Gundam Fire Still

The Battle of Gundam Remains Chapter 4

The Gatling pods compensate for the slower rate of fire of the nose mounted 75mm linear gun, although the smaller caliber of the gun does not allow the main armor of the MS to last very long at its high rate of fire, and the scattering of small projectiles is sufficient to destroy exposed piping, posture control nozzles, monitors and other vulnerable parts of the protection. In addition, some research suggests that being hit repeatedly may cause some psychological stress to the MS pilot, making him or her more likely to fall into a state of panic.

After the completion of the GAT program, the 320mm pulse cannon armed with the raid artillery warfare type was valued by many of the combined services, and a variety of heavy equipment such as the Drake class, land ships equipped with the weapon, and other heavy equipment followed, with the MA as an important (once the only, but with the addition of the MS, the MA had to be downgraded to an important...) component, the armament was also used experimentally. Due to its extremely high energy consumption, the 320mm Pulse Cannon had to take up another mount for a dedicated additional energy pack in addition to the gun's hull, and often the pilot would attach a third mount for the sake of balance. Möbius reloads mounted with 320mm pulse cannons have excellent anti-ship/support firepower, but should try to avoid getting involved in close quarters engagements.

The ES01A melee component is a very uncommon, and in fact poorly adapted, armament for conventional MA driving styles, designed primarily for a handful of good melee skilled pilots, represented by Ed the Ripper. It is essentially an ES01 beam saber, and a mechanical arm that holds it. It made the MA truly capable of white-knuckle combat. Some believe that it marked the beginning of the MA's transition from a cosmic fighter to a versatile, general purpose maneuver weapon.

Airframe Settings - Ginn Joint Forces Model

zgmf-1017a/gat-x001

Ginn Combined Military Pattern/G-series skeleton prototype

Body type: generic MS/prototyping machine

Manufacturer: PLANT

City MA Corporation, May

User: United Earth Force-Atlantic Federation

Airframe Explanation: this aircraft was originally a standard Ginn equipped by the Zaft Army, but it was forced down and captured by the Combined Forces in combat on the lunar surface and repaired by the Combined Forces MS Field Test Team on the lunar surface for pilot training. It was then dismantled and shipped to the ORB colonial satellite Heliopolis as an initial prototype for joint and ORB cooperation in MS development. The MS skeleton used in the GAT-X102 was developed from the skeleton of this aircraft, and thus the skeleton of this aircraft was codenamed X001 in the Aurora R&D system. After the completion of the X102 airframe, the next development of the GAT As a result, the airframe was first sealed, then reassembled and painted at the request of the Combined Forces, and was used by the Combined Forces to make adjustments to the control OS system. However, due to the influence and pressure from several local families, the work progressed slowly and was not completed until all five GAT series were built. Finish. This machine then engages in combat in the face of a raid from the Kruse team.

Aircraft armament

Stationary armament: mass production trial models

ESX01 beam knife

Optional armament: leg-mounted triple missile launcher (*)

Armament options: mass-production prototype beam rifle, prototype shield, prototype hand-held 75mm linear gun, MA-M3 heavy chopper (*), MMI-M8A3 76mm heavy assault machine gun (*), etc.

(Weapons with an * are manufactured by Zaft, so Ginn can use them)

Armed Explanation: this machine has most of the same data as the standard Ginn, except for the replacement of the high performance battery pack produced by the Dawning Society and the addition of the hand-mounted Combined Forces weapon interface, thus allowing it to use the same weaponry that the Zaft Army equipped Ginn can use. In addition, this machine serves as a platform for the production MS weapon system research conducted in collaboration between the Aurora and the Combined Forces, and can use a range of trial production weapons modified from the GAT series.

ESX01 Beam Saber: This is the most completed product of the production MS armament development process, with a slightly smaller output than the GAT series, but its combat performance indicates that the output produces a particle beam sufficient to destroy MS armor. The ES01 beam saber used in the assault daggers of the coalition forces was the production model after the product was finalized. Like most of the other beam saber-equipped airframes, the hanger is located at the waist, one on each side of the airframe, which means that when necessary, two sabers can be used at the same time.

Pre-Production Beam Rifle: One of the useful lessons Dawning has learned from the development of the GAT series is that the armor-piercing ability of the Beam Rifle is not significantly reduced by the reduction in caliber, and tests on the GAT have shown that the 57mm caliber is sufficient to provide adequate penetration without sacrificing rate of fire. Therefore, the pilot production rifle uses the same 57mm caliber as the GAT series, with the option of using the main battery pack for powering the body, or a magazine type additional energy pack. Its later and production models could be fitted with additional 120mm or 175mm grenade launchers for attacking weakly armored targets and suppressing infantry, but this was not available for the initial series of battles on this machine.

Prototype Portable 75mm Linear Gun: To compensate for the lack of power of the 57mm beam rifle when attacking large targets and the reduced power of the 57mm beam rifle when attacking long-range targets limited by its beam retracting ability, the Combined Forces Research Group approached Aurora with a request to develop a long-range support weapon. The initial design was a shoulder-fired launcher, but due to the ORB's stated lack of experience with this design, it ended up using the same handheld firing system as the Storm Gundam, and the Raider Artillery Battle Gear (but the body shoulder also retained the weapon interface and could be docked with the later joint-produced external equipment). The main body of the gun is based on the 75mm linear gun used by the MA Mobius already in mass production by the Combined Forces, and uses the same ammunition. However, the firing mechanism and power supply system was also modified to make it more suitable for MS use. Its rate of fire was a significant improvement over that of the MA, but it was shown to be too small for heavily armored targets (although its penetration was far better than Ginn's 76mm machine gun, it could not penetrate the G series PS armor), and the design was not used in the production MS series. Survivors of the Union's research group at Heliopolis believe that the ORB deliberately designed this crappy weapon for the Union Army, but no one can prove this allegation.

Airframe Settings - TS-MA04-F

TS-MA04-F

Dirichlet (name)

Type of fuselage: General purpose MA for space warfare

Manufacturers: United Earth Force, Boeing and Grumman.

Affiliation: United Earth Force

Initial equipment: CE71

Interior: Standard single-seater type cockpit

Organs Explained.

The alleged violation of protocol and the simultaneous slow progress of the MS development program, code-named Project G, commissioned by Brigadier General Halbarton of the Atlantic Federation's Cosmic Army, prevented the Atlantic Federation from acquiring these new MS, or any of the new airframes, in a timely manner. Forced by the dire situation on the battlefield, as well as the lack of production of Möbius conversion kits and the heavy losses of Möbius on the front lines, the Atlantic Federation opened a new MA development program under the leadership of the Cosmic Armament Committee. During the bidding process, the XMA04 program, developed by Boeing and in cooperation with Grumman, which had reorganized shortly after the start of the war, beat out the XMA03 program, supplied by Logos, the Azrael consortium, and PMP, for the order of the United Space Forces, whose final production model was the MA04-F. Although there were rumors during the bidding process of the existence of the Political reasons influenced the assessment, but at the final hearing, the veteran aerospace weapons expert Thomas Kerner, who was questioned about the design, resisted pressure from Blue Perestroika advocates and the Logos Consortium to comment that "the design was hopeless". Despite pressure from Blue Perestroika advocates and the Logos Consortium, the MA03 was declared a failure, with the comment that the design was "hopelessly inadequate".

The MA04-F was designed to be a multi-purpose heavy MA with more weapon mounting options, following the Möbius Heavy's approach of increasing armor and load capacity and relying on better engines for mobility. Weapons maneuvering from the back seat is a waste of resources; therefore, the finalized production MA04-F follows a traditional single-seat cockpit and is equipped with the latest learning computers to assist the pilot.

Although there were comments from Grumman's side to name this new model MA after some sort of cat, in the end, the machine followed Moebius' naming convention and was named after mathematician Dilikley.

Fixed armament: 57mm beam gun x2, 30mm turret x2, modified Javelin missile launcher x4, ES01B close combat system

Number of external pegs: 5, including heavy pegs X3, light pegs X2

Mountable armed

:: 57 mm beam gun pod, Sentinel EMP Gatling pod, 320 mm ultra-high pulse gun pod, ES01A close-combat module, Mk48 heavy anti-ship missile, Harpoon MkII anti-ship missile, Spike missile launch pods

Other mountable parts: additional energy pack pod, multispectral photoelectric reconnaissance pod, enhanced LIDAR scanning pod, shelf-beam laser irradiation pod, piloted communication relay system, high performance infrared decoy

Armed and equipped explanations.

Although the aircraft has a single-seat cockpit, it retains two 30mm rotor turrets located at the rear of the fuselage, which are normally operated automatically by the onboard computer, as well as a corresponding rear-view radar, which is used to intercept missiles pursuing from behind and to attack rear targets. The Fixed Improved Javelin Missile Launching System (FIMLS) has also added the ability to fire directly to the rear, allowing the missile to attack targets located behind the fuselage without having to make a wide angle turn, and the timing of the launch can be delegated to the learning computer.

The ES01B close combat system, which is fixed under the nose, is also primarily controlled by the onboard computer, but can be operated by confident pilots. However, beam sabers can also cut through a ship's armor and inflict severe damage that is difficult to inflict on a normal MA.

"Sentinel

"The electromagnetic gatling system is the first good finished product from the advanced technology validation department, this weapon originally used to update the warship CIWS system was found to be weighted down to also be suitable for MA, its excellent rate of fire to bring the dense screen, combined with the electromagnetic launch system can create a high initial velocity makes this small caliber weapon also enough to Ginn's chest. The Main Armor Belt poses a threat. Unfortunately, EM Gatling is an unrelenting power hog for the MA, and often needs to be paired with an additional energy pack pod to power it; when powered with an additional energy pack, it will take about a second to warm up, and cannot be ready to aim and fire as it can be when configured for a ship, thus requiring an experienced pilot's judgement on the timing of firing.

"Compared with the previous Javelin series, the Spike's infrared homing system also enhances the capability of enemy-friend identification, as it is able to distinguish the possible infrared signature of several different nozzles, thus minimizing the possibility of accidentally injuring friendly forces. At the same time, the slightly increased charge makes it more effective against MS. It can be mounted on a heavy mount in a quadruple pod, or a triple composite mount, or a single mount on a light mount.

The high-performance IR decoy consists of an inflatable body, a small explosive device, and a rocket motor to which it belongs. The latter of which produces an IR signature similar to that of the tail nozzle of the airframe, while the main body will be inflated for a predetermined time after being fired, together forming a decoy with an appearance and IR signature similar to that of the MA, capable of jamming the guiding head of an IR tracking missile, and, in the judgment of a technician, capable of causing some interference to a Zaft pilot accustomed to visual targeting. It can usually be used in conjunction with a combined hot-flame-smoke grenade launch system on the tail for jamming purposes.

It can also carry 250kg and 500kg when fighting on the surface of the moon and similar objects with a strong gravitational pull.

and unguided rockets for attack.
