Hakai no Miko

Episode 35 Ambush

"I see you, Zoan and the Dwarves!

Rudolphus and Kafner, who continued to run insomniably down the interstate, finally confirmed with their eyes the appearance of Dwarves who had fled Marben Copper Mountain.

The Dwarves caught up with each other wondered if they were going to escape from each other, and what a mess they were going to intercept. They made a circle out of hand-held cars, blocking the intersection, and they stood inside it.

But what you're reading is nothing more than snuff on the spot.

Mountains are imminent on the right where there is a circle formation, but the left hand stretches out some hills. If this is the case, deploy troops to the hillside side to surround the circle and block the escape route. It is only a height that can be easily overcome, such as the walls of a copper-mounted hand-held car. That is the end of just breaking the walls like thin skins. Dwarves and others with a large number of non-combatants with legs will be easily kicked off.

The recapture of copper is no longer current.

But Rudolphus held back the feeling of doing it all the time.

If we see soldiers led by ourselves, all of them breath disturbed and the colour of fatigue darkened. Rudolphus, who thought he couldn't fight satisfactorily as he was, made the soldiers stop on their feet once.

Of course, that doesn't make soldier fatigue go away. But at least let him fix just a disturbed breath, and then Rudolphus shouts up.

"Okay! The last few days of hard work, it's all their fault! Because of those beasts and the worms, we were driven around the country, and we got these hard eyes! Now is the time to explode your previous anger! It's time to beat up your previous depression!

Rudolphus' inspiration slightly revitalizes the eyes of the soldiers who should have been exhausted. The fury of the stirred Zoan and Dwarf made him forget his fatigue.

"And let's promise everyone! If we can take them and take back the copper, we will bestow a special and great reward on all of them!

Fishing and arousing soldiers with even darker colours of fatigue with prizes.

Rudolphus, who was supposed to be exhausted and saw his will regarded as wandering, turned to the Dwarves when he received a spear from his soldiers.

"Everyone! Oh, my God!

To the instructions of Rudolphus's assault, the soldiers ran out with a roar.

Gallam stared calmly from the inside of the walls of the circle made of hand-held cars at the soldiers of the Holmeer country who stormed him like that. And then, anticipating the fit, he puts his right hand up. Then he struck the drum in his hand violently by the shrug who had refrained by his side.

From the line Zoan and Dwarf stand, Rudolphus frowns at the sound of the drums that have been ringing.

Are you gonna come out of the circle and intercept this one?

It is the next moment that I thought so.

A mountain rang on the right hand side of the tunnel.

A roar that shook the billies and the atmosphere. The sound of a drum beating in response to a circle formation. Countless footsteps transmitted like earthquakes. Trees swinging as hard as if they had been hit by a storm. I even remember the illusion that the mountain itself is shaking.

"Hey, what?!"

Rudolphus, drained of his liver, looks up at the mountain.

Then, on the slopes of the dim mountains, where the sun was blocked by the lush branches, I could see something moving that reflected the leaking sun and glistened. If you gaze at it and look good, it is a rounded one with a metallic gloss.

"Is that an iron helmet...? - Ambush?!"

Besides, those numbers are not hundreds, two hundred, etc. It is small enough to rock one mountain. If you do poorly, it will exceed a thousand. That's how many soldiers in iron helmets are coming down the mountain.

I can lose all my blood from Rudolphus' face at once.

"Shit. This is a trap!

Beginning with the raid on Marben Copper Mountain, weren't the rebel slaves surprisingly prepared to arrive? Then it is natural to be prepared when the enemy catches up to you. It's weirder not to be. And we got caught up in it!

Rudolphus wasn't the only one who was stunned.

The same goes for the soldiers who were led by him, no matter what.

Moreover, the warfare of the soldiers had been crushed before the blades could be crossed by the presence of ambushes that appeared in a completely unintentional fashion.

The emotional and physical fatigue that had been forgotten until then is attacked once and for all by the battle motivated by the drama of anger and grace awards. No longer was the strength to fight swept away by roots, and even some of them went out to sit on the spot with their hips crushed.

Now instead of taking back the copper, this one will be wiped out!

Rudolphus decided to withdraw immediately.

"It's a retreat! Everybody, head south! Retreat!

To this instruction to withdraw, the soldiers hurriedly abandoned their weapons and began to flee ahead.

Rudolphus shouts at Kafner, who was leading the cavalry and running ahead.

"Kafner, back off! Enemy ambush!

"But...!

There's copper right there. Kafner hesitated to retreat here, keeping the copper he had been looking for so long in front of him.

On the flank of such a light cavalry led by Kafner, the Zoans finally showed up down the mountain and attacked one after the other.

"Surround! Push it down! Let the numbers say things and swallow them. Eh!

Running the lead with that screaming is the burning red-haired giant Zug.

"Whoa! You're an enemy general! I'll get that neck!

When I found Kafner, Zoog barked in his tongue-induced face.

In front of the horse Kafner rides, he makes a loud noise and kicks and jumps on the ground. Zug, who jumped through the universe, shook a mountain knife that swung over the upper part of the stairs down to Kafner with the momentum of the fall. Kafner was prevented by the spear he had in his hand, but Zug's mountain knife lightly doubled its spear pattern, slashing Kafner's torso as it was.

However, he was surprised by the jumping Zug and was fortunate to have turned away, and Kafner just had to be scraped off the surface of his torso armor. But for that, Kafner collapses and falls horseback on horseback.

"Kafnah!"

Rudolphus throws a spear in his hand at a friend's crisis. The spear stood on the ground between Kafner, who fell to the ground, and Zug, who was about to fly to it, and saved Kafner's life at Ayami.

"Beast! I'm the guy!

Running with a horse, Rudolphus slams the sword he pulls out from horseback to zoog instead of the spear he throws. Because of the height of horseback, swords that are just slapped at the mercy of the sword are difficult to deal with. A servant Zug will also be on the defensive side.

But if only for its strength, it is Zug, who was also said to surpass the most powerful brave man on the plains and the callous Gallum. The moment Rudolphus shifted his gaze slightly to check the condition of the fallen Kafner, he bounced back the sword that had been swung down.

Rudolphus fell ill in a big way, although it was the horse that did not fall. And it's not the kind of zoog that misses that gap. He swung the mountain knife sideways and slashed Rudolphus's thigh deeply.

Holmeer's cavalry, which has not yet been conveyed, has secured itself by tightening the horse's torso with both legs. But if you get your right thigh slashed so deep, that's irresistible too.

With all the opportunity, Zoog tries to chase him. But what a sword did Rudolphus throw at him?

Zoog was also surprised by this unexpected counterattack. I finally play the sword thrown at me with a mountain knife, and its leg stops.

Poking through that gap, Rudolphus calls on Kafner as he slaps his ass hard and runs his horse.

"We're getting away, Kafner!

"Ooh!

Kafner must also cut off his untrained work on copper when he gets here. He rode off on his horse to chase the soldiers who had fled first with Rudolphus.

Zoog tried to chase the two escaping, but when he stepped on the spot and stopped, he said with a flash (probably) face.

"You did something yummy. I missed the enemy general's neck."

Then the warriors of Zoan stopped pursuing them and gathered them to themselves.

"It's Angry Claws. You're not going after him?

It is the honor of a warrior to take his enemies in battle. Zoog shows his hands flickering, "Don't be silly," to Zoog's warrior, who makes a dissatisfied face at the likes of missing out on the opportunity because of it.

You can keep pursuing them, but it's not good to be prepared to fight seriously against your enemies. If it takes too long, the story will fall apart.

Zoog invites them to come this way with a big hand gesture toward the mountain they have come down. Then, after a while, the loose ends and the dwarves came down.

That number, however, is not far from as many as Rudolphus thought. The better there are fifty at best.

And oddly enough, every dwarf is wearing pots and cauldrons on their heads. That's not all. What a bunch of pots and cauldrons with round bottoms tied upside down by shoulders and arms.

Norzuri of Marben Copper Mountain, who was leading the Dwarves down the mountain, rocks its red beard and laughs.

"This is painful. Humans, I ran away surprised by pots and cauldrons!

The ambushes that surprised Rudolphus and the others were actually about fifty dwarves in addition to the hundred Zoan, a number that, taken together, did not reach two hundred. Moreover, even some Dwarves include women who are unlikely to be able to fight very well.

But these only fifty or so dwarves shouted, rocked the trees, and deliberately ran around the mountains in footsteps, making it look like there were too many of them.

And Rudolphs was deceived.

"You're the ones who've been fooled and become suspicious. Besides, I'm tired and I'm not turning smart. There you go. There's an ambush! It's a trap! Just make it look that way, and then you'll assume it's an ambush or a trap."

Zoog explains why the Holmeer soldiers fled. Norzuri and the others raise their admiration for it, but Gallum, who just came there, says with a shuddering face.

"Isn't it all a Soma takeover and sale"

But Zoog answers no evil, no shame.

"Well, isn't it good? I'm the one who actually did it."

When they say that, Gallum stops making noise.

I could hear it all the way inside the circle, but Zoog was screaming words that made me think there were too many of us when I slashed into the Holmeer soldiers. But that's not in the instructions of the Ethereal Horse.

That's probably Zoog's idea.

We haunt ourselves as if we were more numerous without even cowardice, slashing them into enemies far more numerous than ourselves. That audacity, or nerve graphics, was something I couldn't handle at all.

I wouldn't be willing to lose if I were an individual warrior, but I might be no match for just the talent of leading a great army.

That's what I thought, Gallum...

"What do you say, Great Sheikh? Am I awesome?

But when I look at Zoog with his chest up like this and he's good at it, I'm sexually angry to admit it honestly.

"Shut up, idiot. Better hurry than that. Get the warriors together. We'll cross the river before they get back."

When he threw it away, Zoog blurred, "He's a bad Nori," to Garam, who turned his back a lot.
