Chapter 239 The protest
Stephan immediately started the car and drove toward the main gate.
The gate was automatic; recognizing the owner’s car, it swung open to the sides.
Darla watched his car drove through the gate. She wanted to follow, but her feet felt as if they were made of lead; she couldn’t bring herself to take a single step.
She could only watch helplessly as the man drove through and the gates closed behind him.
That closed gate separated not only her from Stephan, but also symbolized that his heart toward her was like a tightly shut door, one that seemed unlikely to ever open for her.
Darla felt a sudden pang of bitterness and jealousy.
But she quickly reassured herself: It’s okay, she still had a chance.
As long as Aunt Cynthia was willing to help her, she still had a chance to be with Stephan.
Just as Darla was about to leave, she was surprised to see the door to the house opening.
A graceful yet playful figure suddenly threw herself into the arms of the man stepping out of the car...
Stephan was caught off guard by Alana’s sudden embrace, and his entire body was forced against the car behind him by the momentum.
He lowered his gaze and saw a dark head nestled softly against his chest.
He raised an eyebrow. “Why are you out here?”
Alana lifted her head, blinking her clear, beautiful eyes. “I saw Darla, so I came out to stake my claim and crush any feelings she might have for you.”
Stephan chuckled. “Hmm, and then? Is that all? Just hugging me...do you think that’s enough?”
Alana blinked. “What else do I have to do?”
He pointed at her two crimson, full lips and said with a straight face, “Hurry up.
Right now. Kiss me.”
Alana eyed him.
Why did it feel like he was getting off on this again?
Stephan raised an eyebrow. “Hurry up and kiss me. If you don’t, she’d leave, and you won’t get your thrill.”
Alana couldn’t help but blush. “I’m not as shameless as you. I can’t bring myself to kiss in front of other people.”
Stephan chuckled. “Oh, I get it. You want me to make the first move. You should’ve said so earlier. I’ll do whatever you want.”
Her eyes dilated.
No!
She didn’t!
Don’t accuse her of that!
But before she could deny it, he grabbed her chin and a scorching kiss followed.
His large hands gripped her slender waist, pressing her forcefully against him.
But his back was still pressed against the car.
To an outsider, it looked as though she was forcefully pressing Stephan against the car and demanding a kiss.
To make the display more effective, he even shifted slightly with Alana, ensuring Alana, standing outside the door, could see clearly.
So she could see clearly how passionately they entwined, kissing with such abandon, lost in the moment.
Seeing this scene, Darla was thoroughly provoked.
She trembled with rage, she was so enraged that she didn’t even bother to look closely at who the woman kissing Stephan was or what she looked like; she simply turned and stormed off.
A few minutes later, Stephan finally let go of Alana.
Alana clung to him, her body limp beyond belief.
Her face flushed, she couldn’t help but glance at the spot where Darla had been standing, it was now empty.
She must have been successfully driven away by anger.
Embarrassed, she punched the man’s solid chest with her fist.
“Stephan, you’re such a jerk!”
Stephan caught her tiny fist, leaned down to kiss her, then raised an eyebrow as he looked at her flushed, indignant face and asked with a smirk. “Isn’t this what you wanted?”
She was at a loss for words.
In the moonlight, the girl’s face was flushed to an extreme, like a ripe, tempting berry, beckoning to be plucked.
Her rosy lips glistened with a dewy sheen.
Stephan cupped her face in his hands, his gaze intense.
“Come to think of it, we haven’t tried it in the car yet, have we? Why don’t we give it a try right now?”
Her eyes widened instantly.
Wait, why was he getting more and more perverted?!
It was not enough that he’s been running wild in the house...now he wants to have car sex out here?!
“Well, I think it’s getting pretty late...it doesn’t seem appropriate...”
Stephan chuckled. “If it’s not appropriate at night, do you want to do it during the
day?
In broad daylight? Wouldn’t that be worse?!
She couldn’t help but push the man away, trying to make a hasty escape. “Um, I haven’t taken a shower yet. I’m going home first!”
The next second, he wrapped his arms around her waist and decisively shoved her into the car.
“Aaaah! Stephan, behave!”
“Go ahead and scream. Even if you scream yourself hoarse, no one’s coming to save you!”
Alana’s eyes widened the moment she realized she had been pressed against the backseat. Her hands pressed lightly
against his chest as he climbed in after her, crowding close in the limited space.
“Stephan...wait. Not here. This isn’t... it isn’t appropriate. Someone could...”
He cut the rest of the protest off with a deep, deliberate kiss.
His mouth covered hers completely, lips firm and insistent, tongue sliding past the soft barrier of her lips before she could finish the sentence.
The kiss was slow at first, then deeper, hotter, swallowing every half-formed objection. Alana made a small, muffled sound against him.
“Mmmnh...”
Her fingers curled into the front of his shirt. For a moment she tried to turn her head, but he followed, one hand cradling the back of her neck, the other braced against the seat beside her hip so he could lean over her fully.
When he finally drew back just enough to let her breathe, her cheeks were already flushed dark in the low light. Her lips looked swollen.
She opened her mouth again, voice soft and unsteady. “We shouldn’t... not right outside...”
Stephan kissed her again, harder this time, until the words dissolved into another quiet moan.
“Shh.” The single syllable was spoken against her mouth.
He shifted, guiding her further across the seat until her back met the opposite door, then settled between her knees, the confined space forcing their bodies close.
The leather creaked softly under their weight. His hands moved with purpose. One slid beneath the hem of her blouse, palm warm against the bare skin of her waist.
The other traced up her thigh, pushing the fabric of her skirt higher.
Alana’s breath hitched.
A soft moan escaped when his fingers brushed the sensitive inner skin just above her knee. She caught his wrist lightly, not quite stopping him, only holding on as if the contact itself was too much.
“Stephan...” The name came out shaky.
Her eyes flicked toward the fogging windows, toward the dark shape of the house only a few meters away.
“We should just go in...”
He silenced her once more with his mouth, this time slower, deeper, tasting her thoroughly while his hand continued its upward path.
When his fingers reached the edge of her underwear she made a small, embarrassed sound and her thighs tensed for a second before softening under his touch.
He stroked her through the thin fabric, slow circles that drew another involuntary moans from her throat.
The windows began to cloud more noticeably.
Outside, the estate street remained empty, the house dark and still.
Inside the car, the temperature rose with every shared breath. Stephan tugged her blouse free of her waistband and pushed it higher, exposing the soft curves of her breasts still covered by her bra.
He lowered his head and kissed the warm skin just above the lace, then mouthed over one nipple through the fabric until it tightened.
Alana’s head tipped back against the door. A longer moan slipped out;
“Ahh... ohh...”
She tried to stay quiet but it was so hard.
He unhooked the bra with practiced ease and pushed the cups aside. The cool night air that had seeped in earlier now felt distant; only the heat of his mouth mattered.
He licked and sucked gently at first, then with more intent, drawing soft, broken sounds from her while his free hand slid beneath the waistband of her underwear and found her already slick.
Alana’s hips gave a small, involuntary lift.
Her fingers tightened in his hair. “We really shouldn’t...” The protest was very weak now, breathless. “Not here...”
