Chapter 162: Artificial Abyss (1)
However, this transformation was not completely over. There was still one final step to advancing to an official wizard: condensing a talent spell.
Once it became a talent spell, the spell would possess the capacity for growth. A first-level wizard could solidify a single zero-ring spell.
Lynn considered this carefully. Based on the spells he already knew, he ultimately decided to solidify the Switch Spell as his talent spell.
The Switch Spell could unlock a closed lock or open a shut door.
But that was merely the effect of a zero-ring Switch Spell.
What if the Switch Spell could grow to a very high tier? It could open sealing magic circles, restrictions, and even the limitations of a world, extending into a conceptual form.
Lynn found this spell quite fascinating. Moreover, he did not lack offensive capabilities. After his life form underwent this leap in evolution, a spell that solely provided damage would be of minuscule help to him. It was better to choose a functional one.
The skill framework of the Switch Spell began to collapse within Lynn's mental sea. It did not disappear completely, however. Instead, it diffused outward in a different form, ultimately fusing with his mental sea in a unique state.
Standing up from the wizard tower, Lynn gazed into the distance.
He felt the explosive surge of power within his body.
Even without casting a single spell, relying solely on his physical strength...
Lynn clenched his fist, and the air cracked with a sonic boom.
Within this simple, ordinary-looking physical body hid an unparalleled strength.
There was also his affinity with the free energy in the surrounding air. Lynn felt that this ambient energy was completely at his beck and call, coming and going exactly as he commanded.

Universal Experience Points:
Physical fitness had directly become his most dominant attribute, just a hair away from breaking the one thousand mark. Furthermore, the higher the attribute points went, the greater the gap between each individual point.
Even Lynn felt that the leap in his strength from this advancement was truly a bit exaggerated.
With a physical fitness approaching one thousand points, Lynn crouched down and pressed his right hand against the ground.
Crack, crunch—several massive fissures spread outward from where his palm rested.
This was the soil of the Abyss. Though it was not the Primal Abyss, the plane strength of this new Artificial Abyss was absolutely not low.
Its inherent status and tier were high enough that even an ordinary one-ring spell would struggle to cause any damage to the ground.
Yet now, his physical body could easily shatter the earth.
However, Lynn was not too surprised by this. After all, his body had fused the advantages of multiple High-Tier Demon bloodlines, putting his physical tier at an extremely high level.
With a single thought, without even needing to chant an incantation, the skill framework in his mind was swiftly filled with mental energy. The energy in the surrounding air was drawn in according to the framework's sequence, rapidly forming an orderly structure, and then—a cluster of interwoven lightning violently generated. A brilliant flash of electricity, accompanied by a thunderclap, instantly struck a distant rock, leaving a scorched black mark on its surface.
Instant casting. This allowed Lynn to entirely bypass many of the spellcasting steps. It was one of the traits possessed by a Divine Being, and now Lynn had it too.
Following another thought, a ghostly green summoning array materialized in midair in the blink of an eye. This was the highest-tier spell Lynn currently commanded—the 2nd-Ring Summon Hellfire.
When the array took shape, a burst of flames drilled out from the ghostly green circle.
Accompanied by roaring, blazing fires, a massive boulder glowing with cyan light plummeted from the sky.
The earth trembled slightly, bouncing pebbles into the air.
Watching the scene before him, Lynn's eyes flickered slightly. It seemed that 2nd-Ring Spells could also be cast instantly.
The summoned hellfire slowly stood up from the ground and looked around.
The strength of this hellfire before him was not weak, as the power of a summoned hellfire generally depended on how much mental energy the summoner expended.
His current mental energy was far from low. The minimum standard of mental energy required to become a second-level wizard was five hundred points, and he had already met it.
Therefore, the hellfire summoned before him was a bit different from ordinary hellfires.
It actually possessed a certain degree of intelligence—this guy who supposedly had nothing but rocks for brains.
"Come here," Lynn said, waving the hellfire over.
The hellfire golem, whose entire body looked as if it were carved from stone, walked toward Lynn. Roaring, ghostly green flames burned across the surface of its coarse, rocky torso.
Standing nearly ten meters tall, its massive frame left a rumbling thud on the ground with every step it took.
Lynn sensed the imprint trying to break free. The summoned hellfire seemed somewhat dissatisfied with being forcibly controlled and commanded by him. Fluctuations of resistance transmitted through the summoning imprint, but Lynn quickly suppressed them.
"Throw a punch at me," Lynn ordered.
The hellfire paused for a moment, but then it brought a heavy punch crashing down without hesitation.
The giant fist carried a fierce gale. Lynn did not even blink. He simply extended his own arm, throwing out a fist that looked incomparably scrawny next to the massive one.
The two fists collided in midair.
Bang—
A muffled, heavy boom echoed out.
The joint at the hellfire's shoulder gave a stiff shudder. In the next moment, it began to crumble layer by layer!
The rock-forged arm shattered, chunks of stone tumbling to the ground.
Still somewhat unwilling to concede, the hellfire swung its remaining, undamaged arm at Lynn.
But it froze mid-swing. The hellfire lowered its head, locking eyes with this human who did not even reach its knees. Yet for some unknown reason, those calm eyes gave it an inexplicable, oppressive dread.
The strength drained slightly from the hellfire's body.
"Go back," Lynn ordered coldly.
The next moment, a reverse summoning array generated beneath the hellfire's feet, accompanied by an unwilling roar.
Swallowed by the reverse array, the hellfire vanished from the spot.
The power and lifespan he had been chasing for so long were suddenly his. If this had been before his breakthrough to an official wizard, he likely would have had to use every trump card at his disposal to deal with this single hellfire. Without relying on his followers, he might have even needed the wizard tower to suppress it. But now, relying purely on his own innate strength, he had done so with ease.
Just as expected, breaking through to an official wizard was a qualitative transformation.
Suddenly, Lynn's expression flickered. He looked up at the sky, having sensed something.
His expression gradually grew peculiar.
Just a moment ago, he had sensed a message. This message came from the newly born consciousness of this Artificial Abyss. The gifted power he had received during his breakthrough had originated from this exact abyssal consciousness.
The message this abyssal consciousness conveyed to him was quite simple. Even though the actual content was somewhat redundant, the meaning was straightforward.
The general idea was for him to drag other worlds into the Artificial Abyss in the future.
Lynn had obtained the authority to communicate with the Artificial Abyss. He could now complete sacrifices in other worlds to summon the Artificial Abyss, dragging worlds that had lost their ability to resist down into the Abyss.
