Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 175: Ghoulzin's Doubt

What brought me to Goulzin was a windowless room where we talked about shoes before.

There are several rooms in this inn because of the many people who talk about secrets in business.

Closed the door to that room and sat in the chair, Goulzin barked out loud.

"So, what's a money-making story?

"Hey, calm down. You've got booze in there, and there's a little talk in there. Besides, you've been out of town for a while, so you're oblivious to recent circumstances, right? First, I want to share information"

Speaking of that, Goulzin, who was sitting on his back, made the sound of a chair squeaking and took the position of keeping his large body behind his back.

"Yeah, well, yeah. First of all, I have plenty of souvenir to talk about."

◇ ◇ ◇ ◇ ◇

Then over the course of an hour, after I heard Goulzin's shoe sales brag, I scratched and explained that I had substituted a report for the Kingdom of the Adventurer's Guild, that I had reformed my organization, that I had been introduced to the Church to negotiate the treatment of adventurers, that a partnership of cooperative systems had been formed, that I had been asked by the Church's Cardinal Priest to mentor young clergy, that I had created a mentoring process for the Church's pioneering cause based on it, and so on.

At first, Goulzin was gaveling with a cheerful voice laughing at whether he also had alcohol in it, but as the story progressed, the grin disappeared and the words became less.

In the strangely nervous air, I finished explaining and mumbled, and Goulzin opened his mouth.

"... is it over? I'm not smart either, so I don't know what to say, but I have no idea what your explanation is. I know what you're talking about, but I don't know what you mean.

Did you write the Adventurer Guild report instead? That reached your nobility, so you talked to the priest of the church, and then you became a teacher? What the hell? Why, you're doing that?

Hey, tell me something, all right? You don't understand because I'm retarded?

My answer is yes.

"It's to help the adventurer. I made shoes, I'm involved with guilds and churches, that's all."

The words were blocked by Goulzin's shouts.

"I'm not saying that!... I don't know, you, what the hell. That's so sweet. Even the Jilboa guy doesn't know what he's good at, but you don't know what he's good at. You're a former adventurer, aren't you? Are you a nobleman? But isn't it? The nobleman has something else. What the hell, you?

There was no drunk unreliable man there, and there was a man who survived years of adventurer life and now leads a caravan from 100, sharply working his instincts and inquisitions that have supported that harsh life.

A slight force enters his sight as the swivelry, standing beside him, rests on the pattern of the Devil's Sword on his hips.

During the bundle, Goulzin and my gaze bumped into each other in the air trying to see something.

But that tension didn't last long.

Goulzin barked in his original bright voice as he turned away.

"But okay. It's true that you're making me money. Those shoes, they do sell all over, and they make the caravan (of us) rain the grace of gold and silver coins. It also seems to be a fact that you are doing well with Jilboa of the Sword Tooth Corps. It's very hard to believe, but they're doing well with the church, too. If that's what you're doing, you've never been over it.... until the other day, it was an adventurer collapse that brought in strange shoes, and it worked perfectly well."

That's how I threw my legs out on the table somewhat behaving and said.

"So? Shall we talk about it? Well, I'm not surprised it's even stranger than it is now."

Finally, it looks like we're ready to negotiate properly.
