Chapter 725: The God Gym Emergency Meeting
Not long after Dahlia sent out the message, everyone gathered inside the main hall of [Divine Celestial Gym Island No.1].
Arden arrived first, calm and composed as usual, although his eyes immediately sharpened the moment he saw Garion.
Mersha came next, hugging a notebook against her chest while carrying several suspicious bottles that probably should not have been allowed anywhere near a respectable meeting room.
Valtor walked in with his usual restless energy, already looking like he wanted the meeting to finish so he could go punch something.
Seira followed silently, cold and composed, her pale eyes sweeping across everyone in the hall before eventually settling on Garion.
Raviel and Aveline arrived last.
Raviel stepped inside with his usual stern posture and quiet authority, while Aveline walked beside him with her dignified calm.
The moment everyone finally got a clear look at Garion, however, the entire hall became strangely quiet.
Valtor was naturally the first one to break the silence. "Damn, Master. What the hell happened to you?"
Mersha’s eyes immediately lit up with far too much scientific curiosity. "Ooooh... your body structure changed again."
Arden frowned slightly as he studied Garion more carefully. "Your aura is different."
Seira remained silent for another few seconds before calmly adding, "Much heavier."
Raviel’s gaze moved from Garion’s shoulders to his hands, then finally toward his face. "Your foundation has changed."
Aveline studied him even more carefully before speaking. "Not only your foundation. Your appearance has shifted as well."
Garion glanced down at himself before raising an eyebrow. "That obvious?"
Rachel released a soft sigh from nearby. "Very obvious."
Dahlia crossed her arms. "Your body, face, eyes, and even your hair changed a little."
Garion’s hair was still primarily deep purple, but faint strands of black and silver-white now flowed through it, almost resembling gravity, darkness, and escaping light woven together.
His purple eyes had changed as well.
They were deeper than before, with subtle traces of black and silver-white surrounding the pupils like tiny singularities trapped inside them.
Even his physique seemed more refined.
Garion was still unmistakably Garion, but everything about him now felt denser, sharper, and considerably more dangerous.
There was also something strangely unnatural about the pressure surrounding him.
He was not deliberately releasing an aura. Yet space itself seemed slightly more willing to react whenever he moved.
Garion rubbed his chin thoughtfully. "Looks like my transformation still hasn’t completely settled."
Atlas floated beside his shoulder and answered dryly,
[That is certainly one way to describe being rebuilt into a demigod-like freak.]
Garion glanced at him. "You make everything sound worse."
[I make things sound accurate.]
Garion ignored him and looked around at everyone gathered inside the hall.
His casual expression gradually became more serious. "Alright, that’s enough about me. Now that everyone’s here, let’s talk."
The atmosphere immediately changed.
Garion slipped both hands into his pockets. "Rachel and Dahlia should’ve already told you the basics, right?"
Everyone gave a small nod.
Garion continued, "About a week from now, we’re going to receive guests from the Volcanion Dragon Clan, one of the top clans of the Red Dragon Race."
The expressions around the hall quietly changed.
Garion’s voice became heavier. "And this time, these aren’t just ordinary high-status visitors coming over because they heard God Gym is interesting."
He slowly looked across everyone gathered in front of him. "They could be said to have a really... really... really high standing."
Valtor raised an eyebrow. "How high?"
Garion paused for a second. His mouth slowly curved upward. "High enough that there’s probably a real God coming with them."
The moment those words reached their ears, the expressions throughout the hall changed again.
This time, no one looked amused.
After all, the entire reason Garion had escaped from the lower world and brought God Gym into the vast cosmic universe in the first place was because a God had suddenly noticed them.
Back then, they had been far too weak to resist. They had no choice except to run.
Now, after fifteen years of growing stronger in the cosmic universe, another God was coming directly to God Gym.
Worse, judging from the status of the Volcanion Dragon Clan, this divine existence was probably far stronger than the one who had noticed them all those years ago.
Rachel’s eyes immediately revealed clear worry.
Dahlia’s relaxed attitude disappeared as her expression sharpened, and faint traces of her silver-black disaster aura stirred instinctively around her body.
Arden, Mersha, Valtor, Seira, Raviel, and Aveline reacted similarly.
Even those who normally remained calm could not completely ignore the weight behind the word God.
Garion noticed their expressions and raised one hand. "Don’t worry too much."
Everyone immediately looked toward him.
Garion’s voice became steadier. "We’re not the same people we were back then."
His gaze moved slowly across the hall. "God Gym has grown. All of you have grown."
He placed one hand against his own chest. "And I’ve grown too."
Atlas floated beside him and muttered dryly,
[Saying that does not magically make the situation safe.]
Garion ignored him without hesitation. "What I need all of you to do now is simple."
His gaze moved toward Rachel first before sweeping across the others. "Pause all customer training for now."
Several expressions shifted slightly, but no one interrupted.
Garion continued, "Inform everyone that God Gym is preparing to receive extremely high-ranking guests. Because our normal operations are going to be interrupted, all ongoing training plans will be temporarily suspended until the visit is finished."
Rachel nodded thoughtfully. "What about compensation?"
Garion answered without hesitation. "Of course there’ll be compensation."
He raised one finger. "Once God Gym reopens normally, every affected customer gets one year of training without any training fees."
Aveline’s eyes softened slightly as she nodded. "That is fair."
Garion continued, "Good. Once that’s handled, use the remaining week to strengthen yourselves as much as possible."
His expression sharpened. "I don’t know exactly what attitude these dragons will bring with them."
Perhaps they were merely curious. Perhaps they wanted cooperation. Or perhaps they wanted Dahlia to join them.
As for the god... Garion had no idea what it wanted, and there were far too many possibilities to guess.
Garion looked at everyone seriously. "So we prepare for all of them."
Dahlia’s lips curved slightly as some of her usual confidence returned. "Now that sounds like God Gym."
Garion immediately looked pleased. "Exactly."
He cracked his knuckles once. "We welcome them properly if they come as guests."
His purple eyes briefly flashed with black and silver-white light. "And if they come looking for trouble..."
Garion shrugged. "Well, we prepare for that too."
