In the chairman’s office, Jiang Miao brewed tea while listening to the reports from Jiang Haibo and Li Zhou.

The light, elegant aroma of the tea lingered in the air around the three of them, but at this moment, the two men reporting had completely different feelings about it.

The whole affair had started when Zheng Siwen, a former salesperson in the Qiongzhou area and now the manager of the Qiongzhou Branch, secretly reported it to the boss. That was why the boss had the HR department conduct a secret investigation.

Evidently, the inside story had been covered up. Jiang Miao’s own role in it was downplayed to highlight Zheng Siwen’s contribution.

Given the company’s compensation, many of these remote salespeople were at the D3 Level. Including their monthly performance bonuses and commissions, earning ten to twenty thousand a month was a breeze.

At the same time, sue them. Then, add them directly to the company’s blacklist. We will never do any business with people like that again."

"No problem. We’ll have the legal department handle it." Jiang Haibo, who also oversaw the legal department, nodded.

"Second, as Manager Li just proposed, we need to periodically rotate salespeople in the various sales regions. I’ve already drafted a detailed rotation plan. Boss, please take a look."

Jiang Miao took the file from Jiang Haibo and glanced at it.

When Li Zhou saw this, he instantly understood that Jiang Haibo had come prepared.

Jiang Haibo took a sip of tea to wet his throat and continued, "Third, we need to strengthen investigation and supervision. I propose we establish a supervisory office to investigate and monitor all of the company’s industries and departments. Boss, who do you think would be the most suitable person to lead this office?"
