Chapter 447: The Revelation
This piece of news was announced by the governments of different nations all over the world.
It was all about the same thing, the dissolution of the national borders. Therefore, from this day henceforth, there would be no countries, but only the human alliance.
This was something that had already been discussed in advance, and preparations had already been made. The several militaries of different nations would be merged, as there was another program that was planned for them.
As for the presidents of the nations that had just been dissolved, they would hold administrative positions within the alliance. They would mostly be in charge of the same administration duties that they had been holding while they were presidents, but they would not be the highest authority.
Of course, the moment that this piece of information spread, there were different reactions. Some people immediately accepted it, while others did not care.
But of course, there were those that did not accept it. This was mainly for those few people that were part of the government, and were benefiting from it.
Because of the changes that were being made, most of the government officials would lose their positions. And of course, they did not want that to happen. Therefore, some of them immediately arranged for a riot, to oppose this decision.
Unfortunately, the moment that they tried to organize a rebellion, they were quickly taken care of. Clearly, something like this had already been anticipated, therefore, before the decision was even made, preparations to curb issues that might arise had already been made.
On the following morning, the 23rd of October, finally, people around the world began accepting the changes.
Of course, there were some people that, upon hearing that they no longer needed visas in order to travel to some of the countries that they wished to, they immediately went to the airport.
Because of this, the airports of many nations were congested, with people coming in and out of the airport. Flight tickets were fully booked for almost an entire half a year.
Therefore, while the aviation companies experienced a huge wave of customers, they were having a headache as well. After all, having too many people wanting to travel, without enough planes, they felt that they were losing money.
Of course, Michael did not bother with that. In any case, he had already anticipated something like this ever since he had a discussion with Stewart.
They had come to an agreement, that they would help the development of Sky Technologies, and allow the spread technology.
While Michael was not afraid of anyone within this world, the companies that he owned were still considered legal. Therefore, most of the things that they did, they required to go through legal processes.
It was because of this that Michael asked Stewart and the alliance behind him to ensure that nobody caused problems for Sky Technologies.
As for the products, there was no need for any assistance. Just the level of technology that was involved in the new products that were about to be launched would be enough to be able to allow Sky Technologies to immediately monopolize the technology industry.

As for the issue of the dissolution of the national level borders, Michael had predicted that this would happen simply because of the mutation serum samples that he had given out.
With the appearance of mutants, it was clear that it would be difficult to be able to maintain the division of nations. Those would abilities, they would definitely be able to find ways of sneaking into other nations.
Additionally, the presence of nations could easily lead to civil war. Different nations fighting against each other was not something new.
Hence, by eliminating nations before the release of the information about the mutation serum, they were avoiding future troubles.

The moment that the information about the mutants was released to the public, it caused a wave of panic.
Many people understood that since this information was being released, clearly, mutants existed. Online, several people posted about this matter, with some of them claiming that they had been wondering if they had been hallucinating recently.
It was obviously impossible to be able to completely prevent ordinary people from knowing about the existence of mutants. Previously, only a few people had managed to see mutants in action.

Some of them believed that this could be a plan of some higher ups in the government. They wanted people to voluntarily volunteer for experiments. Despite the results that had already been shown, with mutants appearing on several locations, some people still had their own doubts.

To select people publicly for some scientific research, were they not afraid of the public rage? After all, if the public was enraged, they could easily overturn the government.
