Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 600: There's Only One Way To Do It

"Hey Kenji, the list of jobs has grown a lot, do you do all this?

Look at the growing list, and Sarah says anxiously.

Even now, work is overflowing.

Sarah is right to feel anxious about getting more work than this.

"No. I wouldn't do that"

When I made her deny it, Sarah inquired as if she had been poked in the void.

"Really?

"Oh, I won't"

"So, for what, are you making this list?

It's not good to be taken that what you've done doesn't make sense.

For once, we need to sort out what we're arguing for.

"How does the original goal of the debate appeal to the printing industry to present to the Nicolo Priest? It was about telling that compelling story. This is good?

First, confirmation of the goal of the debate. There is no point in an argument for debate.

The longer we argue, the more we tend to lose sight of our first goal.

In that sense, the goal should be confirmed during the debate as many times as necessary.

"Uh, yeah, you did."

"So, what we're arguing about right now is a fine job story. Suppose I'm interested in the printing industry. Beyond that, what use is there for a runaway adventurer? What way to help. By the time they come to the city and become adventurers, they're washing out what walls they have and what information they need to get over it."

"I was just telling you, think specifically."

"Yes. In fact, after thinking specifically, we found that the problem was piling up."

"Right."

Where Sarah agrees, she also confirms what needs to be done that came out in the debate.

"Let's check the list, shall we? There are four jobs that have gone up this far.

· "How to get survivors to contact you if an adventurer dies”

· "How to teach a runaway adventurer how to contract the right request”

· "How to share know-how and traps”

· "How to advertise new mechanisms" "

Read out the letters written on the blackboard.

"That's a lot."

"Yes. A lot. But the way you clean up four jobs one at a time is actually not efficient."

"Really?

"The more you do, the more you do. So I want to clean up wisely"

"Sure, this is what I just talked about... But what do you mean, clean up wisely?

Whether you do it wisely or foolishly, for example, if it's the task of plowing a field, it doesn't make as much difference as it makes it efficient.

But to solve the problem, smart or not, the effect and efficiency are very different.

"If you say the ideal"

Will Sarah understand this idea? Keep the word going, even though I'm a little anxious.

"I just want to clean up one problem, and I want to clean up all the other problems,"

"... I'm a little unsure"

"Right. How did you explain it?"

I don't understand. But this isn't Sarah's fault.

It's a bad way to explain it.

However, it cannot be understood from the explanation that the problem is not solved in a linear manner, but is perceived systematically.

Work hard on your head and give examples.

"For example, suppose there's unsavory bread here."

"Uh, yes"

For some reason, Sarah, she sits the right way.

"I don't know why this bread tastes bad. But I want to make it taste better. What do you do to make unsavory bread taste good? If you choose wheat, stick to water, a celebrity pinches it, and cooks it in the best cauldron, it will be delicious bread"

"Right. It will be."

"But it costs a lot of money. It's noble bread already."

"Right. It's delicious, but you can't eat normal people."

"The aunt of the village baking celebrity says that you have to make a mistake about baking bread. So, it's actually delicious."

"Well, yeah. That's what it is."

"If the person who was making the unsavory bread wants to bake the bread deliciously, it's better to practice it thoroughly, just adding and subtracting baking first. That makes the bread taste good enough. If you want more flavor, you can make a new bread kettle with the money you earned from it."

"Mm-hmm. The unsavory bread is about the rushing kids, isn't it? In short, Kenji feels like he's got some baking tricks to fix the problem, right?

"That's what I'm talking about"

"I think I've figured out the explanation, but I wonder if there's such a thing..."

Looking at the list, Sarah frowned between her brows.
