Golden Experience

Episode 62: Hissing. Have you lost a little weight?

Gradually, the sun began to set. There is no such thing as a blunt (nibbling) movement of the Trents, but for now I ordered them to become trees and rest, and waited for the advent of the undead.

Princess.

"Yeah. Okay. Let's go."

Then a report from the scouts found that there was a place where the undead was already activated.

If the entire activity of the undead has not yet begun in earnest, and it is only activated there, then there is no doubt that that is the central point of the undead outbreak or, if not, some key point.

I don't recommend splitting the troops, but how much will you leave here?

"No. Let's all go. It's not like it's a temporary base or anything, and Trent and the others are just asleep. I can't help but protect this place."

The approximate topography and distance from here to that location is known in reports from the scouts. The undead have not yet occurred around here, and Trent here has no enemies because of his subordination. Therefore, the journey was started with speed priority.

It is also a forest of this size, even though it is near the centre. It took a lot of time to get around.

Soon the sun will set abundantly and the undead are starting to move even on the move. They crawl out of the ground, so normally I guess they're just being ambushed, but Rae and Diaz have a rough idea where they're coming from. I guess it's because I'm pretty much waving my experience on 'The Necromancer'. It is like a mole slap that is visible. I hurried ahead by letting him trample only what would stand in his way, such as on the path and inside the line.

"After all, the skill tree doesn't just mean you get skills, it comes with some weird bonus depending on the total amount of experience you shake. I don't think you should show up for talent or anything."

I'd like to research around here as well, but it's hard to research something that only appears with masked data.

All the more so if this, like an undead sensor, of "The Necromancer". For example, "Fire Magic" is likely to be discernible by the difference in power, but Rare has done very little magic combat so far, so we only know the current power, which is after waving tons of experience.

"Sure, we feel that the magic power has increased, but the INT and so on, so I can't say it's all because of that..."

"Kelly and the others have already raised all their attribute magic quite a bit. I don't remember any magic at all. I guess I'll have to catch a human species or something and try it. Let's ask Remy to send NPC mercenaries from the city of Airfaren to Liebe."

Basically, only players come to Reebe Great Forest. The players visit because no matter what they say, they can make a lot of money, but when they make too much money when it comes to experience, they end up going back to death and losing 10%.

That's what a player would do, but not on NPC. It means they're bound to kill you when you're on track. Mercenaries without a back shield, that is, who belong to the Knights and are not family members of someone else, will not get their hands on such gambling because if they die, it will be over.

But it has also become quite a reputation throughout the city, if the young lady shopkeeper of the pharmacy asks, she may visit shallow floors to pick up herbs, etc. Not many ants are placed in the shallow layer, so the chances of dying are not high.

"Or I will work hard to gather sage stones and other alchemy materials and I will succeed in the manufacture of Homunculus."

It may not be that far either. Now that we have the map of the country, it is also possible to conduct expeditions as efficiently as this one. There are only forest-shaped areas around here, but more different areas would also yield more material that is unknown.

Or maybe you could try attacking the city or something. Create a new demonic realm, the Ruin Shape. If you could put the undead under control, you could let him live in a city like that and manage it. It would be difficult to earn regular income like a ranch in the woods, but a theme park type like what we're doing now would be possible enough.

I'm sure one customer after another will be sent from the country to open up the city.

"Hehe. I'm getting excited."

In order to do that, it's this forest first. I want undead. Whether it's the Car Knights or not, the atmosphere is important. The Car Nights look so luxurious, I don't know if the atmosphere would suit the ruins etc.

Besides, because of their powerful demons, they become impossible for players there and NPCs to explore ruins, etc.

"Without some moderately weak miscellaneous fish monsters, no one would come if they were designated off-limits or something. That's where it all ends up."

Though I think about that, I step on the undead that has sprung up at my feet. Seems to have grown considerably. The destination location is also close.

Walking is not particularly problematic even when Mr. Armorsaka walks while thinking because he will do it on his own. He also automatically slaps me on the mole if I tell him that only when the undead is about to gush. It's really comfortable.

That's it, princess.

In the corner of the forest, at the base of a large tree, the precipitated air lingers. It is unclear whether there is any energy enough to visually understand it, or whether we are seeing something invisible thanks to the skills of the 'Necromancer', but Rare clearly sees it.

In it stands a black skeleton knight dressed similarly to Diaz. One skeleton night after another is born around it. This is definitely the center.

"Do you know him? Diaz."

'Ha... As far as armor goes, it seems likely that he is a colleague, but that's the way things are changing, so at a glance, I don't know.

"That would be mutual, though."

Rae goes here and decides to just come and take a taste of it. "Spiritual magic" is difficult for him to work with as an undead, so let's give in with combat power and try to force him to "serve". Once upon a time when I taemed Sugar or something, I didn't have enough fighting power to make it possible, but now I can afford it.

Besides, thanks to Diaz, I know roughly what kind of attack he's going to make. There's nothing like getting poked at.

"Then leave it to me to back off... no, keep the skeleton nights around you. I'd like to keep a lot of them under control if I could, so try not to break them."

Be careful.

And then he leaves the Kelly's, who keep their heads down in silence, and Rae heads to the boss of the undead. I can feel that different air more clearly when I approach it. By the way, the footsteps are heavy. I don't know, it's actually Mr. Armorsaka who's walking, not Rare, so I guess it's getting really heavy, not because of his chi or something.

"You're generating a field that debuffs the surrounding energies! That's better than Diaz!

It's a stronger sign than any character Rae has ever met. On top of that, it is this debufffield. You can definitely say this is a reid boss. Moreover, miscellaneous fish reinforcements come from the surroundings on a regular basis. So much so that we don't even know how many players there will be a decent fight.

"All right, let's go, Mr. Armor Slope."

In "shrinkage," he is instantly confronted by his boss and slashed in Kenzaki. "Slash" is also used in combination. So far, Mr. Armoured Saka has never been struck or prevented from this attack. It's a speed attack that you can't handle even if you know it.

"Oh!"

But the boss in front of him did this. I instantly decided that I couldn't do it, and I knew that even if I prevented it, I would lose with my sword, so I went into the action of doing it. I'd say you have a strength that doesn't show up in your status. It could still be Diaz's colleague's Knights Commander or something.

Mr. Armorsaka continues to attack afterwards, but his enemies also stand around well to avoid only taking deadly blows.

Attacks such as swinging down were mostly abandoned, or were abandoned, and the hard-won horizontal giraffes were allowed to take backsteps to minimize damage while sacrificing shields. The punch attack was also carried out with a single piece of paper movement, with holes in some of the armor, cape, etc., but no damage to the bone part of the body.

"'Flare Arrow'"

In between, Rae magically restrains. I'm not going to kill you, so the goal is to render you incapacitated, aiming at your feet, shoulders, etc.

There are no direct hits, but they are not completely flawed. Some of my shoulders and greaves are burnt. It also looks like the movement is getting exciting.

"'Thunderbolt'"

So I shot my knee out with this magic of different speeds. While attacking Mr. Armoured Slope, he couldn't seem to turn this into a boulder with his eyes accustomed to the speed of "Flare Arrow," and the undead boss finally knelt on the ground.

Rae takes a step back and observes if he can get up.

I'm trying to stand up for a cane with the sword in my hand, but one knee is completely destroyed. Maintains a kneeling posture, so it seems to be at its best. I suppose you could stand and fight on one leg enough given your abilities such as STR and DEX, but I guess the accumulated damage won't allow that either.

Rae stares into the eyes of the undead. I don't have any eyeballs anymore though, so I just stare at the orbits of the skeleton.

As far as that goes, it feels less hostile to him to say that he's ready. You can see I gave in before Rae.

"Then you'll accept me," "Servant." "

Without any resistance, the undead - Teller Knight [Sieg] - became a family member.

"There is no resistance, I mean, can we say that the current battle is a substitute for resistance"

With that in mind, if there is no big difference in MND, 'servant' is easy to succeed if he is subdued in battle or something. As it stands, I don't know if a character exists that doesn't make a difference between Rare and MND, so I can't easily try it, but when I meet someone like that, I might want to hit him first and let him hear what I have to say.

With the reign of Zeke, the outbreak of undead seems to have stopped. This seems to be due to the effect of the "conscription" of Siege's skill tree, "General Necromancer". Temporarily creates an undead, which can be manipulated as intended, but extinguishes when it receives the light of day. The cost seems to be LP and MP.

Sieg...? Long time no see.

"Wow... a... aah. Oh, there you are, Lord Diaz... Yes, it's been a long time. Looking good, most importantly... >

I can see Diaz in this figure and say she looks fine, she looks like she has a pretty flexible brain. Or conversely, is the brain just returning stereotypes reflexively because of Skasca?

"Looks like you knew each other after all. Are you Diaz's junior or something?

Yes. I am Sieg, the Third Knight Commander. I'm a junior to Lord Diaz.
