Golden Experience

Episode 11: Ice Wolf

It sounds cool when it comes to lone wolves, but generally individuals who have lost their power struggles in the herd.

I've never seen any other wolves of this race, but if you ask me, they certainly don't look weaker than they lose the power struggle.

When I was competing around the pigs with Kelly and the others, I didn't feel anything like that humility. Although it only looks like a giant yeine because of its subordination now.

"But well, fine. If you have a family, why don't we take it all together? I feel sorry for you."

At this point, Rae had already decided not to care about the disadvantages of increasing the number of 'servants'.

With more family members, the total experience required will increase, but as you can see from the Kelly's battles now, the risk in battle will decrease for that matter.

Speaking in the current battle, the experience gained by disabling wolves that seem to be equal or slightly above the same level is roughly equivalent to the amount gained when defeating an Enemy equal to your own with a solo. Separating this between the five of us would be considerably less, but the combat time was also correspondingly short.

Still, if you calculate efficiency, the solo is still extraordinarily better, but I can tell you that this one makes more money steadily.

If you have more family members, you just have to do that a lot.

He was excited to go all out of his way because he discovered a special system called "The Servant," etc., but Rae originally didn't intend to aggressively play offense, PvP, etc., but simply to enjoy the game carefully. I enjoyed it too much and went on to apply for a closed test instead of an open beta, and I was just a tester as a result.

Besides, if there were more family members, there were many things I would like to try.

There is still something to be verified about the very fact of increasing the number of dependants.

If you can build your own dependents, you can make as many different types of characters as you want, and even in the sense that NPCs move that, the pleasure of researching a build optimized for it. Do you think if I raise Kelly's INT, I will take off the asshole child?

Follow the lead of the wolves through the woods. I know it's called a beast path, but it's usually easy to walk because the beast that would normally pass there is too big.

After a short walk I found a cave entrance resembling Rare's home.

Apparently, this is the wolf family's twist.

I decided to wait outside because the wolf seemed to cave in singles first.

I think the wolf, who would be the boss, is ok because Rare rules, but it doesn't necessarily mean he won't be attacked by other individuals who aren't convinced inside. I don't know anything about the condition of the cave. I want to avoid that in the present situation.

Eventually the wolf came back. From behind, the wolves, supposedly homogeneous, come out in a row.

After all, it appeared that the individuals who taymed were the largest, followed by one slightly smaller individual and six other wolves the size of large dogs in the real world.

I'm sure the size is a real normal wolf, but the face, the legs, the parts are somewhat fuzzy.

I guess this means puppies that are just big. That's the kind of silhouette I do.

"That's so cute. This..."

Did the wolves already grasp the situation, and when they came before Rae, they drooped their heads uniformly.

Ice Wolf, Wolf, Wolf, Wolf, Wolf, Wolf, Wolf, Wolf can be Tamed.

Probably the same situation as when Kelly and the others did. It does not seem necessary to activate a skill.

"All right, you family are my family from today on. The boss is me. Like?"

Declaring so, the wolves stopped by Rae and rubbed their nose tips on their legs before rolling over and showing their bellies.

"Ok, ok, ok, ok..."

The wolf's belly is even warmer than the wolf. They all took time to stroke them all because they were big, but they were satisfied enough.

The wolf says - not that he actually talked - that even when it comes to family, it doesn't all mean blood is connected or anything like that.

As the herd that used to be raided, scattered and fled, it just so happens that this wolf and the second largest wolf were by the wolves, which means they've fallen so far in the blink of an eye. They say it's actually a species that lives more north.

"It's about the name Ice Wolf, and, well, it is. Why did you think I was here?"

Even that place, though, is unknown to Rae today.

From the temperature and humidity, I was just hitting that I guess the latitude isn't that high.

"By the way, you're moving to my base now. Besides, can I take a peek at your base? Nothing more in there?

I felt the wolves snort, so Rae decided to explore the cave.

I originally just caved out of fur cravings, but I feel one purpose after another going sideways. Rare was originally meant to be more relaxed and entertaining. No problem.

And even one wolf was somewhat of a demon enough to fight the four Kellies. Like Kelly and the others, if we were all waiting in this cave, the threat must have been higher.

Then it is also possible to be a unique boss. If you're a unique boss twist, you might be able to set it up here as a home too.

If so, I might check the intervals once and move here if that sounds good. Fortunately, I haven't left anything behind at the other base.

The cave was wider than the base over there.

Rae noticed after entering, but if you think about it, even if you take the wolves back to the other stronghold, the entrance is too narrow for the wolves to enter. I had no choice from the beginning.

Different sizes, but the intervals seemed similar, and a little further there was an open place, which still seemed to be in the back.

The hall here was shaped like a hippocampus or two loosely connected round shapes, and there was a horizontal hole in the back wall. This horizontal hole is an unnaturally round hole, not a crack-shaped horizontal hole as it was in the other base. It is large enough for human-sized things to crawl and recommend.

"Oh, what is that..."

The wolves said there's nothing more inside, but there's probably no reason for that.

You should think there's another resident at the end of that hole. I'm too suspicious.

But if I want to base this place, I want to crush anything suspicious.

There was no personal home guidance message at the time of the cave, but if we clean up the unknown residents who would be ahead of us, it might open up too. It could be a property that cannot meet the conditions of the home in the first place because the conditions of the personal home are completely unclear, but then you just have to give up and think of the means to expand the base beyond.

"I want to find out what to do with that ahead..."

"Aren't we going to have to dive in? I don't know what it is, so if you're going, we'll see first."

"Voff!"

"Oh, I hear something!

Looks like the wolf and Remy heard something.

Together, they lurk their breath and gaze into the hole. Since no one is even humbled, there is so much silence that there may be tinnitus.

Eventually I heard something faint in Rae's ear as well. A regular such sound gradually approached me - like hitting a pickel over and over again on the rock floor - and something blackened out of the hole when I thought I was here.

"A, it's Ali!
