Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 177: The Pain of Negotiation

Goulzin asks in a harsh voice.

"Hey, when you're much bigger in business than you are now, you can't sell out even intermediate adventurers in the neighborhood alone. I have to go all the way to sell it. Do you understand that? Transportation volume is high, prices drop and the taste decreases. Do you understand that?

I nod without distracting myself from Goulzin.

"I know. Still, the company (of which) also sells shoes of guardianship all over the country, just as the church sells shoes of pioneering businesses all over the country. Sell the number, even if the price drops. Goulzin, are you gonna do that much?

Goulzin snorts in dissatisfaction.

"What happens if we don't do it? How can I help you?

I shake my head to the side.

"I won't do that. Just give voice to the rest of the city merchants. I have no harm to you. I just need more caravan transportation."

Gouldin peels his eyes off the guillotine.

"What if I told you to squeeze the production of guardian shoes? Lower prices mean less flavor. That's not what anybody gets, is it?

After all, is that how it comes? I gently turn back and signal Swivelry with my hand.

Keep it that way and answer with your chest up.

"I won't stop growing protective shoes. Because I'm convinced it's in the interest of the whole adventurer. Goulzin, you were an adventurer, weren't you? And so are your men. How much do you think it would have helped if you had guardian shoes in your adventurer days?

Still, Goulzin is silent. Probably unable to move due to profit, emotional and facial issues.

So hold one suggestion so that the balance of judgment tilts.

"But when you choose another city merchant, it will help if you choose which city merchant is appropriate."

Suggesting so, Goulzin opened his heavier mouth.

You mean, you can choose what kind of guy I want him to be?

"That's right. To whom, how much? As far as I'm concerned, if it's guaranteed to arrive, I'd like you to be discretionary in the meantime."

This is my suggestion for Goulzin. Exclusive transport rights will take the form of a take-up, but the influence will remain. Make sure the reputation spreads among the city merchants that Goulzin is not removed, but is expected to have a broader management capability based on trust.

Hopefully this will preserve Goulzin's interests and face.

For dozens of seconds, the tense, pregnant silence ensued, and Goulzin opened his mouth.

"Apparently, we're gonna have to get on with this."

"I'd appreciate it if you could do that."

When I was horrified, Goulzin laughed bitterly and offered his right hand.

"What, I don't want to turn crazy people like you or Gilbore against my enemies, either. I don't think we're gonna make any more money."

"I have three years. You just have to introduce me to the caravan one by one. I'm counting on you."

That said, I'll give you my right hand too and shake hands with Goulzin.

Negotiations are in place.

That being said, Goulzin shook his right hand with ridiculous force, so I smiled and shook it back to my full strength.

Damn. Ouch.
