Chapter 27: Ch 27- Victory
The Gorath’s eyes snapped open and its blood-red gaze locked onto the human standing only a few meters away.
For a brief moment, both sides froze.
Then the Gorath roared from anger, It had just survived a brutal battle against another Gorath and was covered in wounds. Now another weak human had actually dared to invade its cave.
"ROAR!!!"
The roar shook the entire cave.
Without hesitation, the Gorath kicked off the ground. Its massive body moved much faster than its size suggested as its enormous claw tore through the air toward Mo Yuan.
"Fuck!"
"I’m cooked!"
Mo Yuan’s pupils shrank.
He immediately activated his Speed Talent and jumped backward, but he was still too slow.
The giant claw scraped across his left shoulder and blood instantly splashed into the air.
Boom!
The remaining force sent Mo Yuan flying like a broken kite before he crashed heavily into the cave wall. The entire wall cracked from the impact. Pain shot through every part of his body. His left arm almost went numb.
"You fker!"
Mo Yuan gritted his teeth and stood up before the Gorath could launch another attack.
Without wasting a second, he drew the Black Shadow Saber.
"Shadow Kill!"
A streak of black light flashed through the cave. The blade cut directly across the Gorath’s chest.
Clang!
The saber sliced through the beast’s thick hide and left behind a deep wound.
Fresh blood poured out.
However, the Gorath merely roared louder. Instead of retreating, it charged forward even more violently. Its massive fist smashed downward like a falling boulder.
Mo Yuan immediately dodged.

The ground exploded and large cracks spread in every direction as countless rocks flew through the air.
"If I take another hit directly, I’m dead."
Mo Yuan quickly calmed himself.
The Gorath was indeed injured.

Every punch shattered the rocks into pieces. The cave shook nonstop.
Mo Yuan no longer fought head-on. Instead, he relied completely on his speed.

Retreat.
Circle behind.
Attack again.
Every strike aimed at the same wounds.
Although his attacks could not kill the Gorath immediately, the injuries slowly became more serious.
Minutes passed.
The Gorath’s breathing gradually became heavier. Its movements also slowed down.
"It’s bleeding too much."
Mo Yuan’s eyes lit up.
"As long as I keep dragging this out, it’ll die first."
The Gorath suddenly stopped attacking. Its blood-red eyes stared directly at Mo Yuan.

The Gorath raised its remaining claw.

The saber pierced straight through the Gorath’s already damaged chest. The blade entered from the front and came out from its back.
The Gorath froze.
Its huge body trembled and blood continuously flowed from its mouth.
It slowly lowered its head, looking at the saber buried inside its chest.
Mo Yuan twisted the blade with all his strength. The Gorath’s heart was completely shattered.
"ROAR..."
A weak roar escaped its mouth.
Its body staggered backward.

The enormous body finally collapsed onto the ground, then the cave became completely silent.
Mo Yuan stood there, breathing heavily. His entire body was covered in blood.
His shoulder was torn open and several ribs were broken. If this Gorath had not already been seriously injured, the one lying on the ground now would have been him.
After resting for several minutes, Mo Yuan slowly walked toward the corpse. A smile finally appeared on his exhausted face.
"I finally killed it."
Mo Yuan let out a long breath and leaned against the cave wall for a moment.
The battle had exhausted nearly all of his strength. During the entire fight, he had been focused only on surviving. There wasn’t a single opportunity to use his Copy Talent.
Now that the Gorath was truly dead, the familiar information panel finally appeared before his eyes.

A/N- I would like to clear one thing origin core realm limit is 100k jin and intermediate beasts are just as strong as origin core realm, with Gorath being at intermediate peak, the one Mo Yuan just fought it had around 100k jin strength, and with its Peak grade Strength talent Multiplier it had almost 1million jin strength, While Mo Yuan being at Origin Core Realm with 13k jin strength and with the 5x multiplier of strength talent and 2x of primordial qi, his strength is around 130,000. So the only reason he was able to kill it because Gorath was injured.
