Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 458: Alive or Dead

"Wait! Wait for the carriage there!

The Swordtooth Corps and the Baron were about to finish their long expedition and return to the city where they were exactly based.

But where I plugged into the gates of the city, I was feathering unexpected by the guards who would receive what.

The Sword Tooth Corps was also a face in the city, and it's usually what it does barely.

It is normal for the Baron to have certain conveniences for the passage of the gates, as is often the case for the aristocratic class.

That's all the extraordinary sights a guard can do.

The unusual object that caused it is a big carriage mounted and emits a beast odor.

"Oh, isn't that a cannibal giant! Bringing a living monster into the city is illegal!

The guard takes full courage in front of the city's heroes and nobles and says:

The giant doll monster loaded on the carrier must be a cannibal giant.

The luster belongs to a living monster.

The guards had participated in several expeditions before, and in doing so they had the opportunity to hear from their predecessors about the fear of the cannibals.

The perception that the city was Earl territory and that he was more formally authoritative haz and the presence of an old mother, still young wife and young daughter in a house in the 3rd class neighborhood had left him with a desperate attitude.

Hearing the noise, the guard's colleagues gather.

That said, there are at most 10 of them.

If a regiment of swordtooth soldiers cares about that, they'll kick ass in no time.

The guards are much bigger than they are, blocking the road with pressure but diligence in front of a large group of weapons.

What an unreliable feeling that the spear in your hand, which is usually reliable, is short and thin.

Then there was a strange sounding voice despite the quiet "what's up," and a neat looking man appeared in front of him, trying to sew between the mercenaries of the desolate.

If the guards had room in their minds, they would have seen the giant mercenaries retreating left and right down the road so as not to disturb the path he would pass.

"Ko, this is Lord Zilboa! How with Lord Zilboa, illegality is illegal! We categorically refuse to bring monsters into the city!

The guard had an unexpectedly tall voice either to hide the upset or himself.

There are signs of the mercenaries behind them laughing, but they can't help it.

"Hmm. You're in trouble"

A man with a strangely brilliant face as to why he was a mercenary captain and so on, after whining like any other HR, showed himself thinking with his neat fingertips between his eyebrows, just like that face.

The guard was feeling like he was doing something very unsavory, although it was a very unreasonable emotion out of place for this occasion.

So when that mercenary captain says, "Okay, let's do this!" He nodded unexpectedly at the suggestion that he rang his finger.

"Now let's stab the monster's hands and feet with a sword at the evidence that I'm dead. So if nothing responds, this monster gets us through the gate as something that's dead. That's good, right?

"You're not using magic, are you?

"Is it magic to capture cannibal giants? With that, we adventurers are out of business."

The guard's diligent objection also makes me wonder if that's what it is when the mercenary captain lets him flaunt his shoulder.

The guard just reflexed back, too, and he doesn't have any knowledge of something called witchcraft.

In the end, the Swordtooth Corps and the Baron's carriage succeeded in bringing the cannibal giants from the front through the grand gate to the Atelier of this Baron's Mansion.
