Golden Experience

Episode 25: Strategies

Quickly, I decided to get the engineers to connect directly between the caves with the wolves and the queen.

At first, we were going to have all the aisles of the route that Rae and the others went on during the raid widened up to the point between the queens, but it seemed shorter to connect directly.

There seems to be about ten engineers who can move, so I'll have them all turn to that task for now.

As soon as the other engineers recover, I intend to have them enter the opening of the Rare to their old base.

While the engineers were working, Rae was looking into Sugar's 'spawning' tree.

It's hard to think of 'infantry', 'engineer', 'cavalry' alone, given the names of the skills and the species of ants that can be born. Under some conditions, 'artillery', for example, should also be unlocked.

"I mean, I don't know if this is the only place I've been strategizing..."

Strategies would seem to enjoy that, but then you have to figure out the rules of the game first.

There are now five and one "infantry" and one "cavalry" playing safely.

We decided to organize them as one unit and put them on sentry around the cave. For the time being, the units consisting of these six members shall be squadrons, and the top units shall not be organized, but shall be operated on a squadron basis.

Let's assume the operating costs and benefits of the ants from the experience, resources, etc. gained by this squad behavior, and use that as a game rule to assemble a strategy.

This time it is almost infantry only because there are no personnel, but I want to combine it in a balanced manner from each soldier when organizing in the future. "Engineers" or, if they exist, "artillery" as well.

Nevertheless, the enemy would basically be a gathering of individuals, not an organization or an army, unless they acted in full military action or sold it in quarrel to one of the six states.

If so, even if this one is a weak soldier, it will not be a battle.

"By the way, doesn't Sugar shake his experience on the talent of his family ants?

There are hundreds of ants at the moment who won't be able to afford to swing their experience or anything like that, but how?

Apparently Sugar has never even thought about it, and thanks. To Sugar, the ants seem to recognize the extent of the consumables.

That's fine with me if that's the case. What a great army to spend as much as you want.

It seems that replenishment can also be produced with Sugar LP and MP consumption, like soldiers can already be picked from the field. Fertilizers are good for potions. Rae is getting excited.

"I say consumables, but speaking of which, what happens to dead ants? Is there a penalty for dying? For example, you get weaker once... specifically, you lose your experience, or the character itself loses it."

Seems very vague to Sugar, too. The body has been recovered once it can be recovered, but when I checked later, the body disappeared. She doesn't have the skills to resuscitate again, so she doesn't know because she has never resuscitated it.

If you simply think about numbers, it would be quicker to create a new one than to resurrect an ant.

It's an atmosphere that I never cared about.

Finally, Sugar doesn't seem to have a detailed idea of the current total number of ants either. I've never heard of an army or anything that can operate even if you don't have a grasp on the force, but I guess that's how cheap Ali's life is.

But that's not how Kelly and the White Devils do it. You should think of some means to perform resuscitation for times of need.

Though it should not have been found in skills, at least as it stands.

Anyway, now it's time to restore and expand your power. At the very least, I want Sugar's LPs and MPs to be constantly consumed to such an extent that natural recovery is not wasted to produce soldiers.

"So why don't we give birth because we don't have the LP and MP in full speed? In the meantime, let's add more" engineers ". There are so many things I want you to do, and it's not like you can't fight the" engineers "alone or at all. Incorporating it into the unit would allow for medium range towing and blinding, and from someone I'm not familiar with in the first place, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between" infantry "and" engineer ". Can be used for Songsheng"

Actually, the colors are slightly different when you look closely. It's hard to see because it's dark.

"Do you have a room to give birth to? Kelly and the others are now in possession of the Queen."

They say it's okay anywhere else because they're the only ones in the cave. Then I'll have it delivered in this room. According to the help, it seems that all of a sudden ants are born, not larvae or something, and I'm slightly interested in what kind of ecology it is.

Monitor Sugar's status while watching how she gives birth. The cost of an "engineer" does not seem as high, and laying a few eggs does not seem to interfere with behavior.

"I mean, it's eggs you give birth to. Oh, broken."

I mean, it cracked, the epidermis of the egg ripped and a burnt brown "engineer ant" revealed itself from inside.

There are five "engineer ants" born, but they are already aligned in front of Rare. I guess that means I have myself from this point on. Bug monsters seem to grow fast.

"If I say I want this, for example," infantry "right away, can I give birth now? I wonder if there's anything like cool time."

Sugar explains it. "Infantry" can give birth right away, but "engineer" doesn't seem to be possible for a while. There is no limit to the number that can be given at a time, but in fact it depends on the maximum of LP and MP. In the current case, they can give birth to an "infantry" immediately after an "engineer," but in that case the "engineer" cool-time won't be reduced until the "infantry" cool-time is over.

That means something similar to the specs of magic skills. It's easy to understand.

"Thanks for the explanation. It was easy to understand. It was easy to understand... I knew it would be inconvenient to say we can't have a direct conversation... If you go far, you won't even be able to do that... hmm"

If it's a skill that feels like "family conversation," for example, then the concerns around it are addressed all at once, but they are not found in the unlocked range, nor in the Sugar tree.

"I wonder if there's anything... It's like I can have a brain conversation with my family... It would be nice if it were possible to stay far away. Telepathy, long-distance... call... hmm?

Speaking of which, all the family members, including Kelly, can now use the inventory.

This was the result of supporting the words in the tutorial that there was little systemic change from the players. If so, maybe.

"With family... can you sign up for friends and chat with friends or something?
