the 'Tutoring' skill tree.

There were no new skills added to the 'Summon' skill tree either.

In the Necromancer skill tree...

A skill called 'Soul Tied' was available.

- Here it is! I knew I wasn't going in the wrong direction!

I stayed excited and paid for my experience without hesitation.

The effect of the newly acquired 'soul bondage' is "to take the soul of a corpse within an hour of death. If a soul remains in the corpse it subjected to at the time of activation of the 'Necromancer', it seals the resistance of the subject to the 'Necromancer'. If you have a stock of souls, you can consume the stock and select the [undead], [homunculus], and [golem] systems as subjects of 'mental magic: domination'".

- Strong!...? This...

Seen alone, the effect is only to "take the soul of a corpse" and the effect and usage are unclear. Anything even looks like just flavored text.

But at the time you are acquiring this skill, it can be said that at least 'Necromancer' and 'Dominance' should be in your possession, and it is useful enough to strike down the neck of those two skills, 'Low success rate' or 'Only organisms can be targeted'.

A stock of souls would be the soul of a corpse taken in 'soul bondage'.

However, the experience required to acquire is 60 points and despite the tree's second skill, the acquisition cost is as heavy as' dominance '.

Even if you want to focus on this skill and pay for your experience, that's all you need when you align it from 'domination' to 'Necromancer' and you can't get it when you create a character.

Given that there was no system of innate traits at the time of the closed test, which was easy for Resemara, there must be a few players who have even acquired this skill at the moment. It's a build you wouldn't try to do first if you didn't know there was. Probably rare, such as a player who knows the existence of 'soul bondage'.

Yet another point is that the soul that 'soul bondage' can take is from a body within an hour of death. Given this fact and the specifications of the 'Necromancer', it is believed that apparently the soul of those who died in this world remains in the body for an hour.

Unexpectedly, it established what the "corpse with a soul remaining" condition of the "Necromancer" seemed to be simply atmospheric or something about the degree of damage to the corpse because no one tried to verify it.

Whatever it was, I was able to gain passive skills to strengthen 'domination' and 'necromancer'.

I melted 2/3 of the experience I had already accumulated, but for now I'll manage to fight with this.

If I insist, though there are concerns that particularly strong enemies such as field bosses and dungeon bosses have unusually high resistance to 'mental magic' and will probably have no teeth at all.

- Well, it doesn't mean you'll never win without a one-point-specific meat-cutting knife, or you can't do it.

Rae felt a lot easier and again confirmed 'Tutoring' with the feeling that she no longer had to make any further progress at worst.

As always, "Tutoring" is only a "Tutoring" tree, not a tree at all, and I opened the "Summoning" skill tree, wondering if I should just change the way I say "Tutoring" is a skill tree.

A skill called 'Contract' was available.

Experience was paid for in half condition reflexes.

The effect is "to bind the soul of the subject, once successfully summoned, with a contract. At the next and subsequent summons, the contracted character can be selected as the subject of the summons, in which case the subject will not resist the summons." Necromancer: Soul Tied "allows you to add the body that took your soul to the list of contractors as undead"

Like 'soul bondage', it is a pure enhancement of the 'summons' of basic skills. In addition, it has an additional effect on "soul bondage", which is a condition of acquisition. Very powerful skills. Sometimes you just spend as little as 310 Experience points to get this far.

At this point, you can say that Rae can fight with three billboards: 'Spiritual Magic', 'Necromancer' and 'Summon'. Experience paid is considerable, but enough is taken.

It was already proven that the earlier reflection had fired a considerable portion of the target.

Rae no longer doubted that new skills were emerging in 'Tutoring' as well.

And as Rae's certainty suggests, the skills that were newly available in the "Tutoring" skill tree were, by and large, "servants".
