Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 110: Six months have passed.

Six months have passed.

Since then, the workshop has been operational without any particular interference.

Shortly after Lolo's incident, there were about three artisans who freaked out and quit, but later refills of artisans were transported promptly, so there was no obstacle to production.

Some of the artisans who quit may have leaked information, but it doesn't matter.

Because the threat of the Sword Tooth Corps is working that if you divulge a secret, you will not forgive it.

In fact, rumors spread among the citizens that the Swordtooth Corps had returned a nobleman named Lolo, increasing the heroic reputation of the Swordtooth Corps.

Because of that, the last six months have been really peaceful. Until then, the little harassment kind stopped perfectly.

Production is going better than expected, with 1,000 pairs scheduled for production per year, which is likely to exceed 30%.

Report to the shareholders, Gilboa and Goulzin, as such.

I told Gorgogo at the workshop, but he didn't seem very interested.

However, as a shareholder, his income has stabilized, so he seems happy that he no longer has trouble with tools and materials for development, producing all sorts of suspicious things in a dedicated space in the corner of the workshop.

"So, Goulzin, what about the reputation of the guardian's shoes in the city?"

"Well, it sells to fly. I got a bunch of bookings."

"Jilboa, how does it work if everyone wears it in the Swordtooth Corps?"

"When we all wear protective shoes, we obviously increase our marching speed. Injuries also decreased during the battle. There have also been more requests to do so. In fact, these are big shoes, Kenji."

Jilboa says, indicating his own special shoes.

Everything's going well. Finally, I can spare some time to think about the future.

◇ ◇ ◇ ◇ ◇

When I come back to Gorgogo's workshop, I hear tonnes of leather pounding and dangling cutting from the inside.

I flip a tree cut with my name on the entrance and display it while I'm at work.

"" Thank you, Captain Small! "" In response to the artisans' greetings, checking the attendance status, there is one artisan who has not come to work.

"Hey, what happened to Jean's guy?" When he speaks, the young craftsman at work replies without stopping.

"That guy would have a stomachache today, so I went home. However, there are two or three other people who can work with him, so there's no obstacle to production."

One factor that's getting easier these days is that the workshop craftsmen are finally getting used to my way.

In the beginning, it was really hard.

I recall how awesome the rejection was when I just tried to manage my attendance and "why, do that".

Now the Japanese manufacturing methodology that I brought to this world is also taking root there.

There is no garbage on the floor, which used to be scattered with dust, wood scraps and pieces of leather, now.

Craftsmen's tools are designed to carry anything they can carry with them on a custom-built leather hip belt.

They are also popular with artisans because their hands are wide enough to carry tools.

The tool has everyone's number on it, and it's good to break it, but when I lose it, it gets pulled from my salary, so I also became aware of management.

Sarah greeted me as I walked into the back looking sideways at the production.

"Kenji, did Mr. Zilboa and the others say anything?

"No, especially not a problem. It's just that Goulzin wants to sell more."

"Uh, sounds like you've got a reputation in the rest of the city, right? The other day, my aunt, the vegetable-seller who talked to me at the market, said she asked someone from the other city."

Sarah now works half the way through the workshop and half through the Running Out Adventurer tour guide.

Now it's time for the workshop to be largely stable, but there's no way Sarah could take away the way she could make money on her own non-adventurers' paths than I would be assassinated and suddenly run the risk of losing my shoemaking job, and the information she collects on the runaway adventurers is a valuable source of business.

I, too, try to be a tour guide for runaway adventurers only once a week once the workshop has stabilized.

When the top fails to gather information, that organization is more likely to go in the wrong direction.

We are struggling to set up a business and finally gaining enough social power to support the adventurers.

There was no way that a business that was supposed to have been set up for a rushing adventurer would have been a dumb, fieldless proprietor who would have turned soppo on them.

Much to think about, but now I just want to enjoy this peaceful afternoon sipping the tea Sarah has brewed for me.
