Golden Experience

Episode 59: Assault, Next door

Two days later, Marion contacted me that I had arrived in the realm of demons.

Rae left the Reebe Great Forest to Sugar and Riley and flew with Kelly and Diaz to Marion. As an example, it is an outfit that wears a coat and Mr. Armoured Slope.

"It's been a long time since I've seen you in person. Marion, silver flowers. Looking good, above all."

"Welcome aboard, boss"

I'm out of time, boss. That's your neighbor's forest.

It seems that Marion, who is good at 'ice magic' because he first remembered it, and Silver Flowers, the ice wolf, are more compatible than he thought, and he has successfully started working with a group of less intelligent bandits and demons who sometimes raid along the road.

"We have trained to collaborate, but the threat level was only enough to easily annihilate one of us…"

"Well, it's not like I've ever trained like that, and I guess it was better than not"

The chatter leads us to the realm of demons, listening to what has happened.

The neighbor's forest has a slightly different atmosphere than the Reeve Forest.

According to the map, unlike the Reeve Great Forest, which is supposed to have boundaries in the forest, this forest appears to have already been recognized by mankind as a demonic area from its turbulent boundaries.

Frontline against the realm, a border city like the city of Airfaren against the Reeve Great Forest is also around here.

However, it is now quite far from where the Rares are.

The streets that lead to the city are laid to surround the forest in the realm of demons, and it is the streets that Marion and the others used to come here. There is a great distance from the forest to the street, and it is the same for the nearest city.

The relatively close distance between the Reebe Great Forest and the city of Airfaren seems to be due to the absence of powerful demons in the Reebe Great Forest until now. The White Devils Ice Wolves fled into the Reeve Great Forest for the same reason.

It's unclear how we've maintained that peaceful state so far, but Rae thinks the Reebe Great Forest is probably a swaying cage in Sugar. Or maybe Diaz's rocking cage, but anyway, I guess that forest was there to train monsters that could be Reid bosses.

Because of the small size of the city, Sugar had not yet laid boss at the start of Early Access. It was probably adjusted to grow as more players grew into that city.

Given that, that forest, which is avoided by exaggeration at the time of the construction of the city and the laying of the streets, is more likely to be superior in character to the realm of demons than the Reeve Great Forest.

"Well, it's not fun, is it? How much we can do to the people we've had seniors today."

"Let the vanguard work. The princess can't die in case, so don't come to the front line."

"... a little bit unfortunate, but can't you help it? Originally, it's also a plan to increase your power to avoid dying, and if you die, it's a real fall."

It's a shame you can't see the woods on the front line, but Rare shouldn't leave if it seems too difficult to attack. Diaz is also a more powerful individual than enough, and we should leave this here to him first. Rae has never seen Diaz fight, so it also makes sense to see how strong he is actually.

"Diaz, I think I'm going to summon some Adamann series, but how long should I stay?

"It's not necessary. I just wanted to say, does the princess also want to confirm Non's command ability? So, can I have about one platoon, please? More than that, it would be excessive to attack this forest.

"I thought this forest was more of a realm than our Reeve, but if Diaz says so, I will. If it's not enough, you can always tell me."

And Rae summoned a platoon consisting of one Adaman leader, nine Adaman mages, six Adaman scouts and fourteen Adaman nights. Just one platoon, but I feel adult numbers when it comes to acting in the woods.

"I don't have that kind of system in this game, but is Reid Party this much? Well, it's pretty hard to think realistically and gather over thirty players."

To this extent in numbers, even if everything was an Adaman leader, it's not Rare's enemy. That doesn't change if you're not wearing Mr. Armored Slope. Unless it's daytime.

"Basically, the Adamann series and the Carnites say to obey the orders of Sugar and Diaz that it is none other than me. I guess Kelly and the others are the top priority when neither of them is around. I think when all of them are gone, they act on their own discretion, but since they're living monsters, I think they can only kill their enemies efficiently or something like that."

"It will be enough. Let's take a look at their performance tests and see what Non is capable of.

That's what Diaz said, and when he gave the Adamans short instructions, six scouts scattered into the woods. It disappears so lightly into the trees that I don't think it's made of all-body adaman. Though Adaman, the Scouts. They're not as heavy as they imagined because their armor is light, and they have no muscles, guts, or fat at all. It would weigh about the same as a normal human species.

Moreover, unlike thermostats, it does not have a fever, so it is not caught in the dark vision of the infrared system held by snake-based demons or the like. You can say that you are given everything you need as a covert actor.

The Adamans series and the Car Knights are also given arms, but they are so numerous that they really become a few low-ranking hits.

Because hitting with a low-ranking stick is a few times stronger than hitting with that hand, the weapon you're giving is mostly a blade, and you expect a different kind of damage than bare hands. Perhaps a simple amount of damage would be most efficient per body.

I just want to give one living wepon for one body if I can, but I have no knight resentment.

The march into this forest was partly on the side of expectation that the Knights of the Diaspora had not finished in this forest, apart from the legions that Awabara Diaz had once been entrusted with. The remains of the Diaz were certainly numerous, but too few as the Knights of the only nation on the continent. The remains of the Knights should be seen scattered throughout the continent.

At the same time that the scouts disappear, Diaz is also advancing the squad. This one's not like a scout. Be careful. It is progressive (dull) while paying for and expanding combatable space. Command capabilities should be evaluated from the point of view of the unit, but the process will not be necessary in the future, and we shall see only the pure command of the field. So let's just say discreet, but really sensible, useless instructions.

Rae was satisfied watching Diaz and Adamans. This battle unit is strong enough to create a number of units to hold off on Reeve Great Forest. If we can compare our combat capabilities with other forces in this march, we will be able to make an objective assessment of the power of the Reeve Great Forest.

Rare also slowly continues along the cut march path of Diaz and the others.

On both sides are Kelly and Marion, and silver flowers on the palace. All of these people have acquired sensory enhancement skills, including Mr. Armorsaka and others. As long as it's not so much a difference in strength, you won't be ambushed.

For reconnaissance, I could have brought you Ominus from Forest Oul, but he's not that strong. If you had a strong flyable monster, you might not be able to fathom it. Forest owls are smaller in size because of owls specializing in acting in the woods. He's also less combative for that matter.

Moving on a little bit, the forward Diaz stopped at the sieve. Check it out, it looks like the scouts discovered something monster. Diaz flies a friend chat after receiving a report from the scouts.

"Princess, we have found the enemy. This forest is apparently already being dominated by a single force.

What, is that so? Then does that mean you can take control of the forest if you destroy or subjugate that force? So, what kind of monster are you? You're not a human species, are you?

(... Yes. It is the undead who are controlling this forest. To see the armor, it's probably... my old compatriot.
