Helping with Adventurer Party Management

Episode 599 Stretching List

With effective poisons and traps for monster extermination, even weak rushing adventurers may pave the way to exterminate monsters.

Write on the blackboard with white ink, "How you can defeat a monster even if you run out”.

"Finally, you mean a way for a threesome (those guys) to be able to hunt if it's about the Demon Wolf?

"Right. That's what we're going to be able to do."

That way, even the runaways working the adventurers will be able to hunt monsters on their own, and if the number of runaways working the lower jobs becomes scarce, other runaways working the lower jobs may go up minutes or wages.

Wages are, in the end, determined by demand and supply, and wages are not raised without demand as specified in the Regulation (Rules).

"But how to do a trap is the hunter's feeding itself, isn't it? Tell me, is that something you can tell me?

and Kilik raises questions.

"Well, I was taught a lot in the village, right?

"Well, the village daughters will tell you, and Grandpa and I will teach you when you're cute, but we don't usually teach you."

Sure, if you're good at rolling an old man about Sarah, you can tell me, but that's not usually the case.

Some adventurers must be hunting monsters with their own traps and know-how, though they haven't reported it to the Alliance.

However, from the adventurers who make their living that way, that's the seed of rice itself, so there's no reason to teach the young people who are competing.

"Well, I have a few thoughts about that."

When I say, Sarah has a slightly frightened face as usual, and Kilik looks at this one surprised.

"If you tell me how to make a trap, I'll pay you from the Adventurer's Guild. If it works, I'll pay even more depending on the outcome"

"Does an adventurer guild give money or something like that?

For Sarah, there seems to be a strong impression that Adventurer Alliance is a place to ketch rewards.

I guess I don't get the image that that's where I give the money.

"I can. You would have made sure to put the church mark in your shoes, wouldn't you? Make the same mechanism as that one."

"What's the same mechanism?

"Right... Specifically, the new monster trap shall bear the name of the applicant. Like," Sarah's foot trap. "

"Uh... not very happy..."

"Then make and sell a booklet that says how to make the trap and the applicant, the materials you need, and how to install it. Once the booklet is sold, some of it will be in Sarah's interest"

"Oh, really? Then I might be happy!

"There's more. Sometimes it's hard to figure out how to build or install a booklet, right? In that case, I can have the opportunity to teach as a teacher. Naturally, costs are paid in that case as well."

"Ho ho..."

"Just devise a monster trap and give it a track record to get fame and money. Does this motivate you to apply for information on monster traps from adventurers?

"Be!... and I think"

"What. Something bothering you?

Kilik speaks up when she sees Sarah doing what it's hard to say.

"No, I don't really want to say it, but a lot of people don't learn to be adventurers, and I don't know how they can apply if they can't write letters, teach people things, or, in the first place, I don't understand how that works. I'm asking, but I doubt there's anything really good about it."

"I see."

It's a new mechanism, a rational mechanism, so it doesn't always penetrate.

An important point of view.

One of the traps that people tend to fall into when they think they're doing the right thing is that the world is wrong because they're doing the right thing.

Unfortunately, the correctness of what we are doing and the skillfulness of the art of appealing to the world are not relevant.

It is not sweet about correctness, and we need to think about advertising methods properly.

”How to share know-how and how to create traps”

”How to advertise new mechanisms”

Write two new items on the blackboard.

The list grew more and more.
